ARTICLES OF WHITE AND ARTICLES OF BRUSHES AND TROUSERS, CONSTRUCTED FROM TUBE-KNITTED MATERIALS, AND PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A BRA
The present invention relates to an article of lingerie having at least one molded region to provide a volume for supporting and supporting at least one protruding portion of the human body.
Articles of this type are predominantly bras and trousers, the tops and tops of which have a basically mechanical character, the purpose of which is to support or lift the user's breasts and seat.
In the lingerie range, the problem that manufacturers always have to deal with is twofold: on the one hand, ensuring maximum comfort and, on the other hand, maintaining optimal posture and lifting ability. In time, the problem first came to the bra. The idea of using a molded piece to support the seat in the structure of the trousers, in the same way as they did for the breasts, is a whole new solution.
Traditionally, lingerie articles were made from cut and sewn pieces, particularly by sewing sections that were to form a three-dimensional volume like the tops of a bra. In order to increase the comfort of the wear as much as possible, efforts were made to reduce the stitches, which were too thick and could irritate the wearer's skin during the contact stages. Bonding and welding technologies have been developed and applied in this field to reduce or eliminate seams.
EP 0 809 945 discloses a bra made of a material comprising heat-melting fibers. From this material • ·
The various components of the finished bra were joined together by heat welding to form the bra's final shape.
The stitches were indeed missed, but the many welding stages, especially in the underside of the bra, which surround the breasts, present with protrusions that are elastically pressed against the skin and greatly affect the wearing comfort.
To overcome this defect, bras having a single piece made of tubular bandage have been developed. In fact, it is more of a beetle-free piece without a tip for breasts, for ladies with small breasts or for sports purposes, with the breasts being squeezed rather than supported. Similarly, tubular trousers do not contain any means for raising the seat, but only provide good circumferential compression.
The fit and retention of the breasts in different sizes, when it is not a matter of sewing together several pieces to form a shape corresponding to the volume of the peaks, is accomplished by using textile fibers which are simultaneously elastic and whose elongation is variable. Thus, for example, thermoplastic fibers are used to heat the portions of the apexes or tufts so that they can take a three-dimensional shape that can accommodate the breasts and tufts.
In any case, the possibility of shaping the fibers is not sufficient in itself, since a certain mechanical strength must also be provided to support and support parts of the body. This mechanical strength should be provided not only during the support phase of the seat and breast, but distributed over the entire lingerie article, thus taking into account the daily stresses on the various parts of the article. For example, it is necessary to have a certain amount of rigidity in the back straps of the bra as this is also used when the user's breast is moving.
• ·
-3In addition, care must be taken to ensure that the article is resistant to washing, which is often carried out at high temperatures and may adversely affect the mechanical properties of the fibers.
Therefore, it is preferable to use a lining made of a material, at least in certain sections, which meets the above conditions and restrictions, in particular elasticity and rigidity, and which is not secured to the outer material by seams but optionally controlled by elongation! ability.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a lingerie article having at least one molded region for providing a volume for supporting and supporting at least one protruding portion of the human body, the lingerie article being formed from a tubular knit material consists of a material and is provided with a ribbed edge, which forms one of the edges of the article elasticly surrounding the body, the final shape of the article of lingerie is formed in the tubular knit material by incisions starting from the free edge facing the ribbed edge. In the underwear article of the invention, each molded volume range is doubled by the internal gluing of at least one liner, which comprises a second, stretchable and thermoplastic material, one surface of which is coated with a heat-activating adhesive on the one hand and the liner on the other. have elongation coefficients, either due to thermoforming or due to elasticity, on the other hand the adhesive has an activation temperature allowing deformation of the molded regions by hot forming in order to obtain a proper volume without affecting the bonding with heat, and the first and second material retain their supporting and retaining ability after casting .
The articles of the present invention not only provide maximum comfort due to the use of a tubular bandage and adhesive joints, but also to improve breast support, since they allow the manufacture of bras for all types of breasts, including the largest, E or F size peaks are required.
The holding characteristics obviously depend on the double thickness of the textile material, mainly due to the well-chosen materials for the two textile layers and the result of the adhesive, which satisfies the mechanical and mechanical demands both in time and space and solves production problems.
Thus, during the thermoforming process, it is of primary importance that the two textile layers, which remain adhered to each other, exhibit proper elongation. The same conclusion can be made with regard to elastic elongation during daily use of the product.
The materials used for bonding and lining have been shown to be elongated! its coefficient may vary from 0 to 140% and each material may exhibit an elongation greater than or equal to 40%. This is a condition for good mechanical strength during forming. In this area, elongation is defined as the percentage of the elongation and deformation of the material relative to the resting position under a linear force of 3N / cm.
If the values described above are not taken into account, there is a risk that one material will slip relative to the other and consequently the adhesive / textile material will cease to form during forming, resulting in the separation of the two materials.
With regard to the choice of suitable materials, it should be noted that materials which allow too much elongation are excluded because, although they allow a good design to be made, they do not provide any additional mechanical strength required to hold the breasts or the anus.
• ·
In fact, according to an experimental result, the first and second materials consist of a mixture of fibers containing at least 7% synthetic fibers. Polyester fibers are particularly preferred.
Synthetic fibers with an elongation coefficient can be excellently blended with cotton fibers of the natural type which have little or no elongation. The bond created by the meshes, which allows the material to stretch when the extensible fibers are properly positioned and oriented in the meshes.
Preferably, the first and second materials comprise a mixture of polyamide and elastane. This blend allows for elongated elongation and a suitable heat forming and mechanical strength that gives the product proper behavior in time and space.
An essential feature of the invention is, of course, the adhesive without which the liner cannot be fixed. The cohesion of the two textile layers must be kept warm during the forming process, which involves the permanent elongation of certain fibers and kept cool when the product is elastically loaded. Furthermore, this cohesion should not change during successive washes, even at high temperature washes.
Numerous experiments have shown that the adhesive can be selected from polyamides or polyurethane adhesives. The selection is based on the criterion of the activation temperature of the adhesive, which should not be disturbed by the hot forming process which is carried out at temperatures between 175 ° C and 195 ° C.
More specifically, in one embodiment, the adhesive consists of a mixture of copolyamides having an activation temperature of 165-195 ° C. In the case of polyurethane, the activation temperature is between 185 and 195 ° C.
Experiments on materials with lower activation temperatures, e.g., at temperatures between 140 ° C and 150 ° C, up to 165 ° C, have shown peeling problems because the adhesive is released from the supports during forming.
• ·
-6*
In addition to temperature problems, the choice of adhesive also depends on how it adheres to the material used as the textile layers. The copolyamide blend of choice and the polyurethane show good skill in this regard.
It should also be noted that the copolyamide-based adhesive is applied to one surface of the liner in the form of dots which form a repeating pattern. This method of application is doubly advantageous, on the one hand, it does not increase the thickness of the lining and allows it to retain its breathability. In the case of a polyurethane adhesive which is even more suitable for forming a pointed shape, the adhesive is applied to the lining surface in the form of a continuous film.
The present invention also relates to a bra formed by a tubular bandage, the rib edge of which forms the lower basket surrounding the bust of the bra, and the region of the peaks is doubled by the internal gluing of a plaster and shaped to the shape of the breasts.
Of course, the region of the peaks is their interior, and their immediate perimeter and the section that connects them.
This has, among other things, a center, that is, a piece of fabric consisting of a triangular and non-stretchable material inserted between the plaster and the bond, in the region between the peaks. This center, which stiffens the area between the breasts, participates in the posture and prevents deformation, namely in the horizontal direction between the breasts.
Preferably, one surface of the center is provided with an adhesive which can be used to bond to the bond. Preferably, the adhesive is the same as the adhesive between the plastron and the bond.
The insertion of this stiffener gives you the same benefits as plasterboard lining, that is, there are no stitches whose excessive thickness would irritate the skin, but an adhesive that allows the material to breathe.
-7 In another embodiment, the bra of the present invention is configured so that each tip comprises a seat-mounted armature which is disposed between the plaster and the bandage and the seat delimits the bottom contour of the tip.
Specifically, the seat is formed of a seamless textile having the shape of an armature and having a very high fiber density and sewn onto a plastron.
By making the straps thus formed sewn onto the glued surface of the plastrone, the seams are not visible from the outside of the product, and therefore, there is less excessive thickness at the level of the straps due to the liner of the invention and less fussing for the user. . This design is advantageous as it significantly increases comfort, while providing optimum support due to the presence of reinforcement.
The invention further relates to a method of making a bra comprising a tubular bandage comprising a stretchable and thermoplastic material having a ribbed edge forming a lower basket of the bra comprising the steps of:
- determining the upper contours of the bra during tubular bonding by using meshes of different textures for the contours,
- gluing an inner liner of a second, stretchable and thermoplastic material in the region of the peaks under hot pressure at temperatures between 165 ° C and 195 ° C,
- shaping the peaks at 175 ° C to 195 ° C,
- cutting the bra according to defined contours on the tubular joint,
- fasten the parts in front of and behind the shoulder straps as they are cut out.
The upper contours of the bra are nailed and sewn in a single operation.
-8The tubular base is cut at the level of the rear connection and the back soles are provided with an adhesive system.
A liner is used as a liner, the bonding surface of which is coated with a triangular center, which consists of a non-stretchable textile material and is located between the peaks.
This center is coated with a layer of adhesive on its surface which is not glued to the plastron.
Seamless tubular tubes of textile material are sewn onto the lining surface, which will be glued to the joint, and these tubes are used to receive the reinforcements defining the lower contour of the tips.
The present invention also relates to a trouser having a ribbed edge that surrounds the shape of the body, the essence of which is that the region of the pads is reinforced with at least one liner and molded to the shape of the pads.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention will be described in more detail by reference to the drawings, which are exemplary of the underwear article of the invention. their embodiment.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a tubular joint on which the outlines of a bra are drawn.
Figure 2 shows a plaster to be glued to the drawn level of the knots of Figure 1.
Figure 3 illustrates how a plastron will be glued to the region of the peaks on a joint cut along one of the components of the cylindrical joint and thus laid flat.
Figure 4 shows a finished bra.
Figure 5 shows a tubular bandage on which the outline of a trouser is drawn.
Referring to Figure 1, the tubular bandage 1 has a ribbed edge 2 which subsequently forms the bra of the bra (see Figure 4), which is perfectly elastic since it is a reverse-mesh bandage directly
-9 made on a knitting machine. Thus, it is possible to control the nervousness of the ribbed edge 2, i.e. its elasticity.
A special mesh design allows the contour of the bra to be drawn with the ends 3,4, the parts comprising the front straps 5, 6, and the parts containing the back straps 7,8, which meet practically at the level of the rib 2.
Figure 2 shows a patch or liner 9 on which low-thickness textile tubes 10 are sewn. The textile tubes 10, 11 themselves have no suture to eliminate any excessive thickness that could irritate the skin of the breasts. The textile tubes 10, 11 are made of fine fiber, very dense mesh, thereby eliminating the possibility that the armature inserted therein and not shown in the drawing can escape from the mesh. A center 12 of a triangular piece of non-stretchable material is glued to the surface in which the textile tubes 10, 11 are held, thereby holding the reinforcements at the level of the breasts.
In one embodiment, the bandage is split where the back straps 7, 8 meet and are flush, see Figure 3 for gluing the patch 9. This is glued in such a way that the textile tubes 10, 11 which receive the reinforcements on one hand and the middle 12 on the other hand are located between the patch 9 and the bond 1.
As shown in Figure 4, the formed bra is elastic at the edges of the straps 5, 7 and 6, 8, which shoulder straps can be fastened in any known manner. Similarly, the rear straps 15, 16 are secured to the joint by means of their attachment to one another.
The fastening means may be gluing, welding, sewing or the like. Finally, Figure 5 shows a tubular band 20 in which the outline 21 of a trouser is drawn with particles other than the remainder of the band. In this case, the rib 22 is positioned above and clamps the user's waist. In this case, the area between the legs may be made with different eyes and other materials for hygienic comfort or other reasons.
The foregoing description is provided by way of example only and is not limiting in any way, but may be subject to numerous modifications without departing from the scope of the invention.
