Description:
The invention relates to means for locking and sealing the transported material objects, in particular through customs, in order to prevent unauthorized access to them, in particular refrigerators, autofurgers, cistems, wagons and containers for rail, maritime and air transport, of transported cargo. in era and railway wagons, trucks, etc.
It is known a monobloc cable seal containing a metal body with a clogged channel, in which one end of the cable is rigidly fixed, an axial channel pierced for the cable placement, at the same time the pierced and clogged channels are executed parallel to each other, so that the outlet of the clogged channel and the inlet of the pierced channel are located on the lateral face of the body, In the body is made an oblique hole that communicates with the axial channel pierced and closed from the outside with о blind flange, in which the cable fastening element is placed, executed in the form of an arc ball [1].
The monobloc seal with known cable does not possess sufficiently high reliability, because between the fixed end of the cable and its free end in closed state an eye of the cable is formed, and when the tensile stress is applied, both the sliding and twisting of the cable are possible. with arched ball and axial displacement of the rigidly fixed end. This can become the cause of the unauthorized opening of the seal, after which it can be subjected to repeated closure without the detection of the unauthorized opening.
The disadvantages of the aforementioned seal prevent it from being used in the case of sealing material objects that require high mechanical strength and reliability indices.
Also known is a monobloc cable seal, which contains a body with a clogged longitudinal groove, in which the end of the cable is fastened, and a longitudinal groove pierced for placing the cable therein. The pierced channel and the clogged channel are executed parallel to each other so that the outlet of the clogged channel and the inlet hole of the pierced channel are located on the single side face of the body. In the body is also made an oblique orifice, which communicates with the pierced channel and in which is placed an element of biochar with counterfeit for the interaction with the cable. The body is made entirely of metal, and the end of the cable is additionally fixed by means of deformation of the body instead of the placement of the channel blocked by the formation of a 180 ° loop. In the body, parallel to the oblique hole, an auxiliary oblique hole is executed, which communicates with the auxiliary pierced channel, executed in parallel with the auxiliary pierced longitudinal channel for the cable placement, at the same time, the exit hole of the pierced channel and the entrance hole of the pierced channel auxiliaries are located on the lateral face of the body, and between the outlet and the inlet of the auxiliary pierced channel, a passage recess is made for the cable placement, protected by lateral projections. The body is covered from the outside with a durable plastic casing that protects from access to the sealed elements in a locked state [2].
The disadvantages of this seal are the low reliability and the impossibility of performing the visual control, checking the integrity of the cable, if it has been damaged or forced, inside the seal.
The closest solution is a seal containing a transparent body with cylindrical cavity, with bottom and holes on the side surface for the flexible sealing element and a core with holes coaxial with the holes on the side surface of the body. The core is installed in the body with the possibility of rotation and is equipped with ratchets that contact with longitudinal ribs executed on the inner surface of the body. A detachable handle is located on the outer front of the core. The body also contains a hollow disk with bottom, covered with a plate for informative data. The cylindrical cavity communicates with the disc cavity through a perforated groove, at the same time the middle part of the core contains an annular groove formed by two circular edges. In the cavity of the disc is placed a protruding bush that ends with a flexible ratchet which enters the annular channel of the core through the perforated groove [3].
The disadvantages of this seal are the low reliability and the impossibility of performing the visual control, checking the integrity of the flexible element, if it has been damaged or forced, inside the seal.
The problem solved by the present invention is to ensure the impossibility of repeated use of the seal after its unauthorized opening and the possibility of performing the visual control on the attempts of unauthorized access to the protected object.

The seal according to the invention removes the disadvantage mentioned above in that it contains a transparent body with cylindrical cavity, with bottom and holes on the lateral surface for a flexible sealing element, a core with holes, coaxial with the holes on the side surface of the body, the core being installed m body with the possibility of rotation and equipped with ratchets that contact with longitudinal ribs executed on the inner surface of the body; on the outer front surface of the core is located a rotating handle fixed with the possibility of detachment from the core; о plate for informative data, the surface of which is covered with a transparent protective layer of plastic mass; a bottom disk, m which is said plate, the disk being joined to the body so that the plane of the disk is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical cavity of the body, the cylindrical cavity communicating with the cavity of the disc through a through groove. The middle part of the core confines an annular channel formed by two circular edges, and the disc cavity is located о with a protruding bush which ends with a flexible ratchet which enters the annular channel of the core through the perforated groove. The flexible elemental is made of fiber optics from polymer or from rope of twisted oak with fiber optics from polymer.
The result of the invention consists in increasing the degree of protection of the seal by executing the flexible element of optical fibers from the polymer which ensures the visual control of the cable integrity, increasing its reliability.
The execution of the flexible fiber optic element in the polymer excludes the possibility of undoing the seal without causing damage to its integrity.
The invention is explained by the drawings in FIG. 1 - 8, which represents:
FIG. 1, the top view of the assembled seal;
FIG. 2, section AA (see fig. 1);
FIG. 3, section AA (see fig. 1), seal with protective coating;
FIG. 4, section BB (see fig. 1);
FIG. 5, section CC (see fig. 4);
FIG. 6, section CC (see fig. 4), after turning the core to 180 °;
FIG. 7, section DD (see fig. 4);
FIG. 8, section EE (see fig. 4).
The seal confines a body 1 made in the form of two cavities: the cylindrical cavity 2 and the cavity of the disc 3, the cavities are joined by a groove 4, in the cavity 2 is located a core 5, on the fontal side of which is fixed a rotating handle 6 with the possibility of detaching it from the core through a sub-hole 7. The core is provided with ratchets 8, which contact with longitudinal ribs 9 executed on the inner surface of the body 1 with two holes 10. On the lateral surface of the cavity 2 there are four holes 11 for a flexible sealing element 12, coaxial with the holes 10 of the core 5. The flexible sealing element 12 is made of optical fibers from the polymer or from a twisted cable with optical fibers from the polymer. . In the middle part of the core 5 an annular channel 13 is formed, formed by two circular edges 14 of the core. In the cavity 3 is located о bush 15 with о protrusion 16 which ends with a flexible ratchet 17 entering the annular channel 13 of the core 5 through the through groove 4 in order to prevent axial displacement of the core. Above the bush 15, located in the cavity of the disc 3, is located о plate 18 for informative data covered with a protective layer of transparent plastic mass 19.
The way the seal is assembled.
In the cylindrical cavity 2 of the body 1, obtained by the method of tumbling of transparent plastic material, the core 5 is mounted, then the cavity of the disc 3 is placed the bush 15 so that the projection 16 passes through the through groove 4 and the flexible pawl 17 enters the annular channel. 13 of the core 5. Next, the plate 18 is installed by gluing or by covering it with plastic board 19, forming a non-removable joint. Previously, the informative data can be applied on the surface of the plate 18. One end of the flexible member 12 is inserted into the hole 11 of the cavity 2, passing first through the hole 10 of the core 5, and then with the handle 6, one - two turns are made in the direction of the ceasomic needles, fixing the flexible element on the core. Thus, the seal is ready for use. Due to the presence on the core 5 of the ratchets 8 and the longitudinal ribs 9, the handle 6 can only be rotated in one direction and thus the end of the flexible element inserted in the body of the seal cannot be pulled back without destroying the body. In this position the seal is provided to the beneficiaries.

The seal is installed on the object as follows.
The beneficiary passes the free end of the flexible member 12 through the holes or ears of the sealed object and then through the orifice 11 of the body and the orifice 10 of the core, and then rotates the core 5 m the cavity 2 with the aid of the handle 6, winding the flexible element 5 on the core 5 to the full extent. his. Then the handle 6 instead of the slim 7 breaks from the front end of the core.
The seal installed in this way certainly protects the sealed object from unauthorized business.
Verifying the integrity of the flexible element 12 is performed by means of a laser, 10 directing the light beam at one end of the flexible element 12 with optical fibers and obtaining light at the other end thereof, due to the properties of the optical fibers that transmit light from one end to the other.
The proposed construction of the fiber optic seal of the polymer allows a visual control of the integrity of the flexible element, at the same time having о Skill and о 15 increased comfort in operation.
