Throw-away gown for surgical operation
Abstract
PURPOSE:To simultaneously satisfy liquid impermeability, moisture permeability and liquid absorptivity by forming a front body and sleeves of laminated fabrics of moisture permeable non-oven fabrics on inside and outside surface and a liquid impermeable and moisture permeable plastic film interposed therebetween and imparting the non- woven fabric if the inside with a liquid absorptivity. CONSTITUTION:The front body 2 and sleeves 4 of a main body 1 are formed of the laminated fabrics of the moisture permeable non-oven fabrics 7, 8 on the inside and outside surfaces and the liquid impermeable and moisture permeable plastic film 9 interposed therebetween. The non-woven fabric 7 of the inside surface has the liquid absorptivity. The liquid absorptivity of the non-woven fabric 7 of the inside surface is imparted by using so-called perspiration absorptive fibers which have hydrophilic fiber surfaces or hydrophobic fibers, the surfaces of which are treated with a surfactant and are thereby imparted with a hydrophilic property. The moisture vapor transmission rate of the plastic film 9 is generally 1000 to 4000gH2O/m<2>.24hrs. The difference in moisture permeation effect as compared with the non-moisture permeable plastic film is substantially not admitted if the moisture vapor transmission rate is below 1000gH2O/m<2>.24hrs. The liquid permeability is result if the moisture vapor transmission rate is 4000gH2O/m<2>.24hrs or over.

[Detailed Description of the Invention]
(Field of the Invention) The present invention relates to the gown for a disposable operation, in more detail, makes a nonwoven fabric and a plastic film the main material, and relates to the gown for a disposable operation in which non-liquid-permeable nature, moisture permeability, and absorbency are satisfied simultaneously. [Description of the Prior Art] The doctor and the nurse, or the gown to wear makes it the key objective to prevent the shift of bacteria to a way person from a patient further from the way person to the patient in the operating room. At the former, although textiles, such as cotton and a synthetic fiber, have been used as a material of a dressing gown, in order to secure safety, health nature, and quality control, a nonwoven fabric has come to be used in recent years. If it explains in full detail, since it is wash re-used, with the increase in the number of times of wash, it is torn or modification and a water-repellent fall of Hanging on and texture arise, but the guarantee limit of the safety in such a case is not [ a textiles gown, for example Sunne gown, ] ascertained. Although the bacterial infection to the persons concerned outside inside the House may occur by carrying around inside the House, or having and carrying out I carried it. to nonparliamentary since wash reproduction of the gown in the state where the blood containing bacteria furthermore adhered is carried out, Such a textiles gown was not desirable from a viewpoint of preventing such infection beforehand. On the other hand, since incineration processing is thrown away and carried out for every one operation, a nonwoven fabric gown is spreading instead of it in recent years as what can improve the fault of the above-mentioned textiles gown. It is cut whether it is the improvement for preventing beforehand adding to an improvement of intensity, breathability, lightness, pliability, and drape property, and the blood containing bacteria adhering by water-repellent finish etc., or penetrating this nonwoven fabric gown by selection of 2 use textiles and the device of a nonwoven fabric manufacturing method. (Object of the Invention) However, the nonwoven fabric gown has still left the problem in non-liquid-permeable nature. Although it is not specifically rare for comparatively a lot of blood and cleaning fluid in the case of an operation to adhere over the long time to a dressing gown, there is a danger of these liquid penetrating to the back of a dressing gown in this case, and penetrating easily if it Pressure rub on an operating table etc. even when these volume is comparatively small. Since the inside-and-outside side of the nonwoven fabric gown is given a water-repellent finish, a wearer's sweat is not absorbed but a feeling of wear is very bad. Although a plastic film is stuck on a nonwoven fabric about the penetration of the liquid to the back of a dressing gown, it is possible by increasing, the composition fiber volume, i.e., eyes, to aim at an improvement. However, there is no moisture permeability, Steaming within a dressing gown is started, damp heat is given to a wearer, and perspiration is made promoted in the case of the former. In the case of the latter, it becomes a cost overrun, and also will be inferior to pliability, drape property, and lightness. The object of the present invention is to provide the gown for a disposable operation of a nonwoven fabric and a plastic film in which non-liquid-permeable nature, moisture permeability, and absorbency can be simultaneously satisfied in spite of sticking and using cloth. (Means for solving problem) The subject which the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned object consists of right-and-left later self time which follows this at the past time, and covers a wearer's body, It is a gown for a disposable operation which has a sleeve which extends from the right-and-left shoulder of this subject, and covers a wearer's arm, While sticking as the non-liquid-permeable nature and the moisture permeability plastic film of the above-mentioned subject whose sleeve at the past time intervene in between [ these ] with the moisture permeability nonwoven fabric of an inside-and-outside side at least and being formed from cloth, the inside nonwoven fabric has absorbency and is. In a desirable embodiment, the porous film which has the water vapor permeability of at least ten-lot QgH20/- and 24hrs in a plastic film is used for the above-mentioned inside nonwoven fabric again, respectively as a cellulosic fiber, or what is called sweat absorbency A cone or the main material. In a desirable embodiment, it is junction to the above-mentioned inside-and-outside side nonwoven fabric and the above-mentioned plastic film, D via the adhesives partially distributed among these -- and the rate of mutual distribution area between each [ of these inside-and-outside side nonwoven fabric of these adhesives and a plastic film ] (one side) is made by 5~50 t. In a desirable embodiment, the non-liquid-permeable film of the shape of a tape which covers this along with the suturing part of the above-mentioned subject and the above-mentioned sleeve is joined. other desirable detailed embodiments are made clear from the following description -- as . (Embodiment) if the embodiment of a present invention gown is explained with reference to drawings, the following will take -- it is . In Drawings 1 and 2, the dressing gown is carrying out the relish of subject l which consists of 3 at the right-and-left later self time which follows 2 and this at the past time, and the sleeve 4 which extends from the shoulder of this subject l. Subject 1 covers a wearer's body from the front to a backside, and is formed in the size which a part of 3 overlaps at the right-and-left later self time. It is formed in subject l and another object 3 at the right-and-left later self time, and is joined to this. The conclusion string is attached although not illustrated. Although not illustrated, a hood or masks may be formed successively by the upper end of subject l. Sleeve 4 is formed in the length which covers from a wearer's shoulder to a wrist, and elasticity and 5 are joined at the tip. However, sleeve 4 may be formed in what is called a short-sleeved shirt. Although 2 has the width which covers a part of backside a wearer's front side at the past time and 3 has the width which covers a wearer's backside which a front has not covered enough by bodice 2 in the example of illustration at the right-and-left later self time, By the present invention, it has a wearer's width which covers a front side at least at the "past time", and it means having the width which covers at least one copy of a wearer's backside by these whole at the "right-and-left later self time." As shown in Drawing 3, while sticking 2 and sleeve 4 as moisture permeability nonwoven fabrics 7 and 8 of an inside-and-outside side, the non-liquid-permeable nature which intervenes in between [ these ], and moisture permeability (breathability) plastic film 9 and being formed from cloth 6, inside nonwoven fabric 7 has absorbency at the past time of subject l. Although inside-and-outside side nonwoven fabrics 7 and 8 in particular are not limited about textiles, an organization, a manufacturing method, etc., they are 10~40 g/l of eyes, respectively, and their textiles with low electrostatic property are preferred. It may have elasticity. Although composition textiles are required for synthetic fiber If there is, such as polyester and polypropylene, and antistatic treatment, if it is parent tree Sex line cone of a cellulose system, the necessity in particular will not exist. The absorbency of inside nonwoven fabric 7 is given by using what is called sweat absorbency textiles that are a cellulosic fiber, a fiber surface, parent tree nature, etc., the thing which processed and hydrophilicity-ized the surface of hydrophobic textiles with the surface-active agent, etc. Although this conventional kind of nonwoven fabric gown gave those eyes a water-repellent finish considerably at high < (50~80 g/l) L/and its whole and the improvement of non-liquid-permeable nature is incidentally aimed at, If an absorbent nonwoven fabric is laminated in order to give absorbency to the inside of such a nonwoven fabric, eyes will become high too much, and it will be inferior to breathability, drape property, and lightness, and will become a cost overrun. Outside nonwoven fabric 8 is not important about water-repellent existence in particular. It is because non-liquid-permeable nature and moisture permeability plastic film 9 are stuck on the inside of outside nonwoven fabric 8 and liquid does not penetrate cloth 6. The water vapor permeability of plastic film 9 is generally 1000~4000gH2 O/m2 and 24hrs. Compared with a non-moisture permeability plastic film, the difference of the moisture permeation effect is not substantially expected to be water vapor permeability 1000100O / less than 1-24 hrs. They are water-vapor-permeability 4000gH, a river which is [ more than / 0/m"*24hrs ], preferably 20~30%. There is a possibility that it may be torn during use of a dressing gown and handling of cloth 6 that it is less than 15 IL of thickness. It is not desirable in respect of the drape property of raw tlljI6, or sound generating to on [ uneconomical ] thickness 50 It is over the end. The urethane system porous film represented as a material by the boa textile generally used for garments mainly, the polyolefin system porous film currently used as a backseat of a disposable diaper, etc. are preferred. It may have elasticity. about the moisture permeability of inside-and-outside nonwoven fabric 7.8, these are obtained with a publicly known manufacturing method -- for example, eyes 100 glIm" -- since it has moisture permeability to the extent that it passes enough if it is as follows, it will not be necessary to make reference in particular 3 may be formed by the above-mentioned cloth 6 at the right-and-left later self time, and it may be formed from the nonwoven fabric simple substance. What may be formed from the nonwoven fabric simple substance is because it is To harvest that the blood and cleaning fluid at the time of an operation adhere to 3 at the right-and-left later self time, and it does so and, in the back, breathability becomes still better. As shown in Drawing 1, Agreement is wanted for the plastic film in which some also reduce the breathability of a nonwoven fabric to the overlapping part as it is a case where a part of 3 overlaps at the right-and-left later self time to stick, and not to exist. As shown in Drawing 3, the junction to inside-and-outside side nonwoven fabrics 7 and 8 and plastic film 9 is made by the shape of A pot via adhesives 10 of the film mostly applied over the whole region. As for the rate of a comprehensive coated area in one side of film 9, it is preferred that it is 5~50 Exception. The intensity of the above-mentioned junction by it being less than 51 coated area vehicle is not enough. While there is a tendency for rigidity to become it high that it is more than 50% of a rate of a coated area over cloth 6 or the whole region, and for the absorbency of nonwoven fabrics 7 and 8 to become low, the water vapor permeability of the film becomes low because the rate with which a part of detailed hole of film 9 is closed becomes high. Rather than the position of Dot soft adhesive lO in both sides of film 9 having countered completely by both sides, and having overlapped is alternately located in it, The rate with which a part of detailed hole of film 9 is closed becomes low, and it becomes low in the water vapor permeability of the Noiru, or drape property of cloth 6 is not spoiled. however . The rate of a coated area and water vapor permeability of adhesives are not necessarily proportional, and in rate SOW of coated area < now, when water vapor permeability only becomes low and exceeds the 50 Exception gradually, they have the tendency for water vapor permeability to become low rapidly. changing to such adhesives IO Depends on above-mentioned junction -- hot welding and an ultrasonic wave -- although the thing [ Welding ] to take is also one of the desirable join means, if it carries out from a possibility that the welding part in film 9 may be damaged, or a certain thing, being based on adhesives is more preferred. As shown in Drawing 4, the junction to 3 and junction for the above-mentioned subject l and the above-mentioned sleeve 4 are made by M1 go at the above-mentioned 2 and right-and-left later self time at the above-mentioned past time. When based on a suture, in order to prevent spoiling the non-liquid-permeable nature of film 9 by a To Singh eye being formed, along with suturing part 11, non-liquid-permeable tape-like film 12 is joined via adhesives 13. meeting film 12 using what has heat softening nature as adhesives 13 -- heating -- it is made to sink in between the textiles of nonwoven fabrics 7 and 8, applying a trowel and softening the adhesives meeting film 12, without using adhesives 13 -- heating -- the film is softened with trowel reliance and it may join to nonwoven fabric 7*8. Also in changing to the above-mentioned suture and taking other means, such as hot welding and ultrasonic welding, or becoming unnecessary [ junction of film 12 ], when it can do, at a certain example of 0 illustration, film 12 is It has been applied to the external surface of cloth 6. It may be the inside although it is more desirable than But. (EXAMPLE) Polyethylene resin, filler particles, etc. are blended and fused and it is Made!! Thickness 20 About which extends and grows fat, Urethane system Positioning agent is applied to one side of the porous film (Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals, Inc. make "Esbo R PM-3) of water-vapor-permeability 2400 gHsO/m" and 24hrs, and 2000 or more g+mHtO of the degrees of water resistance in the shape of A pot, it is a water-repellent finish (water repellency 85> Si It was was stuck.) to this one side about the Sepang race nonwoven fabric of rayon Fiber @1.5dx451- and 25g / ■2 It is the shape of A pot (it applied, the same thing as this above-mentioned one side nonwoven fabric that is not given a water-repellent finish was stuck, and cloth was obtained.) about the above-mentioned adhesives to another one side of the above-mentioned film. The rate of a coated area of the above-mentioned adhesives was changed to 10~10 ozs on one side of the above-mentioned film. Sewing of the gown for an operation of the present invention was carried out using the above-mentioned cloth, and the humidity change (based on Simulator-) in the moisture permeation of the feeling of wearing by wear and the above-mentioned cloth and the gown at the time of wear was measured, respectively. Sewing of the same thing as the above-mentioned gown of the present invention was carried out using what gave a water-repellent finish the 70-g/l Sepang race nonwoven fabric which consists of pulp / polyester Fiber M= 60740 weight t as a comparative example. Sewing of the same thing as the above-mentioned gown of the present invention was carried out instead of the above-mentioned film as a comparative example using the non-porosity polyethylene film. (EFFECT OF THE INVENTION) While, as for the present invention gown, non-liquid-permeable nature and a moisture permeability plastic film intervene between the moisture permeability nonwoven fabrics of an inside-and-outside side as mentioned above, While the non-liquid-permeable nature in the whole gown of a dressing gown since past time and a sleeve are formed at least, and the sweat absorbency in a dressing gown inside are remarkably improved from the cloth in which the inside nonwoven fabric has absorbency, It can wear comfortably the moderate moisture permeation effect or that it is obtained and Steaming arises inside a dressing gown few. And since it is not necessary to enlarge the eyes of a nonwoven fabric for the non-liquid-permeable improvement of the above-mentioned cloth, it does not become a cost overrun, and also it becomes the gown excellent in lightness and drape property. It is while being able to control static electricity generating, the subject and sleeve of a dressing gown by friction operation by the film, and Up of these and other clothes of a wearer and with a rate as much as possible simultaneously since the nonwoven fabric is located in the inside of the above-mentioned film, Breakage by here where the film contacts objects, such as an operating table, and directly can be spun beforehand. When the above-mentioned film is incidentally exposed by the dressing gown inside, while generating of static electricity is large, friction with the films and other clothes is large, and although it is used as clothes, it is unsuitable. Since the above-mentioned inside-and-outside side nonwoven fabric and the above-mentioned plastic film are partially joined via adhesives, it is rare for the above-mentioned cloth not to become rigidity and to also spoil the moisture permeability of the film. Since the suturing part of the subject of a dressing gown and a sleeve is covered with the non-liquid-permeable tape-like film, liquid does not penetrate inside a dressing gown from the suturing part again.
