Technical field

The present invention relates to a container having a double lid, the upper lid of which is detachable before use and the lower lid is detachable and has an elongated oval opening for use in the product. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining a container having a double lid.

State of the art

Fast food has long been part of the daily diet of rushers. Currently, there is a wide variety of porridge, pasta and soups that are made by pouring in hot water or simply preheating in the microwave. Not only is ready-to-eat food easy to eat, it is easy to consume: it can be consumed while walking, driving, and the like. It is important that the food is fresh and well balanced.

The object of our invention was to make a convenient disposable container with various kinds of soups already prepared which are preheated before use.

There is known patent EP2125568, which describes a system and method for preparing and serving soup in-flight. The soup is poured into disposable containers with a lid which is attached with a label. There are holes in the lid for air to escape. However, the disadvantage of this product is that the soup can only be used in the cup for 5 days after filling, the entire lid is opened during use, so there is a chance of filling the soup.

There is known patent JP11011543, which provides a cup for heating in a microwave having a dual structure lid. However, one of the portions of the cap structure, which has holes, is designed to release steam during heating of the contents of the cup and does not have an opening specifically designed for product use.

Patent application JP2007091317 discloses a container with a double lid, the top of which is continuous, covering the container and being tear-off. The bottom cover covers only half the container and has small openings. The inner lid of this container, with its openings, is designed to drain water from the container, but is not intended for use in the reconstituted product.

Patent application JP2009292490 discloses a fast food preparation container having a lid containing laminated hardening tapes which automatically press the lid against the container when the lid is opened and the required amount of water is added.

There is known patent CA2133479, which discloses a juice or wine cup having a two-layer lid with a wafer inserted between them. However, the present invention comprises the step of peeling off both layers, the second of which is provided for insertion of a wafer. Therefore, the two-layer cap has a different purpose.

EP1559658 is known, which describes a container having a double-layered lid, the upper lid of which is continuous and the bottom has perforated strips for tearing before use. However, the opening of these strips is intended to release steam during product heating and to remove the product, but is not intended for convenient product use.

The essence of the invention

The present invention includes a round container for a liquid or solid product. Preferably this product is a soup, especially a thick soup. The container is covered by a double lid which consists of a top lid and a bottom lid. Before use, the top cap is peeled off and the bottom cap, which has an elongated oval opening through which the product is applied, remains covered by the container.

The present invention provides a container with a double lid containing a liquid or a thick product, preferably soup for distribution at supermarkets and very convenient to use. The elongated oval opening in the bottom lid allows you to drink the soup comfortably without spilling or splashing.

The container is filled with a liquid or thick product, which is better soup. Soups can be of various types: grated chicken, grated broccoli, grated Mexican, grated tomato, grated peas, ham and other soups. The present invention also provides various types of soups that can be frozen. The soups of the present invention are not limited to the examples given. Soups are made industrially according to the type of choice, using the appropriate ingredients.

The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a container having a double lid, wherein the container double lid is secured to the edges of the container by hot stamping.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The container shown (Fig. 1) consists of a round container body (1) and a double lid (2). The container has a diameter of 65-95 mm and a volume of 200-400 ml. The container (1) can be made of various plastic materials. According to the present invention, the container (1) can be heated to 130 ° C and is therefore made of a heat-resistant material. Container is made of suitable plastic packaging, preferably polypropylene (PP). The container is placed in a cardboard pouch / label that allows the container to be held in its hands after it has warmed up. The double lid (2) of the container is fastened to the edges of the container by hot stamping. This cap can be used to seal various liquid and dense foods.

The container cap (2) comprises a top cap (2a) and a bottom cap (2b) (Fig. 2), wherein said double cap is attached to the edge of the container (1) such that the top cap (2a) is easily detached from the edge of the container and the bottom cap (2b) remains to cover the container.

The top cap (2a) extends over the container (1) and has a protruding tongue (4) at one edge of the container (1) for tearing off the top cap (2a). The top cover (2a) is made of metal foil, preferably aluminum foil, and is completely peeled off before heating the product in the microwave.

Immediately before use, the soup container is shaken, the top lid (2a) is completely removed and heated in the microwave to the desired temperature (Fig. 2).

In a heated container, the soup is administered through an elongated oval opening (4) in the lower lid (2b), which remains to cover the container (Fig. 3).

The bottom cap (2b) (Fig. 4) is made of plastics which may be selected from the group of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyamide, polystyrene, preferably polypropylene. The lower lid has an elongated oval opening with a narrower end at the center of the lower lid (2b) and a wider end at the edge of the container (1), not only for venting the product during heating, but also for convenient use of the product. The extended oval has a length of 30-41 mm and a width of 14-41 mm. Because the bottom cap (2b) is non-tear-off, its elongated oval opening (3) prevents the soup from cooling down quickly and provides a convenient way to drink the soup, e.g. walking or driving without dropping or tipping over.

Preferred implementation

Boiled soup at a temperature of 75-85 ° C is industrially placed in a container (1). The double lid (2) is fastened to the edges of the container by hot stamping. The hermetically sealed soup container is inverted and held for 1-3 seconds to disinfect the soup using known hot fili technology. The container (1) is wrapped in a paper blanket / label that retains heat. The soup container is ready for consumption. The soup container is cooled and stored at + 6 ° C.

The container (1) containing the packaged soup is shaken immediately before use, the tongue (4) is completely peeled off the top lid (2a) which is metallized and the container is heated in the microwave to the desired temperature. The heated soup is administered through an elongated oval opening (3) in the lower lid (2b).

To illustrate the invention, the following are non-limiting examples.

Example the round container (1) is industrially filled with boiled broccoli soup at 75-85 ° C. The container is closed with a double lid (2) by hot stamping and inverted for 1-3 seconds for sterilization. Before use, the container is shaken, the top lid (2a) is completely detached using the tongue (4) and the container with the broccoli soup is heated in the microwave to the desired temperature. The lower lid (2b) is left and the soup is consumed through the elongated oval opening (3) in the lower lid.

An example of a round container (1) is the industrial filling of boiled ham soup at a temperature of 75-85 ° C. The container is closed with a double lid (2) by hot stamping and inverted for 1-3 seconds for sterilization. The soup container is cooled to + 6 ° C, then stored at -18 ° C for 5 days and then stored at -18 ° C for 6-12 months for freezing. Before use, the top cover (2a) is completely detached by means of the tongue (4) and the container with the ham soup is heated in the microwave to the desired temperature. The lower lid (2b) is left and the soup is consumed through the elongated oval opening (3) in the lower lid.
