Process for demetalation of the alcoholic drinks and juices
Abstract
The invention relates to the wine-making industry, particularly to processes for demetalation of the alcoholic drinks by mean of adsorbtion.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the process provides for bentonite introduction of dispersity of 0,5...5,0 g/dm3 pretreated with 10...20% hydrochloric acid solution, mixing precipitation during 8...48 hours and separation the product from the precipitation.The technical result consists in increasing of product resistivity to the metalic cloudiness.
