Method and composition for improving fuel combustion

A process for improving the combustion of fuels by adding a catalyst or combustion enhancer in extremely low concentrations, preferably in the range between 1 part combustion catalyst to 200 million parts fuel and 1 part catalyst to 6 trillion parts fuel. The catalyst or combustion enhancer can be chosen from a wide range of soluble compounds. The process may include the step of initially mixing the catalyst or enhancer with a suitable solvent, and the steps of further dilution with solvents or fuel.
