The present invention relates to a container cap that is attached to the mouth of a container filled with contents to seal the container.
In a container that is filled with heated contents and then sealed and cooled, the inside of the container is decompressed by cooling. Therefore, in order to prevent deformation and distortion of the entire container due to decompression inside the container, decompression is supported for a part of the container. A portion is provided, or the mouth of the container is sealed with a diaphragm having a bulge in advance, and the bulge is reversed by depressurization (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-35712 and JP-A-10-72056). ), And those in which the mouth of the container is sealed with an inner part that serves as an inversion part (see JP-A-2000-103459).
Further, for a pull-top cap provided with a pull ring for hooking a finger on the sealing portion of the cap that seals the mouth of the container in order to easily open the container, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-236512 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-67215 , Jinkaisho 62-25658, Jinkaisho 63-7663, and Minkaihei 7-21561.<patcit num="1"><text>Jikkenhei 5-35712 Gazette</text></patcit><patcit num="2"><text>Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-72056</text></patcit><patcit num="3"><text>Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-103459</text></patcit><patcit num="4"><text>Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-236512</text></patcit><patcit num="5"><text>Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-67215</text></patcit><patcit num="6"><text>Jitsukaisho 62-25658</text></patcit><patcit num="7"><text>Jitsukaisho 63-7663 Gazette</text></patcit><patcit num="8"><text>Jikkenhei 7-21561 Gazette</text></patcit>
<p> In the case of the decompression-compatible container described in JP-A-5-35712 and JP-A-10-72056, respectively, the diaphragm or inner part that seals the mouth of the container is peeled off and opened. Therefore, when opening the container, not only is the fingertip touching the mouth of the container unsanitary, but it is not always easy to remove the diaphragm and inner parts.</p><p> Therefore, in the present invention, the sealing portion of the cap that seals the mouth portion of the container is provided with a pull ring for hooking a finger, and the sealing portion of the cap is formed as a thin-walled portion that bulges toward the outside of the container. It is an object of the present invention to provide a container cap that does not cause deformation distortion in the container in response to decompression in the container and can be easily opened hygienically.</p>
<p> The container cap according to claim 1 of the present invention for achieving the above object is a container cap that is attached to the mouth of the container to seal the container, and seals the cap that seals the mouth of the container. The stop part is equipped with a pull ring for hanging a finger, and the circumference of the sealing part is a score part that is cut off by pulling up the pull ring, and the sealing part of the cap bulges toward the outside of the container. It is characterized by having a thin-walled portion.</p><p> Further, in the configuration according to claim 1, the container cap according to claim 2 of the present invention has a bulging sealing portion toward the outside of the cap toward the inside of the container due to decompression inside the container. It is characterized in that the bulge is configured to be inverted.</p><p> Further, in the configuration according to claim 1 or 2, the container cap according to claim 3 of the present invention has a plug structure in which the container cap is placed over the mouth of the container and driven into the container to seal the container. It is a feature.</p>
<p> According to the present invention, the sealing portion of the cap that seals the mouth portion of the container is provided with a pull ring for hooking a finger, and the sealing portion of the cap is formed as a thin-walled portion that bulges toward the outside of the container. With this configuration, it is possible to obtain a container cap that does not cause deformation distortion in the container in response to decompression in the container and that can be easily opened hygienically.</p>
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a container cap according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the sealing portion is inverted inward due to the same decompression. Further, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a container cap according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a container cap according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cap 1 of the container according to the present invention is composed of a cap body 2 and a lid 4 that can be opened and closed by a hinge 3, and the cap body 2 is a container mouth portion ( It has a plugging structure in which it is put on (not shown) and plugged in to seal it tightly. 5 is the plug structure part. The cap body 2 may have a screw structure with respect to the mouth of the container.
The cap body 2 has a cap sealing portion 6 for sealing the mouth of the container, and the sealing portion 6 is surrounded by the score portion 7, and the outer circumference of the score portion 7 is hard. It is the edging part 8. The sealing portion 6 is provided with a pull ring 9 for hooking a finger on one upper end thereof. The score portion 7 that surrounds the sealing portion 6 is a portion that is easily excised by pulling up the pull ring 9. The sealing portion 6 is a thin-walled portion that bulges toward the outside of the container, and has flexibility and elasticity that can be reversibly reversed. The bulge of the sealing portion 6 that bulges toward the outside of the container reverses toward the inside of the container due to the decompression inside the container (see FIG. 2). Reference numeral 10 denotes a finger hook, which is a protrusion on which the fingertip is hung when the lid 4 is opened.
3 or 4 show other embodiments of the invention, respectively. The one shown in FIG. 3 has a loose stepped structure in which the shape of the sealing portion 6 draws a wavy ring so that the sealing portion 6 can be easily inverted by the depressurization in the container. In the one shown in FIG. 4, the sealing portion 6 has a larger step structure. Since the other configurations shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 are the same as those shown in FIG. 1, the same components are designated by the same reference numerals.
The cap 1 of the container is composed of molding of a thermoplastic resin, and the thermoplastic resin includes thermoplastic elastomers such as styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer, and low density polyethylene. Medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, linear ultra low density polyethylene, polypropylene, polyolefin resins such as propylene-ethylene copolymer, polyethylene terephthalate resin, nylon-6, nylon-6, A polyamide resin such as 6 or a resin having a barrier property such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified product can be used.
The cap 1 of the container according to the present invention fills the container with heated contents, attaches it to the mouth of the container, and seals the container tightly. The volume of the contents inside the container is reduced by forced cooling from the outside or natural heat dissipation, and the inside of the container is depressurized from the time of filling the contents, but the cap 1 of the container is bulging toward the outside of the container. Since the sealing portion 6 made of a thin-walled portion is provided, the sealing portion 6 is inverted toward the inside of the container in response to the decompression in the container, and the decompressed portion is absorbed. Therefore, even if the pressure inside the container is reduced, the container is not deformed and distorted.
Since the sealing portion 6 that reverses in response to the decompression is provided with a pull ring 9 for hooking a finger, the container can be opened easily and hygienically simply by hooking the finger on the pull ring 9 and pulling it up. ..
