A mode for carrying out the invention is shown below. As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the mount member 1 of the present embodiment is mounted between a plurality of mount rails 3 provided for mounting electrical equipment. Further, as can be understood from FIGS. 2 to 4, the mount member 1 includes an elastic member 12 and two main body portions 11 coupled to the elastic member 12. Each main body portion 11 is provided with a fixing portion 14 for fixing to the mount rail 3 at one end. Therefore, it is possible to use the mount member 1 that can respond to changes in the distance between the mount rails 3.
The mount member 1 of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 is attached between the mount rails 3 provided in the electric device storage box. Further, the mount member 1 has a structure in which two main body portions 11 having a fixing portion 14 fixed to the mount rail 3 at an end thereof are connected by an elastic member 12. Even if the distance between the fixing portions 14 is widened or narrowed in response to the change in the distance between the mount rails 3, the mounting member 1 is fixed to the mount rail 3 by utilizing the elastic force of the elastic member 12. Can be done.
The mount member 1 of the present embodiment is a wiring fixing member attached across the mount rail 3 located on the front side of the rack and the mount rail 3 located on the rear side of the rack. This wiring fixing member is a rod-shaped member for fixing the wiring connected to an electric device or the like. By connecting the two main body portions 11 constituting the wiring fixing member with a spring member that biases inward, it is possible to cope with a change in the distance between the mount rails 3.
In the mount member 1 of the present embodiment, the fixing portion 14 for fixing to the mount rail 3 is a locking piece that is locked to the mounting hole 21 of the mount rail 3. Further, the elastic member 12 coupled to the main body 11 is urged inward in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, when the mount member 1 is attached to the mount rail 3, if the main body portion 11 is pulled so as to have an appropriate length from a slightly short state, an elastic force acts on the elastic member 12. In the present embodiment, this elastic force is used to prevent the locking piece from being released from the state of being attached to the attachment hole 21.
The main body 11 of the present embodiment has a cylindrical shape, and the diameter of one main body 11 is larger than that of the other. Therefore, the other main body 11 is housed in one main body 11. This spring member is connected to each main body 11 inside the cylinder. Further, in the present embodiment, a convex portion 16 is formed on the side portion of one main body portion 11 from the end portion of the cylinder toward the center, and the other main body portion 11 corresponds to the convex portion 16. A recess 15 is provided. As described above, of the two main body portions 11, a convex portion 16 is provided on the side surface of one main body portion 11, and a concave portion 15 into which the convex portion 16 fits is provided on the side surface of the other main body portion 11. With this configuration, it is possible to suppress the rotation of the two main body portions 11 and facilitate the fixing to the mount rail 3.
The elastic member 12 that connects the main body 11 of the wiring fixing member may be a spring member or the like that urges the outside. In this case, the main body 11 can be urged outward by providing a wall inside each main body 11 and sandwiching the elastic member 12 between the walls. The fixing portion 14 provided at the end of the main body portion 11 is a substantially U-shaped locking portion that extends outward in the longitudinal direction, and is held so as to be stretched after being inserted into the mounting hole 21 of the mount rail 3. It may be done.
As can be seen from FIGS. 5 and 6, the mount member 1 can be a device mounting member that is mounted across the mount rail 3 on the front side of the rack and the mount rail 3 on the rear side. This device mounting member is a member provided with a flat surface portion for mounting an electric device mounted on a rack. In this embodiment, two elastic members 12 for inwardly urging are provided on the side opposite to the side on which the electric device is mounted on the flat surface portion of the two main body portions 11 constituting the device mounting member. The main body 11 is connected. The two main body portions 11 are formed so that a part thereof overlaps with each other, and the length in the longitudinal direction can be changed. In the examples shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the fixing portion 14 fixed to the mount rail 3 has a hook shape with its end facing downward, and is locked to the mount rail 3. The fixing portion 14 can be in another form, and for example, a hook shape facing inward is preferable because it can be held without tools.
Although the above description has focused on the two embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be in various modes. For example, the mount member can be of various purposes. Specifically, a member for fixing the wiring connected to the electric device, a member for holding the wiring, a member for mounting the electric device, and the front side and the back side of the box are cut off. It can also be used as a member to prevent exhaust heat from electrical equipment from wrapping around. Further, in the above embodiment, the mounting members mounted between the mount rails before and after the rack have been mainly described, but the mounting members may be mounted between the mount rails on the left and right sides of the rack.
Further, the fixed portion may be in any form. For example, it may be fixed to the mounting hole of the mount rail with a screw or the like, but it may be a hook shape that is locked in the mounting hole and may be a locking portion that can be mounted without using a tool. preferable. Further, at this time, it is preferable that the elastic member has a property of urging the mount member inward in the longitudinal direction. By urging inward, the mount member can be held on the mount rail.
