The ultrasound system according to any one of the preceding claims, further configured to monitor results by monitoring a temperature profile of said at least one targeted region. . The ultrasound system according to any one of the preceding claims, further configured to target delivery of said ablative ultrasound energy by producing a matrix of spaced treatment spots comprising at least one of two-dimensional and threedimensional matrix of lesions along a scanned pattern created by scanning of said transducer probe.
  7. 9
    10. The ultrasound system according to any one of the preceding claims, further configured to produce said treatment region in spatially defined patterns by producing a discrete locus of spaced conformal lesions based on control of spatial and temporal parameters.
  8. 10
    11. The ultrasound system according to any one of the preceding claims, further configured to localize at least one targeted region by generating three-dimensional imaging information;and still further configured to target delivery of ablative ultrasound energy by treating a three-dimensional treatment region.
  9. 11
    12. The ultrasound system according to any one of the preceding claims, further configured to target delivery of ablative ultrasound energy by cooling through any tissue regions between and including skin and said at least one sebaceous gland to facilitate treatment.
