The present invention relates to a semi-automatic firearm with enhanced, improved insurance. More specifically, the present invention is directed to a dual-function handgun or a semiautomatic weapon carried on the shoulder.
Semi-automatic handguns are known to the police, military, or other users, where the accidental firing of a weapon is a very serious problem. · A random firing, often with a fatal outcome, results in someone handling a weapon by assuming ** or by removing the magazine and assuming the weapon is empty · As a result, designers, manufacturers, that semi-automatic weapons are manufactured and used in such a way as to avoid, or at least reduce, the risk of accidental or reckless firing by their design or use ·
It is an object of the present invention to solve this problem and to provide improvements in this type of firearm design to achieve the desired result.
Most of the semi-automatic pistols in use, including those used as side-arms by the United States Armed Forces, are essentially single-action types in which a rifle, typically a cock strike, is triggered by sliding, retraction of the sled, by pulling, / see U.S. Patent Nos. 984,519 and 4,754,689, / Several of these weapons are dual-action when firing their first shot, but then single-shot when firing the charge in the magazine · ie they are not dual-action ·
Such single-action pistols are known for accidental firing and have therefore developed many embodiments to improve safety. They were designed to modify the mechanism of the firing unit to reduce its ability to move under the impact of a weapon drop or other impact (see U.S. Pat. No. 4,646,619). trigger after removing the magazine (see US-PS 4,420,899).
Dual-action pistol types are those in which the trigger pin does not retract by sliding the slide but where the trigger movement raises and releases the trigger pin to trigger the weapon (see U.S. Pat. No. 5,357,525). Because such guns are not "armed" until the trigger is pulled, they are less likely to be accidentally fired when dropped or impacted. However, such firearms are capable of accidental firing and therefore have been designed with safety features such as a trigger after removal of the magazine (see US-PS 4,031,648). The present invention improves the pre-existing security solutions for dual-action firearms by applying patches that effectively eliminate the possibility of firing weapons in the event of a fall or impact, or because there is still a cartridge in the cartridge space after the cartridge has been removed.
One of the ways safety can be improved when using guns, according to the invention, is to improve tactile sensing of the trigger action so that the gun user can control or control the trigger with a definite, constant feeling. without increasing it in the trigger mechanism, using roller bearings in the trigger assembly and impact mechanism · This solution represents a novelty in the construction of pistols.
Another way the invention perfects dual-action firearms is by locking the barrel and barrel into a system that does not depend on the casing or casing side guides for precise alignment or function. This was done by using the rotary tube and the sling locking ribs in a novel arrangement (see U.S. Pat. Nos. 1,427,966 and 4,522,107).
A further embodiment of the present invention for perfecting semiautomatic, dual-action pistols, or other firearms involves the use of an elongated pin-mounted switching unit between the trigger and the trigger. Such a switching unit has also been used in prior firearms / see US-PS 566,515} 1,395,4551 2,159,205; 4,501,609} 4,553,987 and 4,825,744, but the present invention provides a new design for such known types of firearm units and thus creates a new improved semi-automatic double-action weapon.
The object and object of the present invention is to provide a new semi-automatic firearm with enhanced security solutions.
Other objects and solutions of the invention:
First Improved, non-cocking pistols or other semi-automatic handguns that trigger the trigger mechanism to pull up and release the trigger, as opposed to the current common type of semiautomatic weapon that triggers the trigger or cock to retract
2 · New semi-automatic handguns - handguns with relatively low and even frictional trigger, trigger and punch - compared to known small arms ·
3 · Handguns that include a cylindrical pin to place the sled.
4 · Handguns that have a steady, steady trigger pull.
5 · Handguns with the barrel pin firmly blocked and prevented from reaching the cartridge before the barrel is securely locked in the loaded position ·
6 · A handgun mechanism that ensures that the trigger has reached its full forward position before the trigger unit releases the trigger for the next trigger.
7th Semi-automatic handguns with dual-purpose trigger that works by securing the weapon when dropped ·
8th Semi-automatic handguns with interlocking slider, barrel and lockhead guides, independent of the gun case, so that the case is not exposed to load by locking and unlocking the slide and barrel *
A further object and scope of the invention will be apparent from the following detailed description. It will be appreciated, however, that the detailed description, although preferred embodiments of the invention, is merely exemplary, since many changes and modifications can be readily apparent from, and are apparent from, the spirit and scope of the invention.
According to the invention, the object is solved by semiautomatic, dual-action pistols or similar firearms having:
a / oblong case has a substantially U-shaped axial cavity and an axial sleeve which defines an upwardly oblong opening and b / elongated sleeve mounted on said sleeve so as to move along the sleeve between a filling and a sliding position. c / a displacement spring assembly located within the housing cavity and biasing the sled into its filling position;
d / the tube is pivotally and slidably mounted in the sled, and e / the locking head is rotated between the filling and the sliding position.
The tube may slide axially in the sled when the tube is in its downward position and f / the ribs connected to the tube extend laterally from the tube to prevent its axial movement in the sled when the tube is in the charging position. A pipe clamp is releasably mounted on the pipe mouth, which slidably centers the pipe in the sled.
The pistol also has a g / a ratchet assembly, which includes a ratchet and is located in the sled so as to move axially between a retracted position and a firing position while passing through a secured position and h / a ratchet safety interlock assembly which firmly prevents the pin from reaching the firing position until the tube is fully rotated to its filling position and includes a clamping lever, which can turn on the sled.
In a preferred embodiment, the pistol has a trigger assembly which includes a trigger that moves axially and reciprocally in the holster, a trigger unit movably connected to said trigger key, and a trigger and a trigger lever to move back and forth.
In addition, the impact pin assembly includes a roller bearing which at least partially carries the impact pin in the sled.
The trigger assembly further includes j / means for allowing the trigger assembly to engage with the trigger pin when the trigger unit moves away from the trigger firing position, but prevents this engagement when the trigger unit moves toward the trigger firing position. a cylindrical tap that prevents the trigger unit from engaging with the trigger pin as the trigger unit moves toward the firing position of the trigger pin ·
Preferably, the firing unit comprises an elongated, flat member having a first leg extending from its distal end, an upper second leg and a lower third leg extending from its proximal end, and further comprising a ratchet-engaging rib which extends from the second leg to the side. extends as well as a lever arm on the third leg · The case carries a roller cam that engages with and causes said lever arm, so that the trigger unit is rotated downward as it approaches the end of the trigger unit's movement away from the firing pin position and the trigger unit is hinged to the trigger pivot via the first stem ·
Preferably, the housing includes a cylindrical pin which, by a spring action, causes a forced movement perpendicular to the stem and engages in a recess formed in the sled, thereby engaging the sled in its filling position ·

The portion 112 has an axial bore 120 that slides to receive the cylindrical pin 116 and includes a tgxex spring 122, which forces cylinder tap 116 outwardly from portion 112. The housing 4 has a pair of axial grooves 124 disposed adjacent to the trigger slide carriage guide along which the roller bearings 118 roll when the trigger key 110 is pulled (see Figures 6-8).
The trigger assembly 10 further comprises a second pair of roller bearings 126 on pin 128 which
130 is attached to a tome extending from the 112 portion. The roller bearings 126 roll in the 96 channels.
The trigger unit 14 includes an elongated, flat plate member having a first stem 132 extending to an end 134 and an upper, second stem 136 and a lower third leg 138 extending toward the other end. at its end, it is pivotally engaged with pin 123, which is secured to the trigger stop 130.
The impact pin rib 140 extends laterally from the second leg 133 and has a lever surface 142 and a side rib on the third leg 138
The housing 4 contains a plurality of parts that are essential to the exact operation of the firing unit 14, which are
1 / a roller cam 146 engaging the lever arm 142 and rotating the trigger unit 14 as the trigger unit 14 approaches the end of the movement of the impact pin from its firing position / see Fig. 4 / |
2 / a cylindrical pin 148 which may move perpendicular to the movements of the firing unit 14; finally
3 / a cylindrical pin 150 with a pre-tensioned spring 152 that moves in a reciprocating motion of the actuator unit 14, the connection of these items or parts, which will be explained later with reference to Figures 4 to 3, allows the trigger unit cooperates with the trigger pin 12 when the trigger unit 14 moves away from the firing pin position, but prevents the trigger unit 14 from engaging with the pin when the trigger unit 14 moves toward the firing pin position.
The cam cam 146 rotates on the pin in the pin hole 56 of the housing 4. The cylindrical pin 148 moves back and forth in the pin bore 54 of the housing 4 and carries a prestressed spring similar to the prestressed spring 152.
The 12 pin assembly includes a cylindrical pin
154 housing, a holder 156 extending laterally from housing 154 and bearing roller bearing 153, further comprising a pin 160 and a spring assembly 162.
The spring assembly 162 has a coil spring 164 which is clamped between an end guide 166, the tip of which extends through an arrow at the front of the housing 154, and a rear guide 168 having a flanged cap 170 at its end. Guide members 166 and 168 are telescopically pushed into one another when the coil spring 164 is compressed by pulling trigger 110
When the pistol 2 is assembled, the body 154 of the pin 12 assembly is inserted into the bore 53 of the slide and the holder 156 and the roller bearing 158 enter the channel 60 of the slide. The end plate 172 slides into the grooves (not shown) on the back of the sleeve 6 and the end of the cap 170 extends through the arrow in the end plate 172 to lock these components in place. In the Assembled Pistol 2, the pin 12 assembly is carried on the slide 6 so that it can move axially between a retracted position (see Fig. 4) and a firing position (see Fig. 5 ·) through a secured position (see Fig. 6). - 17 The 2 pistols are equipped with a pin fuse
174 with a blocking device that prevents the
160 the pin may reach its firing position before the tube 8 is fully rotated to the tube fill position · This blocking assembly 174 includes a stop lever 176 that pivots on a pin 72 in the sled and is tensioned by the spring 178 to the pin block position. 10. The chamfer 9θ on the tube 8 allows the stop lever 176 to rotate to the lock position when the tube 8 turns to its bounce position, but when the tube 8 turns to its filling position, the $ 0 chamfer turns and moves and the portion 8 the total outside diameter of the cartridge barrel will press the stop lever 176 to free the barrel housing 154 and allow the barrel bar 160 to actuate the barrel,
The displacement spring assembly 16, which is housed in the U-shaped axial cavity 28 of the carriage 6, serves to return the carriage 6 to the filling position after it has retracted when the gun 2 is fired. This displacement spring assembly 16 includes an elongated guide bar 180 surrounded by an inner displacement spring 182 and an outer displacement spring 184. These springs are trapped between the flanged cap 186 attached to the rear end of the guide bar 180 and the washer 188, which may slide on the guide bar 180, but the thickened end 190 prevents it from sliding off the guide bar 180.
The retaining spring assembly 16 is supported by a tubular fastener 22 in the cavity which extends beyond the ribs 80 through a plurality of 192 bore holes, a retaining spring receiving bore 194 with an aperture 196 at its front end, a guide 198, and locking pin 208.
When the pistol 2 is assembled, the washer 188 of the displacement spring assembly 16 abuts the front face of the displacement spring receiving bore 194 of the barrel 22 and the thickened end 190 of the guide bar 180 extends through the opening 196. Thus, when the tube clamp 22 is locked on the slider 6 through the ribs 80 and the cylindrical pin of the latch 200, the front end of the tube 8 is slidably disposed in the bore 192 and the front end of the retaining spring assembly 16 is retained in the retaining spring 194. See Fig. 6 · When the pistol 2 is fired, the sled 6 slides back and moves backward along the tube 8 and slides its front portion in the tube bore 192 of the tube holder 22 (see Fig. 10). Simultaneously, the retracting springs 182 and 184 of the retracting spring assembly 16 are compressed until the slide 6 reaches the fully retracted position (not shown) | thereafter, the retaining springs 182 and 184 return the sled 6 to the filling position. This, in turn, moves the tube 8 to its filling position as a result of the locking head block 24 as already described.
The sliding of the sleeve 6, as described herein, discharges the used sleeve from the pistol 2 through the 64-inlet arrow and fills a new cartridge (not shown) from the magazine 18 into the cavity 86, but since the pistol 2 is only a double-action weapon, pull it up
- 19 bumpers 160 which are thus retained in their secured or secured position (see Fig. 9) during the entire sliding movement of the sled 6. This improved security is achieved for the semiautomatic gun of the present invention by the particular technical features, as well as the actuation of the trigger assembly 10 and the actuation unit 14 as shown in FIGS. Referring to FIGS.
The secured position of the impact pin assembly 12 is a
6th Fig. 4A shows where the rear end of the trigger assembly rib 140 engaging with the stud 160 engages the front edge 210 of the stud assembly 156. The cam cam 146 also engages the lever surface 142 of the stem 133 while the cylindrical pin 148 exits the engagement. Thus, when the trigger 110 is started to be tightened, the engagement of the rib 140 with the flange 210 causes the striker assembly 12 to move backward (see FIG. 7). /, while the lever arm 142 continues to travel along the cam cam 146 but avoids the cylinder pin 148 and begins to move behind the stem 133 and the trigger unit 14 is forced upwardly by the cylinder pin 150. Further, pulling the trigger 110 will eventually move the pin 12 to its rearmost position before the trigger 14 is disengaged / see FIG. At this point, the roller cam 146 on the lifting area 142 forces the firing unit 14 downward, defeating the pre-tension of the cylindrical pin I50 and directly causes two things, namely:
1 / the ribs 140 on the trigger unit 14 are released • 4 · Μ »« ♦ V <

20 from the 210 flanges of the 12 pin assembly and
2J moves cylindrical pin 143 sideways through the top of stem 1J8 of firing unit / see Fig. 4 / · The pin assembly 12 rushes immediately to the fill position of the pin 160 / see Fig. 5 /. Also, once the finger pressure on the trigger key 110 is released, the trigger unit 14 moves forward, but the cylindrical pin 148 continues its path at the top of the lever arm 142 of the stem 133, thereby preventing the trigger unit 14 from moving up until it reaches its fully forward position releasing the cylindrical tap 148 (see Fig. 6 · /) This ensures the safety of the pistol 2 by requiring the trigger 110 to fully advance, before the rib 140 can reconnect to the flange 210 of the pin 12 assembly for the next shot of the pistol 2.
Other technical features are also incorporated in the striker assembly 12, the trigger assembly 10 and the trigger assembly 14, which are combined with the novel trigger assembly operation described herein to provide improved security for the pistol of the present invention, such as the trigger key function. to improve operational safety with a new gun · First, the use of the trigger key and the roller bearings 118 and 126 carrying the trigger assembly reduced friction and straight-line actuation does not require significant cam or lever lifting of other parts of the trigger key. As a result, gun yields are substantially constant * · · * 44 • »4 ·· · β • 4» 4 · «·« ·
- for 21 of its members, the sensation of touch, over a recognizable period, and eliminates the accidental & unintentional function of a weapon in a nervous-sleeved gun user ·
Second, the spring unit 162 in the pin assembly 12 is a slow type that, combined with the roller bearings, provides a steady, smooth trigger pull that eliminates the unintentional triggering of the gun by the trigger ·
A third technical feature contributing to safety in the pistol of the present invention is the placement of the cylindrical pin 212 in the barrel 4 which is pre-tensioned by the spring 214 to move perpendicular to the sled 6 so as to engage the latch recess 216 assist the sleeve 6 to be fully closed in its filling position, ensuring that the pistol 2 is in the ready state. The amount of pressure required to overcome the initial opening resistance of the sleeve 6 can be adjusted by controlling the tension of the spring 214. The incorporation of the cylindrical pin 212 into the pistol 2 provides an advantageous opportunity.
The magazine 18 is located in the handle portion 40 of the housing 4 and is then pressed either by the release button 218 either to the right or to the left, which button 218 extends laterally through the handle portion 40 and forms part of the storage lock release unit 20 which includes 222 locking rods and a spring 224. Moving the release button 218 in either direction from its idle position depresses the mandrel 220 and moves the locking bar 222. against the spring tension force, outside the slot 226 in magazine 18, releasing it for pulling out of the handle portion 40 of the pistol 2. Other less complex layouts can also be used to unlock ©, for example, a system (not shown) that can only be unlocked from one side, but can be interchanged for right-handed or left-handed users.
The slide fastener 26 serves to lock the slide 4 in its fully slipped position when the magazine 18 is empty. This is an additional security measure, and is typical, and warns the shooter that the next time the trigger 110 is pulled, the © gun will no longer fire. In addition to the hub 52, the slider assembly 26 includes a lever 250, a cantilever wire spring 232, a spring housing 234, a hook portion 236, and a rib 233 that cooperate with the flange 240 on the metering plate 242 of the hopper 18. engage with the cartridges (not shown) which are inserted into the magazine 18, but engage with the flange 240 when © the cartridge dispenser 244 is pushed by the dispenser spring 244 into its upper position. If this occurs, the next sliding of the slide 6 will lock the hook portion 236 into the notch 246 formed in the slide 6 and prevent it from returning to its filling position. When the empty magazine 18 is removed, it automatically returns to its lower position c 230 to unlock the sled 6 by the wire spring 232. The wire spring 232 has a tensile strength less than that of the spring spring 244.

and tensile strength, and thus allows a
230 the lever is in the raised position against the downward action of the wire spring 232 when the magazine 18 is empty.
The operation of the vaginal ejector 15 ejects the spent sleeves from the pistol 2 through the orifice 64 when the sleeve 6 is thrown back after firing the pistol. It has 248 latches, 250 bodies and downwardly extending bracket 252 with 254 openings. When the pistol 2 is assembled, the hub 52 extends through orifice 254 to secure the vaginal ejector 15 to travel through the complex channel 76 in the sleeve 4 as the sleeve 6 moves back and forth.
The pistol 2 may be provided with a long barrel (not shown), which is identical to the barrel 8 8, but with approx. Works with 25 »4mm longer and longer with tube holder 22a and / or 22b. The two longer tube clamps have a pair of gas exhaust slots 256 formed therein and are substantially the same except for the position of the front guides 198 or 198b and the spacing of the slots 256.
Equipped with both short and long barrel and standard and longer barrel clamps, the pistol can operate in four ways, namely:
1 / with standard service mode, short tube 8 and standard tube fasteners 22 / see Figures 1 and 2 / j

4 / with a silencer mode, a standard beaker 22 and a longer tube having a silencer mounted at the free end of the longer tube. In compensated mode, the gas flowing through the slots 256 helps the shooter to hold the weapon barrel against the upward impact of the recoil.
The pistol 2 is easy to maintain and maintain · easy to disassemble by turning the locking lever 104 downwards as shown in Figure 3 · Bz allows the latch head rib 92 to exit slit 94 and slide 6 to leave sled 30 provided of course, the magazine 18 has been removed from the grip part 40. When the sled is removed, the slider 6 is ejected by the retaining spring assembly 16. The tube 8 is removed from the sleeve 6 by rotating the tube retainer 22 to unlock the ribs 30 from the channel 78.
The pin assembly 12 is removed by depressing the cap 6 from the sleeve 6 and sliding the end plate 172 out of the sleeve 6. The trigger assembly 10, the trigger assembly 14, and the locking head assembly 24 are pulled as a single unit from the seat 44, and when released from the housing 4, the locking assembly 24 can be separated from the trigger assembly 10 and the trigger assembly 14. Removing the sleeve 6 allows the sleeve retainer 26 and the sleeve extender 13 to be pulled from the housing 4.
The care of some components, such as the roller cam 146, the cylinder pin 148, and the locking assembly 174, requires the removal of small clamping pins using tools, but otherwise the gun can be disassembled and assembled manually without the use of tools.
