Push button switch
Abstract
PURPOSE:To have an insulating sheet generate approximately uniform pushing force and facilitate switching of two switches, in addition, to stabilize contact- making of a contact by superimposing a sheet which has elasticity on the insulating sheet. CONSTITUTION:Contacts 5, 7 adjacent to each other, on which an elastic and insulating sheet 3 is superimposed, are provided on an insulating board 1. The elastic and insulating sheet 3 provided to have movable contacts 4 and 6 face respectively to the contacts 5, 7 through a spacer 2 is superimposed on the board, and also an elastic sheet 8 made of such a material having soft elasticity as foam polyethylene or silicone rubber is superimposed on the sheet 3. With this construction, even when the button 9 is pushed obliquely, a uniform pressure can be applied on each contact part due to the elasticity of the elastic sheet 8 and the insulating sheet 3. In addition, chattering, bouncing and the like which can occur on such an operation as a quick movement of the button, edge- pushing, oblique pushing or the like can be absorbed by interposing the elastic sheet 8. Thus, stable switching can be obtained.

[Detailed Description of the Invention]
This ↓ Compilation is related with the push-button switch of a multi-circuit type used for telephone, a facsimile, etc. PRIOR ART In recent years, while multi-functionalization of communication equipment is performed briskly, that in which the push-button switch used for these final controlling elements has two or more circuits is desired. Drawing 3 explains such a conventional push-button switch. The conventional push-button switch comprises connection button 18 which has d'Abo 19 in point of contact a15 and point of contact c16 which were provided on elastic sheet 13 held by spacer 12 so that insulating board 11 and the two above-mentioned points of contact which have point of contact d17 and point of contact b14 might be countered at a fixed interval, and its performance, While d'Abo 19 sags elastic sheet 13, point of contact a15, point of contact b14 and point of contact c16, and point of contact d17 contact, respectively and only a switch is carried out by depressing connection button 18 with a finger, Since point of contact c16 and point of contact d17 do not contact, only point of contact a15 and point of contact b16 switch and also pressure is not added to a local point of contact, when button 18 is pushed aslant, as shown in Drawing 3 (B) in the above-mentioned composition, There was a problem of contact contact having been very unstable and being easy to generate chattering. Un-Postcode Ma used to superimpose the sheet which has elasticity further on a Sphere sheet on that of Toki subject Absurd ■ Ru. OPERATION By having the above-mentioned composition, it is the pushing force from a button, the insulation sheet which was transmitted to the sheet which has elasticity altogether and was provided under the elastic sheet -- Hub -- it becomes possible to generate uniform pushing force, and two switches formed between the points of contact provided in the insulating board can be switched easily, and also contact contact is also stabilized. One example of (B) explains. According to the figure, point of contact b5 and point of contact d7 are adjoined and provided on insulating board 1, and a push-button switch passes spacer 2, While point of contact a4 movable in the lower part and movable point of contact C6 superimpose the elasticity and insulation sheet 3 which were provided so that the above-mentioned point of contact might be countered, respectively, Elastic sheet 8 which has soft elasticity, such as polyethylene foam and silicon rubber, is superimposed on the upper notes of this insulation sheet 3, and also button 9 which has d'Abo 10 in these upper parts is provided and constituted. Next, Drawing 1 (B) explains operation of the above-mentioned push-button switch. Drawing 1 (B) is in the state which pushed button 9 aslant, and is the moment the pushing force to button 9 got across to point of contact a4 and point of contact C6 via elastic sheet 8, and point of contact a4, point of contact b5 and point of contact c6, and point of contact d7 contacted, respectively. In this state, they are the elasticity of elastic sheet 8, and the elasticity of insulation sheet 3, Since it is absorbed because the chattering which is easy to generate at the time of operation of the time of uniform pressure being applied to each contact part, and operating a button quickly, end aggressiveness, slanting aggressiveness, etc., Bowne Synge, etc. make elastic sheet 8 intervene, Poor switching (only one side is set to ON) when the slanting aggressiveness of the stabilization (1) push button is carried out very much and poor C Bowne Synge (20 or less m s), and comparison data with faulty chattering are shown. 1st Table Drawing 2 -- book; -- it is an example of Oshi of;, the same portion as the example of Drawing 1 attaches the same number, and if explanation is omitted and explained, 20 will be the individual elastic plate stuck on insulation sheet 3, and will carry out the Ted cause of the object of this design by sticking on each switch portion respectively. This elastic plate 20 is since Establishment superimposed and provided elastic members, such as a sheet, by printing on insulation sheet 3, the practical value where contact contact is stabilized and which does not have generating of Bowne Synge or chattering while a plurality of switches are certainly turned on, also when the slanting aggressiveness of the button is carried out -- size -- a push-button switch can be provided. It is a sectional view, Drawing 1 (B) is a sectional side elevation showing a state when the button is pushed aslant, Drawing 2 is a sectional side elevation of the example of the said place, Drawing 3 (A) is a sectional side elevation of the conventional push-button switch, and Drawing 3 (B) is a sectional side elevation showing a state when the button is pushed aslant. 2 ...... spacer, 3 ...... insulation sheet, 4 ...... point of contact a 5 ...... point of contact b 6 ...... point of contact C17 ......
