[Detailed Description of the Invention]
(Field of the Invention) The present invention relates to the cylinder device used as positioning of various kinds of apparatus and a support member. (PRIOR ART) As the cylinder device infixed between a hull and an outboard motor for positioning of the outboard motor for boats, or support, While making the piston rod of both sides which provided the orifice and relief valve which open an oil sac for free passage, and was combined with the piston project in the direction of an axis from a cylinder main part at the piston installed inside sliding freedom for example, at the cylinder main part, Chi and Rut Damper which enclosed gas with the upper part of the oil sac of the piston upper part are known (JP,59-5480,B). In this Tilt damper, the orifice provided in the piston gives moderate resistance to elasticity of a piston rod, and smooths rotation of an outboard motor, and a relief valve eases a shock when an outboard motor collides with an obstacle etc. by opening to the extension load more than fixed. The gas enclosed with the upper part of the cylinder main part pressurizes the operation oil of piston both sides while compensating the amount change of oil accompanying sliding of a piston, it energizes a piston in the extension direction according to a pressure-receiving area difference, and assists raising of an outboard motor. (Subject of an invention) However, since the oil sac of piston both sides is always open for free passage by the orifice in this Tilt damper, Since [ this ] a middle rotating position cannot be made to suspend an outboard motor, it is impossible to make it correspond to depth of water etc., and to set an outboard motor to a desired angle, unless a support member is prepared independently, Also when applying this cylinder to things other than an outboard motor, application was difficult for apparatus to hold in middle arbitrary positions. Since the Tilt damper developed for the big extension load which a reverse thrust does when the outboard motor was reverse-rotated, in order to retreat a ship or to apply brakes to advance, there was also a problem that an outboard motor could not be held in a predetermined position. In the present invention, it was made that the above problems should be solved. Therefore, it aims at providing a cylinder device which can carry out positioning maintenance and can choose a support state in a holding position as arbitrary elastic positions. (Means for attaining a subject) The present invention combines a piston rod with the piston installed inside inside the cylinder main part filled up with operation oil at sliding freedom, and it makes it project from a cylinder main part to sliding freedom. The sump room which enclosed the compressed gas which pressurizes operation oil, and the oil sac formed at the piston rod side of a cylinder main part are opened for free passage via valve A, Valve B is passed for this sump room, the piston rod of a cylinder main part, and the oil sac formed at the side opposite to, and it is free passage To shake, It has the member which opens and closes valve A based on the magnetism of solenoid magnetized by the energization from the outside, and the member which opens and closes valve B based on the control force applied from the outside. (OPERATION) If valves A and B are opened, as for a piston rod, for a free passage To shake reason, according to the external force applied, elasticity of the oil sac and sump room of piston both sides will be attained arbitrarily. The gas pressure of a sump room acts on these oil sacs, and energizes a piston in the extension direction with a pressure-receiving area difference. On the other hand, when valve B is closed, the outflow of a piston rod and the operation oil of the oil sac of the side opposite to is prevented, and contraction of a piston rod is locked. When Valbi A is closed, the outflow of the operation oil of the oil sac by the side of 7 Stone rods is also prevented, and, in addition to contraction, as for extension, a piston rod is locked. Since valve A is opened and closed based on the magnetism of solenoid, the lock of only contraction of a piston rod and the lock of growth pressure both directions are automatically switched according to the operating condition of a cylinder device by interlocking the energization to solenoid with change of the operating condition of a cylinder device electrically. (EXAMPLE) The example which applied the present invention to the Tilt damper for outboard motors is shown in Drawings 1 and 2. In Drawing 1, they are the cylinder main part in which 1 was filled up with operation oil, the piston at which 2 was installed inside sliding freedom by cylinder main part 1, and a piston rod which combines 3 with piston 2 and it projects from cylinder main part 1 to sliding freedom. Cylinder main part 1 is formed in double telescopic one, and piston 2 forms inner pipe 12 in slide contact with the inner side of inner pipe 12 to oil sac 4 by the side of piston rod 3, and oil sac 5 of the side opposite to. Passage 6 of an annular section is formed between inner pipe 12 and outer case 13, this passage 6 and oil sac 4 pass notch 7 provided in the upper end of inner pipe 12, and it is free passage To shake. While compensating the outside of cylinder main part 1 with the amount change of oil of cylinder main part 1 accompanying sliding of piston 2, Akyu muleta 8 is formed in one as a sump room which enclosed the compressed gas which pressurizes operation oil. The inner side of Akyu muleta 8 is formed with free piston 9 by gas chamber 10 and operation oil sac 11 which enclosed compressed gas. The bottom of inner pipe 12 is sealed by plug 14. Pore 17 which is open for free passage to operation oil sac 11 is formed in the center of this plug 14, and valve A which is open for free passage to oil sac 4 via passage 6, and valve B which is open for free passage to oil sac 5 are faced and provided in this pore 17. Valve A is energized by spring 15 from the passage 6 side, and intercepts passage 6 and pore 17, and valve B is energized by spring 16 from the oil sac 5 side, and intercepts oil sac 5 and pore 17. And as an opening and closing member of valve A, plunger 18 penetrates the bottom of cylinder main part 1 in the direction of an axis, and is inserted in pore 17 from a lower part. Plunger 18 comprises magnetic material and the Taber part 18A which contacts valve A is formed near the tip. One solenoid for driving this plunger 18 at the bottom of cylinder main part 1 is installed inside inside bracket 24 and case 25 of one which are screwed in the bottom of cylinder 1. solenoid 19 is supported so that the end face of plunger 18 may be surrounded via holder 20 of nonmagnetic material. Core 21 of magnetic material is fixed to the center of holder 20 under the plunger 18, and return spring 22 is infixed between the back end of plunger 18, and core 21. In the state of one solenoid where it does not magnetize, plunger 18 is held in the position which was energized by this return spring 22 and is distant from core 21, and as shown in a figure, it maintains valve A at a valve-opening state in the Taber part 18A. If one solenoid is magnetized, return spring 22 will be resisted, core 21 will be adsorbed, and the Taber part 18A will be retreated from valve A. For supply of the current for magnetization of one solenoid, Arrangement 1129 penetrates case 25 and is led to an outboard motor. As an opening and closing member of valve B, the Bush rod 26 penetrates core 21 from bracket 24, and is arranged behind plunger 18. this Bush rod 26 contacts cam 28 fixed to control lever 27 attached to rotation freedom at bracket 24 in the back end -- a figure -- (-- corresponding to the rotating position of control lever 27 indicated to be) to (b), it is held in advance or a retreat position. And plunger 18 held in the position which is distant from core 21 with return spring 22 in an advance position, While pushing into pore 17 until valve B is pushed open, it fully retreats from plunger 18 so that it may not interfere with adsorption to core 21 of plunger 18 in a retreat position. Next, an operation is explained. This Tilt damper is used, carrying out cylinder main part 1 at the hull 30 side, and carrying out hinge combination of the piston rod 3 at the side overboard [ 8131 ], respectively, as shown in Drawing 2. Outboard motor 31 is supported by rotation freedom in the up-and-down direction by hinge 32 to hull 30. If control lever 27 is rotated into the (a) position of a figure when rotating outboard motor 31, the Bush rod 26 will drive for cam 28, will invade into case 25, and will stuff still more deeply into pore 17 one concubine and plunger 18 which contacted plunger 18 from the state of Drawing 1. Valve B is pushed open at the tip of plunger 18 by this following valve A already pushed open by the Taber part 18A, and oil sac 4 passes passage 6, and oil sac 5 is free passage To shake to operation oil sac 11 of direct and Akyu muleta 8. If it rotates to the raising position shown in a broken chain line from the promotion position which has outboard motor 31 in this state, for example, is shown in the solid line of Drawing 2, It flows into oil sac 5 which the operation oil of oil sac 4 to reduce expands via valves A and B from passage 6 in connection with piston rod 3 developing, and also the operation oil of operation oil sac 11 of Akyu muleta 8 flows into oil sac 5. The compressed-gas-pressure power of gas chamber 10 acts on oil sacs 4 and 5 via valves A and B, and energizes piston 2 in the extension direction according to a pressure-receiving area difference. According to this assistant power, outboard motor 31 rotates upwards smoothly by small control force. On the other hand, in rotating outboard motor 31 below, operation oil circulates to the time of the rotation to the upper part, and reverse, but outboard motor 31 rotates smoothly at moderate speed for the same assistant power of acting on piston 2. By the way, control lever 27 is rotated into the (b) position to suspend outboard motor 31 in the middle of rotation. This follows in footsteps of cam 28 to rotate, the Bush rod 26 retreats, and plunger 18 is also energized by spring 16 of valve B, and retreats to the position of Drawing 1. Although valve B closes in connection with this, in addition, valve A is opened. However, since receipts and payments of the operation oil of oil sac 5 are locked by closed valve B, outboard motor 31 stops in the position. Rotation operation of the above outboard motor 31 is performed by using solenoid 19 as an un-magnetizing-like core. When operating outboard motor 31 and promoting a boat, control lever 28 is made into this (b) position. It is although the anti-power of the thrust of outboard motor 31 exerts the load of the compression direction on piston rod 3 during the cruise which one solenoid also changes into the state where it does not magnetize if it is in the usual cruise, Since sliding by the side of compression of piston 2 is locked by the operation oil of oil sac 5, even when operating in support of outboard motor 31 in the suitable position in the middle of rotation, there is no possibility that a Tilt damper may contract. By the way, if obstacles, such as driftwood, collide with outboard motor 31 during a cruise, the impact load of the extension direction will act on piston rod 3. In this case, since valve A is open, piston 2 slides to the extension side, making the operation oil of oil sac 4 flow into operation oil sac 11 via passage 6, and rotates outboard motor 31 upwards. If the pressure difference of operation oil sac 11 and oil sac 5 to expand is smaller than the pressure of spring 16 which closes valve B at this time, Valve B is not opened, but oil sac 5 serves as negative pressure, and therefore it exerts stability on piston 2 displaced to the extension side, outboard motor 31 which once rotated upwards and eased the shock returns to the original promotion position according to this stability, immediately after driftwood flows away. On the other hand, when the pressure difference of oil sac 5 to expand and operation oil sac 11 exceeds the pressure of spring 16, valve B opens and it makes operation oil flow into oil sac 5. Therefore, an outboard motor does not return to the original position completely even after impact absorption in this case. By the way, in order to retreat a ship or to apply brakes to advance of a ship, in reverse-rotating outboard motor 31, the thrust of outboard motor 31 works to the time of advance, and an opposite direction, and the extension load based on this thrust acts on piston rod 3. Therefore, it energizes to solenoid valve 19, making control lever 27 into the (b) position in this case. If one solenoid is magnetized, core 21 will be adsorbed by magnetism, and plunger 18 of magnetic material will close valve A, when taper part 18A retreats from the position of Drawing 1. as a result, receipts and payments of the operation oil of oil sacs 4 and 5 are intercepted completely -- sliding of piston 2 -- extension and compression -- it is locked also in the direction of any !=. Therefore, a cylinder does not develop with the thrust which acts on the time of advance, and reverse, and an outboard motor is held certainly in a promotion position. It is since solenoid 19 will be magnetized according to a propulsive direction and opening and closing of valve A will be automatically performed, if the change of the switch which performs energization to solenoid valve 19 is interlocked with missions lever 33 which changes the hand of cut of an outboard motor, Only when a ship operator rotates outboard motor 31, he should operate control lever 27. (EFFECT OF THE INVENTION) as mentioned above, the present invention provided the valve which opens the oil sac and sump room of both sides of a piston of a cylinder main part for free passage, respectively -- a sake -- these valves -- it is elasticity about a piston rod by opening and closing -- it can hold in the state where only contraction was locked also as free A state, and the state where elasticity was locked. Since one side of these valves is opened and closed by the magnetism of solenoid magnetized by the energization from the outside, it can also perform the change of a support state of a piston rod automatically in conjunction with change of the operating condition of a cylinder device. Therefore, in using this cylinder device as a Tilt damper of an outboard motor, according to the propulsive direction of a ship, it exhibits the outstanding function -- the support direction of a cylinder device is changed automatically.
