    A compound for use in treating a subject suffering from pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS), tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT), plexiform neurofibromas, or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNST) wherein the compound has the formula:CLAIMS: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: the subject suffering from MPNST is further administered sirolimus.
