1 is a block diagram of a cap device 100 for a mask according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the cap device 100 includes a cover member 102 , a guide member 104 , an outer coupling member 106 , and an inner coupling member 108 .
FIG. 2 illustrates a state in which the cap device 100 shown in FIG. 1 is attached to and worn on the mask 200 . The mask 200 includes a filter unit 202 that covers the nose and mouth, and an earring string 204 . In order to attach the cap device 100 to the mask 200, a through hole (not shown) is drilled in the filter unit 202 around the mouth using a suitable tool such as a knife.
3A and 3B are exploded configuration views of the cap device 100 shown in FIG. 1 . The cover member 102 , the guide member 104 , and the outer coupling member 106 are installed on the front surface of the mask 200 , and the inner coupling member 108 is installed on the back surface of the mask 200 .
The external coupling member 106 has an external through hole 302 . The inner coupling member 108 has a bottom portion 318 in which an inner through hole 304 is formed. The inner coupling member 108 is assembled with the outer coupling member 106 with the mask 200 interposed therebetween, and the inner through hole 304 communicates with the outer through hole 302 . The outer through hole 302 has a larger diameter than the inner through hole 304 and the straw (not shown).
The inner coupling member 108 may be formed of rubber, silicone, plastic, or the like. Since the inner coupling member 108 is a portion in contact with the mouth, it is preferable to form a silicone material that is harmless to the human body and has elasticity. The inner through hole 304 is slightly smaller in diameter than the straw. Therefore, in the state in which the cover member 102 opens the outer through hole 302 , the straw is inserted into the outer through hole 302 without any resistance, and is press-fitted into the inner through hole 304 .

The cover member 102 includes a door portion 306 and a wing portion 308 . The wing portion 308 is formed around the door portion 306 . The cover member 102 is assembled to slide left and right on the guide member 104 through the wing unit 308 , and opens and closes the external through hole 302 of the external coupling member 106 through the door unit 306 .
The guide member 104 has a first jaw portion 402 and a second jaw portion 404 on the inner surface. The wing portion 308 is seated on the first jaw portion 402 . The external coupling member 106 is seated on the second jaw portion 404 . The first jaw portion 402 and the second jaw portion 404 are spaced apart from each other by an interval equal to or slightly larger than the thickness of the wing portion 308 . Since the guide member 104 has a second jaw portion 404 on which the external coupling member 106 is seated, the external coupling member 106 is stably positioned regardless of the position of the cover member 102 in the guide member 104 . posture can be maintained.
The inner coupling member 108 communicates with the inner through hole 304 and has an inner coupling portion 310 in the form of a protruding barrel. The external coupling member 106 communicates with the external through-hole 302 and has a protruding barrel shape and has an external coupling part 312 inserted and fastened to the internal coupling part 310 . The inner coupling portion 310 is provided with a coupling groove 314 on the inner surface, the outer coupling portion 312 is provided with a coupling protrusion 316 on the outer surface. When the external coupling part 312 is inserted into the internal coupling part 310 with the mask 200 interposed therebetween, the coupling protrusion 316 is fastened to the coupling groove 314 , so that the external coupling member 106 and the internal coupling member 108 are engaged. ) is assembled.

The inner coupling portion 310 and the outer coupling portion 312 have a polygonal tubular shape to prevent rotation in the assembled state. A coupling protrusion 316 is formed on the outer surface of the outer coupling part 312 , and a coupling groove 314 is formed on the inner surface of the inner coupling part 310 . When the external coupling part 312 is inserted into the internal coupling part 310 , the coupling protrusion 316 is fastened to the coupling groove 314 . The mask 200 is in close contact with the rear surface of the outer coupling member 106 and the front surface of the inner coupling member 108 .
6 is a view for explaining a state in which the straw 602 is inserted into the cap device 100 shown in FIG. As shown, the cover member 102 slides on the guide member 104 to open the external through-hole 302 of the external coupling member 108 . When the straw 602 is inserted into the external through-hole 302 in a state in which the external through-hole 302 is open and is press-fitted into the internal through-hole 304 formed in the internal coupling member 108, the straw ( 602) is reached. Since the inner coupling member 108 is formed of a rubber material, and the straw 602 is press-fitted into the inner through hole 304 , drinking water can be safely consumed through the straw 602 . When drinking is finished, pull out the straw 602 and slide the cover member 102 to seal the external through hole 302 .
