The present invention relates to a receiving device that seals a container. More specifically, the present invention relates to a receiving device having a non-separable working part storage space containing a substance (ingredient) such as water or a general drink received in a container and different different substances such as a concentrate or granules. U.S. Pat. No. 6,692,254, U.S. Pat. No. 6,230884, and U.S. Pat. No. 6,854,595 disclose a container having a structure in which a basic substance and a dissimilar substance are mixed.
However, the container disclosed in the above patent cannot be popularized due to problems such as inefficiency of the production line and convenience of use.
Recently, International Patent Application No. PCT / EP2002 / 004523 (filed January 17, 2002) and Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-00185428 (filed June 19, 2001) presented other structures. , Not commercially successful. In particular, the structure disclosed in the Japanese patent application has a problem that the portion forming the open portion may fall into the container and be swallowed by a child.
Other structures with separate spaces for storing dissimilar substances in the container have inherent problems that are not applicable to the neck of existing containers.
<p> In the problems of the prior art described in detail, an object of the present invention is to provide a receiving device having a non-separable working part storage space containing a dissimilar substance that is easily mixed with a basic substance in a container.</p><p> Another object of the present invention is to provide a receiving device with an actuating part that can be conveniently applied at the same time as the opening actuation of the storage space and the container.</p>
<p> In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, the receiving device provided on the neck of the container contains a different substance different from the substance received in the container, and has a receiving portion provided with a storage space for storing the different substance. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing one desirable embodiment of the present invention. The receiving device 1 of the present invention is separably coupled to a container 100 such as a bottle for drinking water by a method such as a screw method, a one-touch method, or an adhesion method.
The receiving device has a receiving portion 20 having a storage space 21 and a lower opening / closing hole 22, and includes a main body 10 formed by assembly or integral molding. The receiving device is provided with a mouth portion 11 and an upper sealing hole. The mouth portion 11 is provided with an operating portion 30 that makes the lower opening / closing hole 22 of the receiving portion 20 airtight.
The operating portion 30 can be moved upward in an open position by a rotation method or an elevating method, and FIG. 1 shows an operating unit that is opened by a rotation method. The inner surface of the operating portion 30 is provided with an engaging sill 13, and the mouth portion 11 is provided with an engaging sill 31 to restrict the upward movement of the operating portion 30.
The operating portion 30 has an extension portion 34, and the upper sealing portion 32 and the lower sealing portion 35 of the extension portion 34 are in close contact with the corresponding inner surfaces of the upper opening / closing hole 12 and the lower opening / closing hole 22, and the operating portion 30 is formed. When assembled into the main body 10, the substance contained in the receiving part 20 is made airtight with the container.
A perforation 33 is formed below the upper sealing 32, and after the contents are placed in the storage space 21 through the perforation 33, the perforation 33 may be airtight with another stopper 40 or aluminum sheet.
Further, when the operating portion 30 moves upward, a discharge hole 36 can be formed on the upper side of the upper sealing portion 32 in order to communicate the storage space 21 with the outside. When the user moves the operating portion 30 upward onto the main body, the upper sealing portion 32 and the lower sealing portion 35 are separated from the upper opening / closing hole 12 and the lower opening / closing hole 22, respectively, and the substance in the storage space 21 is released. In the second embodiment of FIG. 2, the upper sealing portion 32 is different from the upper sealing portion of FIG. 1, and has a shape in which the upper sealing portion is totally closed without another stopper 40. When the upper sealing portion moves upward and separates from the upper opening / closing hole 12, the outside and the storage space 21 are communicated with each other through the discharge hole 36.
In the receiving device of this embodiment, the contents are put into the receiving portion 20 through the lower opening / closing hole 22, and the lower opening / closing hole is closed by the lower sealing portion. In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the extension portion 34 that closes the lower opening / closing hole 22 is formed in a cylindrical shape. In the embodiment of FIG. 4, a thin plate-shaped sealing member is provided below the lower sealing portion 35 that closes the lower opening / closing hole 22. When the operating portion 30 of the extension portion 34 is turned upward, the sealing member is destroyed and the contents contained in the storage space 21 are dropped into the container. In the embodiment of FIG. 5, it has an assembly-type lower sealing portion that closes the lower opening / closing hole 22, and a cover 50 is assembled to the operating portion 30 for hygiene.
