The present invention relates to a packaging bag.
Conventionally, in order to make it easier to open the packaging bag containing the contents, notches are provided at the left and right ends of the scheduled opening line of the packaging bag, or at either end, and a straight half-cut is provided on the scheduled opening line. There was a packaging bag provided on each of the two films on the front and back of the packaging bag. These packaging bags can be easily torn and opened by pinching the top and bottom of the notch with fingers and pulling along a straight half-cut.
However, although such a packaging bag can be easily opened, when trying to open the mouth to take out the contents, the torn opening line of the packaging bag is in the same position on the front and back films. Even if I tried to pick the front and back films with my fingers to open the mouth, it was difficult to put my finger between the overlapping front and back films, and I could not easily open the mouth.
In order to avoid this, different scheduled opening lines are provided on the front film and the back film so that the opening lines after opening are not in the same position on the front and back films, making it easy to pick with fingers and open the mouth easily. There was a packaging bag.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the cut line 41 in which two pairs of cuts inclined so as to form a substantially C shape are formed intermittently at the required intervals along the scheduled opening line is packaged by half-cutting. The front film 2 and the back film 3 of the bag 40 are formed into a corrugated shape so that the wave pitches of the front film 2 and the back film 3 intersect each other, or only one side of the film has a wavy deformation perforation. The cut line of the front film and the back film after opening are not completely overlapped, and the opening line of the opening is formed. There was a packaging bag 40 that was easy to open (Patent Document 1).
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the front film 2 and the back film 3 of the packaging bag 50 are half-cut lines on the front side opening schedule line 6 and the back side opening schedule line 7, respectively, and face inward from the left and right ends of the packaging bag 50. The front side scheduled opening line 6 connects both ends of the straight line, with a convex curve on the top, and the back side scheduled opening line 7 connects both ends of the straight line, with a convex curve on the bottom, making it easy after opening. There was a packaging bag 50 that could be picked and opened (Patent Document 2).

It consists of either a curved line or a straight line, and the scheduled opening line of the front film and the scheduled opening line of the back film do not overlap each other in the vertical direction at an intermediate portion other than the left and right end points of the packaging bag. The packaging bag is characterized in that the maximum deviation in the vertical direction exceeds 1 mm and is 3 mm or less.

The packaging bag of the present invention has the above configuration, and each of the front film and the back film is provided with a scheduled opening line that substantially coincides with both ends of the packaging bag as a weakening line, and the scheduled opening line is on the top. The convex is one curved line, the downward convex is one curved line, or a straight line, and the scheduled opening line of the front film and the scheduled opening line of the back film are other than the left and right end points of the packaging bag. In the middle part, they are displaced so that they do not overlap each other in the vertical direction, and the maximum displacement in the vertical direction exceeds 1 mm and is 3 mm or less. It can be easily torn and opened with a stable and constant force.

In addition, the vertical deviation between the front film opening line and the back film opening line other than the end point is more than 1 mm and 3 mm or less at the maximum vertical deviation, so it tears after opening. The front film or the back film can be hooked with a finger and picked at the opened line, which makes it easy to open the mouth.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the upper and lower grips of the tensile tester are fixed at one end of the packaging bag at the upper and lower ends of the planned opening line, respectively, and 500 mm / min ± 10%. Hereinafter, modes for carrying out the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram schematically showing an example of the packaging bag of the present invention. The packaging bag 1 of this example is a packaging bag 1 in which the front film 2 and the back film 3 are overlapped and the peripheral edges of the overlapped front film 2 and the back film 3 are sealed.
The left end point LP of the left side seal portion 4 at both ends of the packaging bag and the right end point RP of the right side seal portion 5 substantially match each of the front film 2 and the back film 3, except for the left and right end points LP and RP. In the middle part of the above, the front side scheduled opening line 6 and the back side scheduled opening line 7 which are offset in the vertical direction so as not to overlap each other are provided by weakening lines. As the weakening line, a solid half-cut line is provided in this example.
In the packaging bag 1 of this example, the front side opening schedule line 6 is a curved line with one convex upward, and is gentler than each end of the left side seal portion 4 and the right side seal portion 5 at both ends of the packaging bag 1. It is provided in a curved line. The planned opening line 7 on the back side is a curved line with one convex downward, and is provided by drawing a gentle curve from each end of the left side seal portion 4 and the right side seal portion 5 at both ends of the packaging bag. The planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side are provided so as to substantially coincide with each other at both end points of the packaging bag 1.
The front side scheduled opening line 6 and the back side scheduled opening line 7 are vertically offset so as not to overlap each other at the intermediate portion in the left-right direction of the packaging bag other than the end point, and the maximum vertical displacement A is 1 mm. It exceeds and is 3 mm or less.
As such, the planned opening line 6 on the front side is provided with a gentle curve with one convex upward, and the planned opening line 7 on the back side is provided with a gentle curve with one convex downward. The opening line does not come off from the planned opening lines 6 and 7, and it can be easily torn and opened with a stable and constant force. In addition, since the planned opening lines 6 and 7 do not overlap other than the end points, it is easy to pick the front film 2 or the back film 3 with fingers from the opened opening line after opening, and it is easy to open the mouth.
FIG. 2 is a front view schematically showing another example of the packaging bag of the present invention. The packaging bag 10 of this example is a packaging bag 10 in which the front film 2 and the back film 3 are overlapped and the peripheral edges of the overlapped front film 2 and the back film 3 are sealed.
For each of the front film 2 and the back film 3, the front side opening scheduled line 6 and the back side opening that substantially coincide with the left end point LP of the left side seal portion 4 at both ends of the packaging bag and the right end point RP of the right side seal portion 5 are opened. Scheduled line 7 is provided as a weakening line. As the weakening line, a solid half-cut line is provided in this example.
In the packaging bag 10 of this example, the front side opening schedule line 6 is a curve with one convex upward, and is gently curved from the left side seal portions 4 and the right side seal portions 5 at both ends of the packaging bag 10. It is provided by drawing. The planned opening line 7 on the back side is a straight line and is provided from the end points of the left side seal portion 4 at both ends of the packaging bag to the end points of the right side seal portion 5, and the planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side are packaging. It is provided so that the points at both ends of the bag 10 substantially coincide with each other.
The planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side are offset in the vertical direction so as not to overlap each other at the intermediate portion other than the end points in the left-right direction of the packaging bag. It is formed so that the planned opening lines 7 do not overlap. In addition, the maximum deviation A in the vertical direction exceeds 1 mm and becomes 3 mm or less.
In this way, the planned opening line 6 on the front side is provided with a gentle curve with one convex upward, and the planned opening line 7 on the back side is provided with a straight line. The line does not come off and can be easily torn and opened with a stable and constant force. In addition, since the planned opening lines 6 and 7 do not overlap other than the end points, it is easy to pick the front film 2 or the back film 3 with fingers from the opened opening line after opening, and it is easy to open the mouth.
FIG. 3 is a front view schematically showing another example of the packaging bag of the present invention. The packaging bag 20 of this example is a packaging bag 20 in which the front film 2 and the back film 3 are overlapped and the peripheral edges of the overlapped front film 2 and the back film 3 are sealed.
The front and back sides of the front film 2 and the back film 3 are approximately the same as the left end point LP of the left side seal portion 4 at both ends of the packaging bag 20 and the right end point RP of the right side seal portion 5. The planned opening line 7 is provided as a weakening line. As the weakening line, a solid half-cut line is provided in this example.
In the packaging bag 20 of this example, the front side opening schedule line 6 is a curved line with one convex downward, and from each end point LP and RP of the left side seal portion 4 and the right side seal portion 5 at both ends of the packaging bag 20. It is provided in a gentle curve. The planned opening line 7 on the back side is a straight line, and is provided from the left end point LP of the left side seal portion 4 at both ends of the packaging bag 20 to the right end point RP of the right side seal portion 5. Line 7 is provided so as to substantially coincide with both end points LP and RP of the packaging bag 20.
The planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side are intermediate portions of the packaging bag 20 other than the left and right end points LP and RP, and are vertically displaced so as not to overlap each other. The planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side are formed so as not to overlap. In addition, the maximum deviation A in the vertical direction exceeds 1 mm and becomes 3 mm or less.
As such, the planned opening line 6 on the front side is provided with a gentle curve with one convex downward, and the planned opening line 7 on the back side is provided as a straight line. Can be easily torn and opened with a stable and constant force without coming off. In addition, since the planned opening lines 6 and 7 do not overlap other than the end points, it is easy to pick the front film 2 or the back film 3 with fingers from the opened opening line after opening, and it is easy to open the mouth.
In the above example, the notch is not provided, but a notch may be provided. Notches are provided at the ends of the left side seal 4 and the end of the right side seal 5 at both ends of the packaging bags 1, 10 and 20, respectively, and the end points LP and RP on the inner side of each notch are used. It suffices to provide the front side scheduled opening line 6 and the back side scheduled opening line 7, which are substantially the same.
In addition, the planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side are provided as a curve with one convex on the upper side, one convex on the lower side, or a combination of straight lines, but one convex on the upper side. May be a combination of curves, or a combination of curves with one convex downward. Then, the planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side may be displaced in the vertical direction at the intermediate portion of the packaging bag other than the end point, and the maximum deviation A in the vertical direction may exceed 1 mm and be 3 mm or less.
Further, in the present invention, the shape of the bag is not particularly particular. In the above example, it is a 4-way sticker bag, but a 3-way sticker bag may be used in which one film is folded back and the ends other than the folded-back portion are sealed. Further, a bottom gusset bag in which the bottom film is folded back and inserted into the bottom portion and sealed may be used, or a standing pouch in which the bottom film is folded back and inserted into the bottom portion and a boat-shaped seal portion is provided at the bottom portion may be used.
FIG. 4 is a front view schematically showing still another example of the packaging bag of the present invention. The packaging bag 30 of this example is a bottom gusset bag provided with a gusset portion 8. Notches 9a and 9b are provided at the ends of the left side seal portion 4 and the right side seal portion 5 at both ends of the packaging bag 30, and the notches 9a and 9b are substantially aligned with each other at the inner end points of the notches 9a and 9b. There are 4 planned opening lines 6 on the front side and 7 scheduled opening lines on the back side. The shapes of the planned opening lines 6 and 7 are the same as those of the packaging bag 1 in FIG.

Specific examples of the present invention will be described below.

<Example 1> A biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film (12 μm) was prepared, and a pattern printing layer was provided on the back surface and a matte varnish layer was provided on the front surface. A 12 μm vapor-deposited surface of a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film on which aluminum is vapor-deposited is bonded to the pattern printing layer surface by a dry laminating method, and further on a non-evaporated surface of a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film on which aluminum is vapor-deposited. A laminated film was obtained by laminating 70 μm of linear low-density polyethylene via an adhesive by a dry laminating method.

Using this laminated film, a four-way seal bag (width 145 mm, length 250 mm) was made. Then, a solid half-cut line was provided on the front side scheduled opening line 6 and the back side scheduled opening line 7 using a carbon dioxide laser. The half-cut wire was provided by cutting 12 μm of the biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film on the front side so as not to cut the vapor-deposited aluminum of the biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film 12 μm on which aluminum was vapor-deposited.

As shown in Fig. 1, the shapes of the planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side are such that the planned opening line 6 on the front side has one convex on the upper side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side has one convex on the lower side. It is provided with a curved line so that the planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side overlap only at the end points LP and RP, and do not overlap each other at the middle part of the packaging bag 1 other than the end points LP and RP, and they are in the vertical direction. The maximum deviation A is set to 3 mm.

<Example 2> As shown in Fig. 2, the shapes of the planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side are provided so that the planned opening line 6 on the front side has one convex upward and the planned opening line 7 on the back side is a straight line. The planned line 6 and the planned opening line 7 on the back side should overlap only at the end points LP and RP, and should not overlap each other at the middle part of the packaging bag 10 other than the end points LP and RP, and their maximum vertical deviation A is 3 mm. A four-way sealed bag was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that.

<Example 3> As shown in Fig. 3, the shapes of the planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side are provided so that the planned opening line 6 on the front side has one convex downward and the planned opening line 7 on the back side is a straight line. A four-way sealed bag was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the maximum deviation A in the vertical direction was set to 3 mm at the middle part of the packaging bag 20 between the planned line 6 and the planned opening line 7 on the back side. ..

A comparative example of the present invention will be described below.

<Comparison example 1> The shapes of the front side scheduled opening line 6 and the back side scheduled opening line 7 are formed into two pairs of cuts that are inclined so as to form a substantially C shape along the planned opening line, as shown in the cut line 41 in FIG. A cut line 41 formed in an intermittent pattern at a required interval is formed on the front film 2 and the back film 3 in a waveform, and the phase of the wave of the cut line 41 of the front film 2 and the back film 3 is formed. The planned opening line 7 is provided so that both ends are straight and the central part is a downward convex curve.

The straight lines of the planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side overlap each other. The length of each straight part was 35 mm. In addition, the maximum vertical deviation A at the middle of the packaging bag between the planned opening line 6 on the front side and the planned opening line 7 on the back side is set to 3 mm. A four-way seal bag was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except for the above.

The tearing force was evaluated for the packaging bags of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2.

<Tearing force> For the packaging bags of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, cut out in the lateral direction with a width of 50 mm so that the planned opening lines 6 and 7 are at the center, respectively, and use them as samples of each example and pull them. The measurement was performed with a testing machine as follows.

Tear the planned opening line of the seal on the left end of the sample, and fix the upper side of the torn end seal to the upper grip and the lower side to the lower grip, 500 mm / min (official). The tearing force was measured by pulling in the error range ± 10%).

When the seal portion is narrow and it is difficult to fix it with the gripper, an extension piece may be attached to the seal portion at the end, and the extension piece may be fixed to the gripper and pulled to measure the tearing force. In addition, JIS: K7128 was referred to in the measurement.

<Measurement result> In all of Examples 1 to 3, the maximum value of the tearing force was between 5.1N and 5.5N. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1, the maximum value of the tearing force was 7.5N to 10N. In Comparative Example 2, the straight part was between 5.1N and 5.5N, but the opening line was changed from the straight part to the curved part from the planned opening line 6 on the front side or the planned opening line 7 on the back side. There was something that slipped. For samples whose opening line deviated from the planned opening lines 6 and 7, the maximum tear force was between 9.0N and 10N.

<Comparison result> As described above, in Comparative Example 1, the maximum value of the tearing force is large and difficult to open, and in Comparative Example 2, when the opening line of the opened line of the packaging bag deviates from the planned opening line, the maximum value of the tearing force is large. It becomes large and cannot be opened with a stable force, making it difficult to open. On the other hand, in Examples 1 to 3, the package could be easily opened by tearing with a stable and constant force, and after opening, it was easy to pick with a finger and the mouth was easily opened.
