The present invention relates to a suspension band that suspends a handy type work machine such as a brush cutter from the body.
With a handy type agricultural machine such as a brush cutter (hereinafter referred to as a work machine), work is performed while holding the work machine in the hand and swinging it around. In order to reduce the burden during this work, that is, to carry the weight of the work machine and facilitate swinging, the work machine is suspended by a suspension band (hereinafter, simply referred to as a band) attached to the body. ing. There are various types of this band, and the most commonly used is the bag method in which the band is hung diagonally from one shoulder. However, in this case, since the connection point between the hanging string for suspending the work machine and the band is on one side of the waist, the hanging string is located on the side surface of the body and no force is applied. Also, since the force is concentrated on one point on the waist, the burden on the body is great.
For this reason, there is a school bag type in which the band is hung on both shoulders, and in this, a knotting tool for knotting both bands is provided on the chest or back, and both bands are brought close to this portion to fit the body. However, even in this case, the connection point with the hanging string is one point on the waist, and the force is still concentrated here. In addition, the waist position may be too low for a stable suspension of an object. Furthermore, one of the causes of the heavy burden on the body is that the hanging string is a rigid body string.
Therefore, there are some that use elastic cords such as rubber for the hanging cords. That is, it is a band in the above-mentioned bag method, in which elastic strings are pulled out from both ends of the shoulder rest. However, although this one can also elastically support the weight of the work machine by the elastic force of the elastic cord, the band is located on the side of the body and the hanging point is on one side of the waist and is low. Absent.
<p> The present invention solves such a problem. In short, by extending the elastic cords that suspend and support the work machine from the front part of the chest of the shoulder cords on both sides in a V shape, it is possible to support two points at a high position. This is to make it possible to withstand the load stably, reduce the burden on the body, and increase the degree of freedom in adjusting the working posture and the position of the working machine.</p>
<p> Under the above problems, the present invention is the suspension band for suspending the handy type work machine on the body according to claim 1, and the suspension band is a shoulder strap that is passed back and forth between both shoulders. This is a suspension band provided in which elastic cords extending from the front parts of both chests are locked to a work machine in a V shape. In this case, it is preferable that the elastic force of the elastic cord according to claim 2 substantially bears the weight of the working machine.</p>
<p> According to the present invention, since the elastic cord extends in a V shape from the front parts of both chests of the shoulder cord hung on both shoulders by the school bag method and locks to the work machine, the load point can be set at a high position and the load point can be set to a high position. Can be distributed in two places. Therefore, the body can be stretched against the load, the burden is reduced, and fatigue is reduced. Further, if the elastic force of the elastic cord bears almost the weight of the working machine, the elastic support of almost the entire weight of the working machine is performed, and the force of supporting by hand is hardly required, so that the burden is reduced. In particular, when cutting grass on an inclined surface, the weight of the work machine is supported by the body, so the work posture can be changed by slightly pressing the shaft.</p>
FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of a suspension band showing an example of the present invention, FIGS. 2 and 3 are explanatory views showing a mounted state, and FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a usage state of a brush cutter by the suspension band. However, this suspension band has a shoulder strap 2 that is hung forward on the upper and lower left and right of the back plate 1 that is carried on the back, and two elastics that are fastened in the middle of each shoulder strap 2. It consists of string 3.
In this case, the back plate 1 is formed of a cloth or a rigid resin in a plate shape, and is applied to almost the entire back surface from under the neck to around the waist. At this time, the back plate 1 is curved slightly backward with respect to the back so that the back plate 1 rather bends back with respect to the back. The back plate 1 is made of a hard member because it is preferable that this shape is invariant so that it does not slide up.
Specifically, a hard resin plate or the like can be considered, but if the weight is heavy, a cloth or the like is used, and a metal (aluminum or the like) formed by bending it slightly backward with respect to the back is used. The core plate 17 (which is lightweight and preferable) may be inserted from above or below (Fig. 1). The core plate 17 in this case may be a single piece or divided into a plurality of pieces (two in this example), but when inserted, the core plate 17 is bolted to the back plate 1. It is preferably fixed at 20 mag.
Then, a cushion material 4 such as a sponge is attached to the front surface (the surface that contacts the body) of the upper part and the lower part of the back plate 1. In this case, it is preferable that the upper cushion material 4 has a wide width (height) and the lower cushion material 4 has a narrow width. Due to the presence of the cushion material 4, the hard back plate 1 is softened against the back, and the other parts are separated from the body to prevent sweating and the like.
The shoulder strap 2 is made of cloth or the like, and has two upper and lower left and right upper and lower ends of the back plate 1, respectively. Therefore, if the shoulder strap 2 is hung on both shoulders and the back plate 1 is carried, it is as if a school bag is carried. At this time, it is preferable that the distance between the shoulder straps 2 is as wide as possible. In this case, it is preferable that the shoulder strap 2 has an adjustable length because it can cope with the difference in physique. Therefore, the shoulder strap 2 is divided into an upper part 2a and a lower part 2b, which are connected by a buckle 5. Further, a cushioning material 6 such as a sponge is provided on the inside of the shoulder strap 2 to soften the contact with the body.
A ring 7 for connecting the elastic cord 3 described later is provided on the front surface in the middle of the shoulder cord 2. It is preferable that the ring 7 can be repositioned or a plurality of rings 7 can be provided so that the connection points can be changed because it can cope with the difference in physique. In addition, at the lower part of the back plate 1, a waist band 8 that is turned around the waist is provided with a buckle 9 that can adjust the length in order to prevent the back plate 1 from slipping up.
The elastic cord 3 is literally a cord made of an elastic body such as rubber, and the upper end thereof is connected to the shoulder cord 2 and the lower end thereof is connected to the working machine 10. Hooks 11 are attached to both the upper and lower ends to facilitate the connection at this time. The elastic cord 3 of this example is made by folding two elastic cords, and a buckle 12 is provided in the middle of the elastic cord 3 so that the length can be adjusted. This is also to match the physique, but it is also used to adjust the length according to the work terrain.
The working machine 10 of this example exemplifies a handy type engine 18 direct-coupled brush cutter, and an engaging metal fitting 14 connected to a suspension band is provided near the rear of the operating rod 13. Therefore, when the hook 11 at the lower end of the elastic cord 3 whose upper end is connected to the shoulder cord 2 is connected to the engaging metal fitting 14, the elastic cord 3 becomes V-shaped, and the brush cutter 10 is suspended by the elastic force. At this time, the elastic cord 3 is preferably strong and long enough to elastically support the entire weight of the operating rod 13 when the rear portion of the operating rod 13 is slightly pressed and the front portion is raised slightly without the cutting blade 15 at the tip touching the ground. ..
Next, the mowing work by the brush cutter 10 using the above suspension band will be described. As is well known, the brush cutter 10 holds the operation blade 13 with both hands (in this example, the front hand grips the loop handle 16 provided in front of the engaging metal fitting 14), and holds the operation blade 13 to the left and right. Mow the grass with the cutting blade 15 while swinging around. In this case, it is well known that the terrain to be mowed may be flat or sloping, and may be mowed while moving forward or mowing while moving backward.
In the present invention, the brush cutter 10 is hung on both shoulders by a school bag method, and the elastic cord 3 is put out in a V shape from the shoulder cord 2 and suspended by the elastic force. For this reason, the load point is in front of both chests, and it can be set at a high position, and it can be dispersed in two places, and a stable suspension can be provided, which reduces the burden on the body. Especially in the mountainous areas, there are many slopes and many workers are elderly, so this effect is very large.
I tried mowing the ridges of the mountainous paddy fields with a brush cutter using this suspension band. Then, I compared it with the work with a hand-held brush cutter (the ridges of such a land have a slope of 40 to 50 °, and in such a steep slope, the conventional bag method is used. Since the freedom of the body does not work with the suspension band, I attach a loop handle to the work machine and work with it by hand).
Figure 5 shows the results. The vertical axis represents the heart rate increase rate, and the horizontal axis represents the work efficiency to examine the degree of work load reduction. As a result, in all the working methods (working postures), the heart rate increase rate was lower and the working efficiency was higher when the suspension band of the present invention was used. In this respect, the degree of reduction of the work load is great.
The use of this suspension band is not limited to brush cutters, but is suitable for all handy type work machines such as hedge trimmers and chainsaws. Further, it can be applied not only to a work machine but also to a spray tub, a travel bag or a cooler box that may be hung on the body.
