Punching method for pressed parts
Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent products from having flaws and flashes, and to prevent the products from overlapping mutually, by injecting a high-pressure fluid from the tip of a punch, and then forcing a punched part to fall. CONSTITUTION:In a punch 8, a through-hole 9 is made and then opened at a punch tip 8a. A punch head part 8b is inserted into a punch plate 4, and fixed to a punch holder 6 by pressing a backing plate 5 against the punch head part 8b. While the punch 8 is lowered to punch a plate 3, a high-pressure fluid such as high-pressure air is blown from the hole 10 of the punch holder 6 into the through-hole 9 of the punch 8. This high-pressure air is spouted from the punch tip 8a to a product B, which is then forced to fall from a die 2. This method is applied to outline punching work and boring work to effectively prevent punched refuse from rising.

[Detailed Description of the Invention]
The present invention relates to the pressing die-cutting method. How to pierce the conventional pressing is shown in Drawing 1 and Drawing 2. That is, as shown in Drawing 1, the head 1a is in the state which fitted in in fitting hole 4a of punch plate 4, it is inserted in punch plate 4, the head 1a is forced with backing plate 5, and punch 1 is being fixed to punch holder 6. Board 6 by which blanking is carried out with punch 1 is laid on Di 2. If punch 1 begins to descend as shown in Drawing 2, board 3 will be pressed down with point Work IJ spittle 7, (1) punch 1 will pierce board 6 in this state, and punch 1 will go up after that. Although pierced product A will fall from Di 2 to a lower part, some products A have some which remain into Di 2. In this case, although there is no product AFi problem which fell from Di 2 to the lower part, if the product A remaining into Di 2 is not pushed out one by one with the product by the following die cutting or several blanking, it does not fall from Di 2. It is stained with a crack, Paris occurs, or such a product suits in a model partly, and it becomes impossible to use it as a product. The present invention cancels the above-mentioned problem, makes high pressured fluid blow off from a punch tip, is pierced, and drops a portion compulsorily. Hereinafter, the example of the present invention is described based on Drawing 5 and Drawing 4. In Drawing 3, in punch 8, penetration hole 9 towards at the tip 8a of the Paun~Chi is drilled, at the punch tip 8a, penetration hole 9 is turned in the direction of an axis of punch, and an opening is carried out. After the head 8b has fitted in in fitting hole 4a of punch plate 4, it is inserted in punch plate 4, and the head 8b is forced by backing pre (2)-A 5, and punch 8 is fixed to punch holder 6. Hole 11 which has provided hole 10 which is open for free passage to penetration hole 9 of punch 8 in backing plate 5, and is open for free passage also in punch holder 6 at hole 10 of backing plate 5 is provided, and it has structure which can blow high pressure air into punch 8 from the exterior. In the present invention, high pressure air is blown into penetration hole 9 of punch 8 from hole 10 of punch holder 6 at the same time punch 8 descends and it pierces board 3, as shown in Drawing 4. since it blows in punch 8 and Included * Was done high pressure air spouts towards product B from tip 8a of punch 8 -- Made ifl -- high pressure air (compulsorily dropped from person Yo Redi 2 to a lower part.) The timing which blows high pressure air does not need to be simultaneous with die cutting, and it may not necessarily be made to perform blanking, making high pressure air blow off. As mentioned above, in the present invention, a die-cutting portion is compulsorily dropped from Di by high pressure air. Therefore, a product can be certainly dropped from Di, and a crack and Paris can be prevented from occurring for a product, and an overlap of a product etc. can be lost. If it applies not only in outside blanking but hole omission processing, it extracts and an effect is large to dregs going-up prevention etc.
