[Detailed Description of the Invention]
(Field of the Invention) Underwater structures, such as equipment with which the present invention is placed all over the seas, such as a ship's bottom of a vessel, a fishing net, and a buoy, and attached structure of a dam. It is related with the underwater adhesion living thing evasion agent which prevents an underwater creature harmful to the water inlet channel of the water for condenser cooling of a thermal power plant, or the water for heat exchanger cooling of petrochemical industry, etc. from adhering and breeding. (PRIOR ART) Into the portion which always [, such as a water inlet channel etc. of the equipment placed all over the bottom portion of a vessel, and the sea, an underwater structure, and the water for cooling, ] contacts water, Shellfish and seaweeds, such as an acorn barnacle, an oyster, a blue mussel, Hydromus, a serpula, Bryophyta, a sea squirt, a bryozoan, sea lettuce, green laver, and Ecotocarpus, carry out adhesion breeding, and these adhesion living things cause the increase in fluid resistance, and a thermally conductive fall, and invite states which are not preferred, such as reducing an equipment function. In order to prevent adhesion breeding of such [ conventionally ] sea water and a freshwater noxious organism, various kinds of antifouling agents are used. As an active ingredient of such an antifouling agent, cuprous oxide, an organotin compound, etc. are known from the former, and are used mostly still now. These active ingredients were made to contain 10~50% in a paint, and have prevented adhesion of a noxious organism by making it eluted all over sea water. The environment of a river or sea water is polluted with a heavy metal or a harmful element (the problem which an invention tends to solve), however these days, The social concern that the damage to the human body through a fish arises is caused, and instruction is made to use of an organotin compound etc. also in the antifouling agent. (Means for solving a problem) In view of such the present condition, these artificers are compounds other than an organotin compound, As a result of repeating research wholeheartedly that it is safe and should develop the compound which moreover has the high antifouling effect in the amount of low medicine, it finds out that a class has the evasion operation of a harmful underwater adhesion living thing to the vitamin also unexpectedly known as a blood coagulation catalyst, and came to complete the present invention based on this knowledge. That is, the present invention is an underwater adhesion living thing evasion agent making , vitamin K ll vitamin K R+ or vitamin with an active ingredient. As a class, they are;2-methyl 3-Phi Chill- 01 and 4-naphth quinone to (1) vitamin in the vitamin used as an active ingredient in the present invention! ■ Light yellow oily matter Melting point; -20-degreeC na ; 1.5250 (2) They are 2;2-methyl 3-farnesyl 1 and a 4-naphth quinone light yellow crystal to vitamin. To melting point;52~55degreeC (3) vitamin, they are;2-methyl 1 and 4-naphth quinone upsilon. Melting point;105~107degreeC Can be cited and these may be used alone, and they can also be used, mixing. These vitamin K lfi is although it is obtained also by carrying out chemical synthesis, The extract extracted from the leaf etc. of the vegetables containing many vitamin K which exists naturally, the green leaf, for example, Alpha, the cabbage, and the chestnut by the publicly known method can be used, and the single article further separated from this extract can also be used. The underwater adhesion living thing evasion agent which makes a class the vitamin of the present invention with an active ingredient is used, adjusting to the form of a paint, a solvent, an emulsion, etc. this adopts a general prescription usually performed and is problematic -- < -- it can carry out. For example, when using it as a paint, a cheek can be blended with vitamin at a paint formation agent, an antifouling paint can be adjusted, and this can be applied to a ship's bottom, an underwater structure, and the water water inlet channel wall for cooling. Under the present circumstances, as a coat formation agent used, there are oil festival 9 synthetic-resin 8 synthetic rubber etc., for example. According to a request, Cliche and the charge of body 'WfM can be further added to an antifouling paint. In this case, the above-mentioned active ingredient is blended based on the weight of a coat formation agent at a rate of 5~40%, preferably 10~20%. When used as solution, vitamin K l can be blended with a coat formation agent, it can be considered as the solution which dissolved in the solvent, and this can be applied to the fishing net for culture, a fixed fishing net, etc. in order to prevent adhesion breeding of an underwater creature. As a coat formation agent, for example, natural resin 2 synthetic-resin 2 synthetic rubber etc. are used, and toluene, xylene, Cumene, etc. are used as a solvent. Solution can add additive agents, such as a plasticizer, according to a request. When used as solution, the above-mentioned active ingredient is based in solution, and they are 5~50 % of the weight, preferably].
It is blended at 0~20% of the weight of a rate. When used as an emulsion, into a solvent, the above-mentioned active ingredient is emulsified with a surface-active agent, and it is used. (EFFECT OF THE INVENTION) According to the underwater adhesion living thing evasion agent which makes a class the vitamin of the present invention with an active ingredient An active ingredient is of product-of-nature origin, and is a compound with high safety which exists also on a human body mostly, And it is while when the conventional organotin compound kills an adhesion living thing shows antifouling property, Without killing an adhesion living thing, the evasion agent of the present invention is excellent in the underwater adhesion living thing evasion effect, and uses the operation which prevents only an adhesion mechanism and is an underwater adhesion living thing evasion agent with high safety at fish and shellfishes. (EXAMPLE) Next, a detailed description of the invention is carried out according to an example. Example 1~3 To vitamin, it is to (Example 1) and vitamin (example 2). The adhesion prevention effect of the mussel was examined about 3 (example 3) to vitamin. The adhesion byssus of the mussel (husks length 10~15 second+m) extracted from natural hot water was cut off carefully with scissors. It put the five mussels at a time into 51 beakers containing sea water 51!. Cyclohexanone and Tween 80 (↑-5en-80; made by an atlas powder company) use 50 mg of each sample offering compound as a 10-g emulsion using the emulsified liquid which consists of 10:l, and dilute it with sea water to predetermined concentration. These 5 ml was added to the above-mentioned beaker for an examination, and it settled on the 20 degreeC homoiothermy room, aerating. 48 hours afterward, a new adhesion byssus grew and the mussel adhered to the beaker wall. The adhesion number and the death number were counted, and the adhesion prevention effect was judged. The same examination was done as a comparison compound using a tributyl Chinook side (it abbreviates to TBTO hereafter), vitamin A, vitamin B, and vitamin C. A result is shown in the 1st table. 1st Table Example 4~6 (sea immersion examination) of an examination In order to examine the antifouling effect in the actual ocean as an antifouling agent for fishing nets, the fishing net made from polyethylene (Section 10) is cut in size of 40X40 cm, and it is a sample offering compound about this. Amount of 10jIt % rosin WW 13 % of the weight Toyoparax A, 40 100 % of the weight [ per % of the weight ] * Toyobarasox; it is immersed for 1 minute into each compound liquid adjusted at a rate of a brand name, a product made from Oriental soda ■, and chlorination paraffine. Then, it dried at room temperature for 24 hours. This fishing net was attached to iron frames, and carried out chinning-exercises immersion under the sea surface in a 1.0-m position. O Immersion place Shizuoka Shimizu harbor O immersion period July, Showa 61~September About the immersion fishing net, observation evaluation of the antifouling state with the passage of time was carried out. The same examination was done as a comparative example using vitamin A I+ vitamin B1 and vitamin C. The result is shown in the 2nd table. However, evaluation followed the following standard. A; with no adhesion living thing B; adhesion living thing is there -- a continuous use possible C; adhesion living thing and Ya -- there are many D; adhesion living thing -- there are many E; adhesion living thing -- there are many remarkably If C, D, and E cultivate a fish (yellowtail) by Aminaka, they are contamination of the grade which needs to consider the influence on a fish and needs to be exchanged for a new fishing net. 2nd Table
