  1. 1
17 CLAIMS 1. A device for conveying products, in particular fruit, adapted to sort these products as a function of 5 predetermined selection criteria, wherein it comprises in combination:a first conveyor provided with a loading zone (Y) for the products and comprising a plurality of rollers G?j mounted freely to rotate about a shaft (£7 borne by an 10 endless chain C3T) and extending at right angles with respect to the latter, which rollers are spaced such that two successive rollers (Z) define between one another a housing for a product and are formed by parallel disks ()Zf, which are kept spaced and disposed at right angles 15 with respect to the rotary shaft (8), a second conveyor comprising a plurality of conveyor receptacles articulated on a support (ptf borne by an endless chain and maintained in a conveyor position by a locking system (2ί, ;20 . . this second conveyor, extending over its largest length as an extension of the first conveyor, having an initial transfer zone in which the conveyors are disposed side by side and parallel to One another, these conveyor receptacles having an upper 25 surface of a general concave shape adapted to provide support for a fruit and comprising a central bar C2^j extending transversally with respect to the endless chain OY) , and a plurality of fingers disposed at right angles on either side of the central bar , these 30 fingers being distributed such that the disks (245, Xf) of the rollers (8) may be interposed between these latter, this second conveyor being disposed at a distance from the first conveyor and the conveyor receptacles being distributed along this second conveyor such that: * in the transfer zone, each receptacle OS') is adapted to be interposed between two rollers (zf, the 35 18 fingers (^) of each receptacle and the disks Jci) of the rollers being adapted to overlap with one another, * each conveyor receptacle (2^) supports a product initially housed between two rollers (2) after 5 retraction of these rollers on their return towards the loading zone (2Ϊ, means (5/1, ¢/6} for triggering the locking system (j/4, ^6, ^f) for the receptacles 053 , adapted selectively to cause the tilting of these receptacles in 10 order to unload the products borne thereby into the unloading zones 04, $£} .
  2. 3
A conveyor device as claimed in one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the second conveyor comprises two conveyor lines comprising conveyor receptacles (25) disposed on either 35 side of a single endless chain (>€3, the first conveyor also comprising two conveyor lines each provided with a plurality of rollers (tf borne by an endless chain CM, and 19 each adapted to cooperate with one of the conveyor lines of the second conveyor.
  3. 5
    7. A conveyor device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein the first conveyor has a horizontal path section C2j upstream of the transfer zone, provided with means (^40 for analysing the external appearance of the 25 products, this conveyor comprising, at this analysis zone, a rolling surface for the rollers adapted to cause these rollers to rotate about their axis.
  4. 7
    10. A conveyor device as claimed in one of the preceding 5 claims, wherein the second conveyor comprises a possible support slideway 05) for the end of the conveyor receptacles (,>5) , extending laterally with respect to the second conveyor between the transfer zone and the first unloading zone. 10
  5. 8
    11. A conveyor device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein the locking system comprises a catch comprising a hook Of) articulated on the support Of) and adapted to cooperate with a locking spindle (X) mounted on 15 the conveyor receptacle 05) and resilient means (>2) for urging the hook Of) into its locking position, the hook and spindle being disposed so as to cooperate, after tilting of the conveyor receptacle (1 ) , under the effect of a reverse tilting obtained by gravity during the return 20 of this conveyor receptacle to the transfer zone.
  6. 10
    13. A conveyor device as claimed in one of claims 11 or 12, wherein it comprises a support member (X) adapted to support the lower end of the supports (χ) of the conveyor 30 receptacles (>5) at right angles to the trigger means (X, X;X, X) .
  7. 11
    14. A conveyor device as claimed in one of claims 11 to 13, wherein it comprises a support member (>3) disposed 35 on the return path of the conveyor receptacles 05) to the transfer zone and adapted to come into contact at the top 21 with these conveyor receptacles disposed in the inverted position in order to ensure locking of the latter.
  8. 13
    17. A conveyor device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein the storage zones are formed by separate housings (540 55Γ) each of which is associated with trigger 25 means, a member (62) for detecting the products being disposed above the conveyor belt (680 at right angles to the separation between two housings (£4, 5-50 and adapted to control a shutdown of the conveyors when a fruit is detected on this conveyor belt. 30
