Claims 1. A system for ablating a generally planar surface of tissue, the system comprising an ablation component comprising:(a) a first chamber defined in the ablation component, the first chamber comprising: (i) an intake port operably coupled to the first chamber;(ii) an outlet port operably coupled to the first chamber;and (iii) a single unidirectional fluid pathway defined by a channel disposed along an external wall in the first chamber and in fluid communication with the intake and outlet ports, wherein the channel is disposed such that the fluid pathway is directed in opposing directions in adjacent lengths of the channel;wherein the external wall of the first chamber is substantially flat;(b) an inflatable second chamber defined in the ablation component, wherein the second chamber is a low thermal conductivity chamber;and (c) an ablation fluid continuously flowable through the channel at a flow rate of at least about 80 liters per minute.

A system for ablating a generally planar surface of tissue, the system comprising an ablation component comprising:(a) a first chamber defined in the ablation component, the first chamber comprising: (i) an intake port operably coupled to the first chamber;(ii) an outlet port operably coupled to the first chamber;and \51-01 (iii) a single predetermined unidirectional fluid pathway extending through a single conduit disposed within the first chamber from the intake port to the outlet port, wherein the conduit is disposed such that the predetermined pathway is directed in opposing directions in adjacent lengths of the conduit;wherein an external wall of the first chamber is substantially flat;(b) an inflatable second chamber defined in the ablation component, wherein the second chamber is a low thermal conductivity chamber;and (c) an ablation fluid continuously flowable through the conduit at a flow rate of at least about 80 liters per minute.
  3. 18
A system for ablating a generally planar surface of tissue, the system comprising:(a) an ablation component comprising: (i) a first chamber defined in the ablation component, the first chamber comprising: (A) an intake port operably coupled to the first chamber;(B) an outlet port operably coupled to the first chamber;and (C) a single unidirectional fluid pathway extending through an undulating channel defined by a plurality of channel walls disposed within the first chamber from the intake port to the outlet port;and (ii) an inflatable second chamber defined in the ablation component, wherein the second chamber is a low thermal conductivity chamber;and (b) an insulation tube disposed around at least a portion of at least one substrate line, wherein an interior portion of the insulation tube comprises a vacuum, wherein the at least one substrate line is in fluidic communication with the intake port.
