Coating method for flat sheet roofing material
Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive a way to apply a uniform coat by a method wherein a flow coater is located in a high position and a coating material of a low viscosity is dropped therefrom, when the coating film is applied vertically from above to the ribs and roots of a flat sheet roofing material moving at a constant speed in the direction at right angles to the surface of the ribbed sheet roofing. CONSTITUTION:A coating film 3 is dropped vertically from above onto the ribbed surface 4 of a flat sheet roofing material 1 moving at a constant speed in the direction at right angles to the ribbed surface 4 of the flat sheet roofing material 1. In the aforesaid coating method, a flow coater 2 is located in a higher position, preferably to a height of about 150-380mm from the surface of the flat sheet roofing material 1, i.e., about 1.5-3 times the conventional height and the coating film 3 to be applied is kept at a lower viscosity than in the conventional method, preferably from about 8 to 9 seconds/IHS. As a result, a uniform coat can be applied to the surface of the sheet roofing material having the ribs and roots on its surface.

[Detailed Description of the Invention]
(Field of the Invention) This invention relates to the coating method of monotonous roof material. In detail, this invention can apply a paint to the surface uniformly to the monotonous roof material which has unevenness, and relates to the improved coating method which moreover also enables partial paint. (PRIOR ART) Conventionally, the monotonous roof material which consists of a tile, a cement system mineral plate, etc. is used for construction of roof sections, such as a residence. In carrying out roofing using such monotonous roof material, it is arranging and fixing on a roof slope, piling up a part of monotonous roof material (a) from the front side, as the perspective view was shown, for example in Drawing 3. Paint generally according to resin etc. for the purpose of protection of a substrate or appearance ornamentation in the surface of these monotonous roof material (a)s is It has been applied. In roofing construction which was illustrated to 3 figure, the surface of this monotonous roof material (a) is classified by exposure part (b) and unexposed part (One). For this reason, as illustrated also to Drawing 3, in consideration of reduction of the amount of the paint used, its handling, etc., monotonous roof material (a) painted only to exposure part (b) is spreading. Drawing 4 is a perspective view which illustrated the method of applying a paint only to such exposure part (b) of monotonous roof material (a). For example, flow coater which made it shift in the figure Nakaya seal direction, and has arranged the substrate of monotonous roof material (a) to that upper part in the coating method shown in this Drawing 4 (paint (e) is made dropped from En) Paint (e) dropping to unexposed part (One) of monotonous roof material (a) was intercepted, and has applied paint (e) only to exposure part (b). (Object of the Invention) However, the issue which should improve the conventional coating method which was illustrated, for example to this Drawing 4 in the point of the paint quality as monotonous roof material of a good thing in that manufacturing efficiency was left behind. If this subject makes monotonous roof material (Ri) shift in the rectangular direction and trickles paint (e) from that upper flow coater (1), when it is going to paint monotonous roof material (Ri) which has concavo-convex field () which was illustrated, for example to Drawing 5, As shown in Drawing 6, it is on the point that the film thickness of paint (e) differs, and it will be ahead unevenly distributed in paint (e), and will be applied to it, and paint (e) is not fully applied back in the front and back, to the direction of movement shown by the figure Nakaya seal of convex part (i). For this reason, in paint of monotonous roof material (Ri) which has concavo-convex field (g) on the surface, equalization of the coat was difficult and the variation in performance was not avoided, either. It is made in view of the situation as above, and this invention is the former, The fault of the coating method of the monotonous roof material which has a concavo-convex field of the surface can be canceled, a paint can be uniformly applied to the surface on the surface to the monotonous roof material which has a concavo-convex field, and partial paint is also aimed at providing the improved coating method which becomes possible. (Means for solving problem) In the coating method which trickles a paint film to the monotonous roof material which moves in the direction which this invention has a concavo-convex field on the surface as what solves the above-mentioned subject, and intersects perpendicularly with this concavo-convex field at fixed speed in parallel with a concavo-convex field than the upper part, The coating method of the monotonous roof material by which arranging flow coater to a high position more, and the paint of low viscosity being dropped is provided. (OPERATION) In the coating method of monotonous roof material of this invention, When a paint film is dropped to the monotonous roof material which has a concavo-convex field on the surface in parallel with this concavo-convex field than flow coater, make more into hypoviscosity the paint which makes the installed position of flow coater a nearby high position conventionally, and moreover trickles it, Film thickness of the paint on a concavo-convex field is made always uniform, and result appearance of monotonous roof material is made good. Since it can intersect perpendicularly with the concavo-convex field and a paint film can be dropped to the monotonous roof material which moves to a certain direction at fixed speed, surface partial paint is attained and rationalization of materials can be performed. (EXAMPLE) Hereinafter, an example is shown over the attached drawing and it explains in more detail about this invention. Drawing 1 is an important section perspective view showing one example of the coating method of the monotonous roof material of this invention. For example, as shown in this Drawing 1, in the method of this invention, monotonous roof material (1) is moved in the figure Nakaya seal direction at fixed speed, and a paint film (3) is dropped from flow coater (2) - installed up in parallel with the concavo-convex field (4) of monotonous roof material (1). In this case, the installed position of flow coater (2), The paint which is made into the upper part from the surface of a high position, preferably monotonous roof material (1) 1.5 times as many ~ [ as ] about 3 times [ former / about 150~3801nff+ ], and is dropped as a paint film (3) rather than the conventional method is also made into hypoviscosity more preferably 8~9 second /, and 1. H, and S grade rather than the conventional method. It is preferred to make shift speed of monotonous roof material (1) later than the usual speed, and to increase the amount of applications of a paint, for example, it considers shift speed as a part for 80-m/, and is the amount of applications 85±5g/r+ (it is considered as a grade.) Thus, compared with the conventional coating method, uniform paint is attained to the concavo-convex field (4) of the surface by changing the installed position of flow coater, the viscosity of a paint, or the shift speed and the amount of applications of monotonous roof material. Drawing 2 is a perspective view showing an example of paint of the monotonous roof material by the coating method of this invention. In this example, it is made to shift in the figure Nakaya seal direction at fixed speed, and the substrate of the monotonous roof material (1) divided into two sheets is painted. A gutter (6) is allocated above the unexposed part (5) of monotonous roof material (1), a paint film (3) is intercepted partially, and the paints of this portion are also collected. A paint is applied to an exposure part (7). Thus, since the coating method of this invention can move the monotonous roof material (1) which has an irregular pattern on the surface in the rectangular direction to that concavo-convex field (4) and can trickle a paint film (3) in parallel with a concavo-convex field (4), it is efficiency about partial paint as shown in Drawing 2 (it can carry out.). Of course, this invention is not limited by the above example and it cannot be overemphasized about details, such as shape of monotonous roof material, and a means of a size and partial paint, that various modes are possible. (EFFECT OF THE INVENTION) Good uniform paint of result appearance is attained by this invention also to the monotonous roof material which has an irregular pattern on the surface as explained in detail above.
