Ohp film for plotter
Abstract
PURPOSE:To attain to enhance the fixing property of aqueous ink by containing a binder comprising polyvinyl alcohol having specific properties and a particulate matting agent having a specific particle size in the coating layer applied and formed to the upper surface of a film comprising a transparent synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION:A matting agent 4 is compounded in a ratio of 0.5-10% by wt. of a binder 3 and, if the compounding ratio is 0.5wt% or less, the compounding effect of the matting agent 4 is not developed and, if exceeds 10wt%, the transparency of a film is lost. A silica powder or crystalline cellulose with a particle size of 0.01-20mum is used and, if the particle size is 0.01mum or less, the compounding effect of the matting agent 4 is not developed and, if exceeds 20mum surface unevenness becomes large to a necessary degree or more. If the saponification degree of polyvinyl alcohol s the binder 3 is 50mol% or more, hydrophilicity increases and water comes to the real solvent thereof and it becomes impossible to prepare a coating agent applicable to a film main body 1 and, if a polymerization degree exceeds 600, the viscosity of said polyvinyl alcohol becomes too high and processability becomes hard.

[Detailed Description of the Invention]
(Field of the Invention) This invention relates to the film used as a film for projection of an overhead projector (henceforth OHP). (Problem which conventional technology and an invention tend to solve) Generally as a film for projection of an overhead projector, it is, A transparent plastic film is used and, these days, the case where it is based on the X-Y plotter which equipped with a water ink pen, an oily ink pen, etc. of each color as a means of OHP projection film creation is increasing. However, in the conventional film, since the surface was oleophilicity and smooth, especially paste, such as a water-based ink, was bad, and when touched by hand, there was a problem of disappearing easily. (The object of an invention) This invention is made in light of the above-mentioned circumstances, that object can improve paste, such as a water-based ink, and it is in providing the film which can prevent beforehand a possibility that a character, a figure, etc. may be eliminated indiscriminately. (Means for solving a problem) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, it sets to this invention, The binder in which it is formed filmy with a transparent synthetic resin material, and a degree of polymerization becomes the 1 side or a both-sides side from 600 or less polyvinyl alcohol at less than saponification degree 50 mol %, The composition of coating the ointment which was blended to the binder at 0.5 % of the weight ~ 10% of the weight of a rate, and comprised a mat agent in which the path is 0.01micro ~ 20micro is adopted. (OPERATION) Therefore, in the field where the ointment was coated, it is [ the water swelling binder in the ointment, and ] porosity! Fixability, such as a water-based ink, improves by l water mat agent. (EXAMPLE) Hereinafter, the example which materialized this invention on the film for projection used with an overhead projector is described. As shown in a figure, it consists of a transparent synthetic resin material, and the coating layer by ointment 2 is formed in the upper surface of main part 1 of a film cut out rectangular form or in the shape of a square. This ointment 2 contains binder 3 consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, and particle-like mat agent 4 whose particle diameter is 0.01micro ~ 20micro. Therefore, in the state where the surface of the above-mentioned coating layer was turned upward, main part 1 of a film is set to an X-Y plotter, the main part of film 1 surface is compensated with a character or a figure with the water pen with which the plotter was equipped beforehand, and, as for a It was case, ink is certainly fixed to the above-mentioned coating layer. Therefore, in the case where this main part 1 of a film is set on the clear glass board of an overhead projector etc., even if a character and a figure scrape with a finger, they are not eliminated indiscriminately and expansion projection can be carried out certainly. Since mat agent 4 is contained in the above-mentioned ointment 2 in this example, A contact surface product with other films can be lessened, and where tension is given at the time [ film ] of the manufacture, even if it is wound in the shape of a roll, a possibility that back-and-front both sides may be blocked can be prevented beforehand. That is, the coating layer on the surface of main part l of a film exfoliates, and it does not adhere to the back. And as for the above-mentioned mat agent 4, that of i blended to binder 3 at 0.5 % of the weight ~ 10% of the weight of a rate is as the desirable combination rate is 0.5 % of the weight or less, When the effect which blended mat agent 4 does not appear but 10 % of the weight is exceeded, it is for losing the transparency of a film and causing the fall of the function as an OHP film. The silica powder and microcrystalline cellulose whose diameter of a particle is 0.01micro ~ 20micro as the above-mentioned mat agent 4 are used. This is because surface unevenness becomes large more than needed, and writing common gender falls or transparency is lost, when the effect which blended mat agent 4 as the path of mat agent 4 is 0.01micro or less does not appear but 20 micro is exceeded. The degree of saponification of polyvinyl alcohol as binder 3 is less than 50 mol %, It becomes impossible for hydrophilicity to increase that the above-mentioned degree of saponification with what [ preferred ] is 600 or less is more than 50 mol %, for water to serve as the true solvent, and for a degree of polymerization to make the ointment which can be applied to main part l of a film. It is for viscosity's becoming high too much and becoming difficult to process it, if a degree of polymerization is too large. As main part 1 of a film, they are a polyester film and a polyvinylchloride film, Films, such as a polypropylene film, a polycarbonate film, a polyamide film, a Polysulf phone film, and a poly phenylene oxide film, can be used, and the thickness has a good thing (20~200micro, preferably 50~150 micro). Next, the more concrete example of this invention is described. Example A mu 1000 ice Wo Each raw material was mixed at a rate shown in the above-mentioned table 1, and coating liquid was prepared. After applying this coating liquid to the surface of the 75-micro-thick Vo * Lester film, it acted to the size of A4 seal as Kant, and when it drew by the plotter equipped with a water pen, the good film of ink fixability in which ink is not flipped was able to be obtained. Example B Each raw material was mixed at a rate shown in the above-mentioned table 2, and coating liquid was prepared. After applying this coating liquid to the surface of an 80-micro-thick polyvinylchloride film, it cut into the size of A4 seal, and when it drew by the plotter equipped with a water pen, the good result was obtained like the above-mentioned Example A. (EFFECT OF THE INVENTION) As explained in full detail above, this invention can improve paste, such as ink, and produces the outstanding effect that a possibility that a character, a figure, etc. may be eliminated indiscriminately can be prevented beforehand.
