Description: TECHNICAL FIELD [Detailed description of the invention]
【0001】
[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a ply-bonded tissue that prevents ply peeling.
【0002】
[Conventional technology]
Roll products such as toilet tissues are laminated, rolled up and packaged in two or more sheets for the purpose of improving usability such as texture and absorbency. In these tissues, in order to prevent the ply peeling that occurs during use, embossing along the flow direction of the processing machine called edge emboss, knurling, and crimper is applied.
【0003】
However, in these processes, misalignment and embossed parts may become streaks, which spoils the appearance and deteriorates the tactile sensation. In addition, the ply peeling was not a sufficient measure. In addition to this, bonding with glue is also performed, but this also has drawbacks such as the sheet becoming hard and the solubility at the time of disposal being deteriorated.
【0004】
[Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of conventional embossing such as edge embossing, knurling, crimper, etc. and bonding with glue, and provides a ply-bonded tissue that is easy to cut at the perforation at the time of separation and does not easily peel off the ply. Is what you do.
【0005】
[Means for solving problems]
In the present invention, in a tissue product in which two or more tissue sheets are overlapped, a perforation for separating the tissue sheet is provided in the width direction of the sheet, and the tissue is provided in the vicinity of the perforation located in the width direction. The basic configuration is to provide a ply bonding portion for preventing the ply peeling of the sheet.
【0006】
Further, the ply bonding portion may be provided at a specific interval or an arbitrary position at a specific interval or at an arbitrary position at the same time as the ply bonding portion provided near the perforation located in the width direction of the sheet.
【0007】
The above ply bonding portion is achieved by ply bonding consisting of any one or a combination of two or more types of embossing such as perfo embossing and heat embossing, slits, and adhesives.
【0008】
The above-mentioned tissue products include roll products such as toilet tissue, facial tissue, towel paper and the like. In the case where the above-mentioned tissue sheet is a roll tissue product such as a toilet tissue in which two or more long tissue sheets are overlapped and wound up, the roll tissue is sequentially separated at a desired interval in the longitudinal direction. The perforations in the width direction are separated in the longitudinal direction, and ply bonding portions for preventing the ply peeling of the separated tissue sheet are provided in the vicinity of the perforations located in the width direction.
【0009】
It is effective that the ply bonding portion provided near the perforation located in the width direction of the roll tissue is formed in, for example, a band-shaped zone along the inside, outside, or inside / outside of the perforation.
【0010】
The ply bonding portion formed in the above band shape may be a regular band shape, an irregular band shape, a continuous band shape, or a discontinuous intermittent band shape. These are appropriately set so that a desired ply bonding effect can be obtained in relation to the type of ply bonding and the processing sparse density of the ply bonding portion.
【0011】
It is convenient to form the strip-shaped ply bonding (ply bonding strip) by traversing the perforation to form a waveform in the width direction (one mountain shape, two mountain shapes or more).
【0012】
In addition to the ply bonding band near the perforations located in the width direction, it is effective for ply bonding to provide a spot-shaped ply bonding portion at an intermediate position between the front and rear perforations.
【0013】
The spot-shaped ply bonding portions may be provided on both side edges of the tissue sheet in the width direction, and may be provided at appropriate intervals evenly or unevenly in the middle region of the perforation.
【0014】
The above-mentioned strip-shaped ply bonding or the combination of strip-shaped ply bonding and spot-shaped ply bonding is more advantageous when this is performed in combination with pattern or pattern printing, and an advertising effect can be expected.
【0015】
The present invention will be described below by way of examples, but this is for illustration purposes only and does not limit the present invention.
【0016】
[Example]
<< Example 1 >> As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, embossing (4) is performed along both sides of the perforation (3) located in the width direction of the sheet (2) of the ply roll product (1), and the perforation is performed. A strip-shaped roll-ply bonding region (zone) (a) (b) was formed above and below the (3). As shown in FIG. 3, the roll product (1) in which the roll ply bonding zones (a) and (b) are formed near the perforations (3) located in the width direction is embossed in the longitudinal direction of the roll tissue sheet. The appearance is excellent without the appearance of streaks, and the texture of the seat is not impaired. In addition, since roll ply bonding zones (a) and (b) are formed above and below the perforation (3), it is easy to cut at the perforation when the sheet (2) is separated, and ply peeling is effectively suppressed. To.
【0017】
<< Example 2 >> As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, roll ply bonding is performed by embossing (4) along one side of the perforation (3) located in the width direction of the sheet (2) of the ply roll product (1). A zone (c) was formed. In addition to this, spot-shaped embossing (4') was applied between the upper and lower perforations (3) and (3) along both sides in the width direction to form an elliptical roll-ply bonding spot (d). In this example, since the roll-ply bonding zone (c) is formed only on one side of the perforation (3), the roll-ply bonding zone (c) is formed on only one of the upper and lower sides of the sheet piece separated along the perforation. However, the ply peeling is effectively prevented by cooperating with the roll ply bonding spot (d).
【0018】
<< Example 3 >> As shown in FIG. 6, a slit (5) is machined only on one side of the perforation (3) located in the width direction of the sheet (2) to form a roll ply bonding zone (e).
【0019】
<< Example 4 >> As shown in FIG. 7, the perforation (3) located in the width direction of the sheet (2) is longitudinally crossed and glued (6) to form a roll-ply bonding zone (f) having a corrugated width direction. Formed. In this example, the roll-ply bonding zones (f) are vertically provided across the perforations (3), so the sheet pieces separated along the perforations have roll-ply bonding zones (f) on both the upper and lower sides. It has and effectively prevents ply peeling on both the upper and lower edges.
【0020】
<< Example 5 >> As shown in FIG. 8, embossing (4) is applied to both sides of the perforation (3) located in the width direction of the sheet (2), and the perforation (3) is sandwiched. Roll-ply bonding zones (a) and (b) were applied. At the same time, the sheet pieces between the upper and lower perforations (3) were heat-pressed (7) in a spot shape to form circular roll-ply bonding spots (g) arranged in a pattern.
