Claims 1. A method of using a new enhanced public key for securing system communications between a secure communications terminal and another communications terminal, the secure communications terminal having a processor operably connected to a memory and a communications interface, the method comprising:generating, by the processor, a first portion for verifying a client account, generating the first portion including generating a first encrypted account confirmation code based on encrypting, by the processor, an account confirmation code using the account confirmation code, generating the first portion further including generating, by the processor, a second encrypted account confirmation code based on encrypting, by the processor, the account confirmation code using a unique client key;generating, by the processor, a second portion for authenticating a public key server;generating, by the processor, an asymmetric public key and a corresponding asymmetric private key;combining, by the processor, the first portion, the second portion and the asymmetric public key to form the new enhanced public key;normalizing, by the processor, the new enhanced public key based on a size of the asymmetric public key;the other communications terminal extracting the asymmetric public key from the new enhanced public key with reference to the normalizing to obtain an extracted asymmetric public key;and encrypting data using the extracted asymmetric public key.

A method of using a new enhanced public key for securing system communications between a secure communications terminal and another communications terminal, the secure communications terminal having a processor operably connected to a memory and a communications interface, the method comprising:generating, by the processor, a first portion for verifying a client account;generating, by the processor, a second portion for authenticating a public key server, generating the second portion including generating, by the processor, a first encrypted server authentication code based on encrypting, by the processor, a server authentication code using an account confirmation code, generating the 246983/2 second portion further including generating, by the processor, a second encrypted server authentication code based on encrypting, by the processor, the server authentication code using a unique client key;generating, by the processor, an asymmetric public key and a corresponding asymmetric private key;combining, by the processor, the first portion, the second portion and the asymmetric public key to form the new enhanced public key;normalizing, by the processor, the new enhanced public key based on a size of the asymmetric public key;the other communications terminal extracting the asymmetric public key from the new enhanced public key with reference to the normalizing to obtain an extracted asymmetric public key;and using the extracted asymmetric public key to perform encryption.
  3. 17
A secure communications terminal for securing communications with another communications terminal, secure communications terminal comprising:a processor operably connected to a memory and a communications interface;the processor configured to: generate a first portion for verifying a client account, including generating a first encrypted account confirmation code based on encrypting an account confirmation code using the account confirmation code, and further including generating a second encrypted account confirmation code based on encrypting the account confirmation code using a unique client key;generate a second portion for authenticating a public key server;generate an asymmetric public key and a corresponding asymmetric private key;combine the first portion, the second portion and the asymmetric public key to form a new enhanced public key;and normalize the new enhanced public key based on a size of the asymmetric public key;wherein the other communications terminal includes another processor configured to extract the asymmetric public key from the new enhanced public key 246983/2 with reference to the normalizing to obtain an extracted asymmetric public key and to use the extracted asymmetric public key to perform encryption.
  4. 18
A secure communications terminal for securing communications with another communications terminal, secure communications terminal comprising:a processor operably connected to a memory and a communications interface;the processor configured to: generate a first portion for verifying a client account;generate a second portion for authenticating a public key server, including generating a first encrypted server authentication code based on encrypting a server authentication code using an account confirmation code, and further including generating a second encrypted server authentication code based on encrypting the server authentication code using a unique client key;generate an asymmetric public key and a corresponding asymmetric private key;combine the first portion, the second portion and the asymmetric public key to form a new enhanced public key;and normalize the new enhanced public key based on a size of the asymmetric public key;wherein the other communications terminal includes another processor configured to extract the asymmetric public key from the new enhanced public key with reference to the normalizing to obtain an extracted asymmetric public key and to use the extracted asymmetric public key to perform encryption.
