Wall surface switch remote control device
Abstract
Problem to be solved. To provide a device for converting a conventional wall switch into a remote controller, which cannot cope with a device in which the lighting fixture itself is fixed to the top surface, and to install the device, electrical work of a circuit is required, and the device can be easily installed. Can't.
Solution. In a switch installed on a wall surface or the like that switches on or off by switching an operation knob, a remote control transmitter, a remote controller receiver, and a control unit and a control unit that control a circuit by receiving signals from the receiver. It is composed of a drive unit driven by the signal of the above and a device having an operation unit that contacts the operation knob of the switch and mechanically performs a switching operation by driving the drive unit, and has a structure of being mounted on a wall surface from above the switch. As a result, it can be almost adapted to the fixtures operated by the wall switch, and even in the case of fixed lighting fixtures, there is no need to replace the lighting fixtures themselves. In addition, since no wiring work is required, anyone can easily operate the instrument with a remote controller by installing the present invention. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1

The present invention relates to a device for remote control of a wall switch for general household use.
In general households, lighting and the like provided on the ceiling are often turned on and off by a seesaw type or push button type switch installed on the wall surface. When using this type of switch, you have to go to the switch on the wall when turning the switch on and off, which is inconvenient if you are physically handicapped or at bedtime. It can also be troublesome. For this reason, it is conceivable that the luminaire can be operated with a remote controller, and there are some luminaires that incorporate a remote controller function. In order to give the luminaire itself a remote control function in this way, it is necessary to replace the luminaire itself with one having a built-in remote control function, which requires a large amount of cost. Therefore, instead of replacing the luminaire itself, there is a device that adds a device having a switch circuit operated by a remote controller to the existing luminaire. For example, in a type of luminaire that hangs on the ceiling, the luminaire is connected to the power supply of the ceiling, and the string-shaped switch attached to the luminaire is pulled down to switch, or the wall switch is used to turn the power of the ceiling on and off. It is often turned on and off. To this ceiling-hanging type lighting device, as a device to add a remote control function, a device having a function to turn on / off the power supply circuit by remote control operation is added between the power supply of the ceiling and the main body of the lighting equipment to operate the remote control. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
Further, in order to give a remote control function to the seesaw type or push button type switch installed on the wall surface or the like, a circuit that is directly turned on / off by remote control operation is added to the circuit inside the switch, and the circuit is provided by the remote control. Some are turned on and off (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

As described above, in Patent Document 1, a device having a remote control function can be added when the lighting fixture is retrofitted to the ceiling, but the lighting fixture itself cannot be fixed to the ceiling surface. In addition, the installation of the device of Patent Document 2 requires electrical work on the circuit, and the work cannot be performed without a qualification for electrical work, so that the device cannot be easily installed.
<p>As described above, at present, there is no device that can easily turn on / off a switch that switches on or off by switching an operation knob installed on the wall surface by remote control operation.</p>
<p>A device that is placed on a wall surface or the like and operates a switch that switches on or off by switching an operation knob, and is a control unit that controls a circuit by receiving signals from a remote control transmitter, a remote controller receiver, and a receiver. It consists of a drive unit driven by a signal from the unit and a device having an operation unit that contacts the operation knob of the switch and performs a direct mechanical switching operation by driving the drive unit, and is mounted on a wall surface or the like from above the switch. It has a structure.</p>
<p>The actions of the above problem-solving means are as follows. That is, since it is a device that can be mounted on a switch that switches on or off by switching the operation knob to perform remote control operation, it can be almost adapted to equipment operated by a wall switch in a general household, and is a fixed type. Even in the case of the lighting fixtures, there is no need to replace the lighting fixtures themselves. In addition, since no wiring work is required, anyone can easily operate the instrument with a remote controller by installing the present invention.</p>
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
FIG. 1 shows that the present invention can be retrofitted to a seesaw type switch 11 installed on a wall surface, and the board 8 of the present invention can be mounted on the wall surface switch using the mounting holes 7 as mounting screw holes 10 for the wall surface switch. Screw to. At that time, the wall surface seesaw type switch 11 is attached so as to enter the switch hole 12. The board 8 has a power supply 2 made of a battery or the like, and supplies power to the remote control receiver 1, the motor and gearbox 3, and the control unit 9. When the remote control receiver 1 receives the switch-on signal sent from the remote control transmitter, it sends a signal to the control unit 9. Upon receiving the signal, the control unit 9 rotates the motor and the motor of the gearbox 3 in the forward direction. Along with the rotation, the drive screw 4 connected to the motor rotates.
One end of the drive screw 4 is connected to the motor and the gearbox 3, and the other end is held by the screw holder 13. The nut 5 is located in the middle of the screw 4, and the nut rotation stopper 6 fixed to the substrate 8 has a structure in which the nut 5 is in contact with the flat portion of the nut 5 so as not to rotate. Therefore, when the screw 4 rotates, the nut 5 cannot rotate, so that the nut 5 moves in the axial direction of the screw. By moving the nut 5, the wall surface switch 11 is switched and the switch is turned on.
The switching of the wall switch 11 is confirmed by the number of rotations of the screw, and when it is determined that the switching is completed, the control unit 9 stops the rotation of the motor and the gearbox 3. Then, when the switch-off signal is sent from the remote control transmitter to the remote control receiver 1, the signal is transmitted to the control unit 9, which rotates the screw 4 in the reverse direction through the motor and gearbox 3, and nuts. Move 5 in the return direction to switch the wall switch 11 in the off direction. In this way, the wall switch 11 is switched by the remote controller.
If the wall switch is a pushbutton switch 14 as shown in FIG. 3, it can be handled by adding a seesaw member 15 having a seesaw member fulcrum 16 attached to the nut rotation stopper 6 so as to swing. is there. When a switch-on signal is sent from the remote control transmitter, the nut 5 moves from the same mechanism as in the first embodiment to push the seesaw member 15, the seesaw member 15 tilts with the seesaw member fulcrum 16 as a fulcrum, and the pushbutton switch 14 Turn on. Next, when a switch-off signal is sent, the nut 5 moves in the opposite direction to the above, pushes the seesaw member 15, tilts in the opposite direction, and turns off the pushbutton switch 14.
Instead of the mechanism for switching the wall surface switch by the linear guide mechanism of the screw as described above, the wall surface switch may be switched by the pushing / pulling operation of the solenoid movable part. In this case, the solenoid is installed instead of the symbols 3, 4, 5, and 6 in the figure.
Since it can be easily attached to an existing wall switch, even a lighting fixture fixed on the top surface can be supported by a lighting fixture having a wall switch. In addition, if the operation is switched by a switch attached to the wall surface, it can be used for things other than lighting equipment.
