BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a cover or binder magazine having a back and a front portion which are interconnected along a binding fold line while the first portion has a bag for a CD-ROM.
In the known covers or binders, besides the magazine, there is a case for the CD-ROM, which is a bag made of a transparent plastic foil which is glued to the front of the cover or binder. This solution gives a provisional and non-professional impression to both the user and the viewer. In addition, when you remove a CD-ROM, it often causes damage to the bag. Such a solution is described, for example, in FR-A2 210948.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a magazine cover and binder of the type mentioned in the introduction which, however, has a much more professional and aesthetic appearance compared to the prior art and does not have the aforementioned drawbacks.
According to the invention, the object is solved by the first part of a cover surface, a first surface element connected to a first surface element, a second surface element connected to a first surface element, and a second surface element connected to a second surface line. consisting of a third surface member, the first and second fold lines being parallel to each other and the bonding fold line, furthermore, the first and second surface members are provided with a cutout opening, the third surface member is provided with a cutout adapted to the CD-ROM, and the first, second and third surface members are glued to each other so that the second fold line between the second and third surface members there is a slot for the CD-ROM.
In order for the CD-ROM to be contained in a cover and binder thus formed, i.e. in its bag, it is advantageous for the cover or binder to be adapted to the diameter of the CD-ROM.
The two cut-out openings in the first and second surface members are arranged symmetrically with respect to the fold line, i.e. mirrored, so that when folded they overlap each other. The CD-ROM is visible through these cut-out slots.
Preferably, the second surface member of the cover or lacing according to the invention is formed by a perforation line in the form of an arc which is mirror-symmetrical with respect to the second fold line with a corresponding edge portion of the cutout in the third surface member. The two end sections of the circular perforation line are interconnected by a fold line. Through this fold line as well as the circular perforation, a surface section is defined on the second surface element, which forms a lid which can be ruptured along the circular perforation for the CD-ROM bag. This circular perforation line provides a CD-ROM seal of origin. In order to allow the lid to be opened smoothly along the circular perforation line at a given time, it is expedient to have a finger opening on the outside of the circular perforation line. Also, for easy opening of the lid, the cut-out on the third surface member is also provided with a finger opening which is covered by a finger opening formed on the second surface member. This cut-out finger opening on the third surface element serves, in addition, to allow the CD-ROM stored in the cover or binder according to the invention to be easily removed from the bag after the cover has been opened.
The third surface element is preferably glued together with the second surface element and the first surface element. To this end, the third surface member is provided with an adhesive strip on the inside for gluing to the inside of the second surface member and on the outside with an adhesive strip for gluing with the inside of the first surface member. In such an embodiment, the cover or lacing according to the invention is provided with an adhesive strip on the outside of the third surface member adjacent to the second fold line, with an interruption for insertion. This interruption preferably has a length that is slightly smaller than the diameter of the CD-ROM to be stored there.
The invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings, in which:
First Figure 4 is an inside view of the cover or lacing according to the invention;
Second Figure 3 is an exterior view of the cover or lacing according to the invention.
Figure 1 illustrates a cover 10 or a binder 10 for a magazine in an expanded, i.e. unfolded, state. The cover or lacing 10 has a back portion 12 and a first portion 14 which are joined together in one piece along a binding fold line 16. The first portion 14 is comprised of a first surface element 18, a second surface element 20 and a third surface element 22, wherein the first and second surface elements 18, 20 are interconnected along a first fold line 24 and the second and third surface elements 20, 22 is connected in one piece along a second fold line 26. The binding fold line 16 is parallel to the first fold line 24 and the second fold line 26.
The first surface member 18 has a cut-out opening 28 and the second surface member 20 has a cut-out opening 30, which are mirror-shaped to the first fold line 24.
The third surface element 22 is provided with a cut-out 32 which is round and aligned with a CD-ROM. The cutout 32 has a finger opening 34 on the upper side. The second surface member 20 is provided with a circular perforation 36 formed symmetrically in a mirror image relative to the second fold line 26 with respect to the respective edge portion of the cutout 32 in the third surface member 22. A finger opening 38 is connected above the perforation line 36, which is mirror-symmetrical with respect to the second fold line 26 with respect to the finger opening 34 in the third surface element 22.
The two end portions 40 of the circular perforation line 36 are interconnected by a fold line 42,
EN 219 552 Β which line intersects the cut-out opening 30. A fold 44 is defined by a fold line 42 and a circular perforation line 36.
The third surface element 22 is provided with an adhesive strip 46,48,50 and 52 on the inner side (Fig. 1). The third surface element 22 is further provided with adhesive strips 54, 56, 58 and 60 on the outside (see Fig. 2). The adhesive strips 46, 54 are on the outer edge 62 of the third surface element 22, while the adhesive strips 50, 52, 58,60 are in the middle region of the third surface element 22. The adhesive strip 48 heats along the third surface member 22 adjacent to the second fold line 26. The adhesive strip 56 on the outside of the third surface member 22 is adjacent to the second fold line 26 and has an interruption 64 that defines the plug-in as described later.
The cover or staple 10, which may be made of, for example, suitable cardboard, is formed by the cutout 32 by the finger opening 34 in the third surface member, the cutout opening 30 by the circular perforation line 36 and the finger opening the fold line 42 of the surface element and the cut-out opening 28 in the first surface element 18 can be folded according to the configuration of the adhesive strips 46,47,48,50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60. This is done as follows.
First, the third surface member 22 is folded along the second fold line 26 so that the inner side of the third surface member 22 does not lie on the inner side of the second surface member 20. This drive is the
First Fig. 6A shows an arc-shaped arrow 66. In addition, through the adhesive strips 46, 48, 50 and 52, a planar connection is established between the third surface element 22 and the second surface element 20. Finally, a folded shape is formed by folding the second and third surface members 20, 22 along the first fold line 24. At this point, only the outer side of the third surface element 22 is flush with the inner surface of the first surface element 18. The outer surface of the third surface element 22 is flushly connected to the inner surface of the first surface element 18 by means of adhesive strips 54, 56, 58 and 60 formed thereon. In addition, the adhesive strip 54 establishes a connection on the first fold line 24 (FIG. 1) at the right edge of the first fold line 24 and an intermittent adhesive strip 56 on the outside of the third surface member 22. To the right of the cutout opening 28 in the first surface member 18, an interruption 64 is formed to insert the CD-ROM into the pouch formed when the third surface member 22 is folded. The CD-ROM pouch is an integrated part of the cover or binder.
The same elements in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 have the same reference numerals.
