ANONYMOUS MESSAGING USING MOBILE PHONES
The present invention relates to a method for enabling mobile phone users to anonymously exchange text or audio messages using simple commands that do not require the use of keywords.
Computer communication networks of the type
The Internet is commonly used to exchange text messages. The techniques employed are of the forum or chat or email type.
Text message exchanges are beginning to appear in mobile telephony. Mobile phone users would like to be able to exchange messages anonymously using easy-to-use controls. They would also like to be able to group together by thematic, geographic or demographic discussion forums. In addition, anonymity is essential to widen the circle of interested parties as much as possible.
Therefore, there is a need for tools to create, transmit to a server and find the pseudonyms that mobile phone users use in order to maintain anonymity.
Furthermore, in the field of mobile telephony, it is desirable to be able to exchange voice or data messages (images, pictograms, photos, etc.) as well as text messages.
Today, to exchange messages between anonymous users on a mobile telephone network, a GSM subscriber has no other solution than to know the sending procedures specific to anonymous messaging services, in particular the SMS procedures (Short Message System).
The procedures specific to anonymous messaging systems are complex and not very intuitive. They use key words (or commands) to be inserted in the text of the message (send, list, group, etc.). These keywords are interpreted by a specific server.
As a result, the anonymous messaging system of the mobile telephone is only used by a very small number of subscribers who are able to memorize the commands and their functions. Likewise, few telecommunications operators offer this type of service due to its complexity for the end user.
The solution, according to the invention, protects anonymity while simplifying the procedures for exchanging messages.
A method is provided for enabling mobile phone users to anonymously exchange text or audio messages using simple commands that do not require the use of keywords.
The process has several steps:
It comprises the step (I) of sending a text or audio message produced by a sending user to a recipient user.
It further comprises the step (II) of responding to the sending user by sending him a response message produced by the recipient user.
Step (I) of sending a text or audio message produced by a sending user to a recipient user itself comprises several steps.
It comprises the step (la) of storing in a database of a server-router nicknames designating the users as well as the telephone addresses of the mobile telephones of the users.
It further comprises the step (lb) of inserting, by means of the mobile telephone of the sending user, the nickname of the recipient user in a text message associated with the text or audio message.
It further comprises the step (le) of transmitting, by means of the mobile telephone of the sending user, the text message to the server-router as well as the text or audio message.
It further comprises step (Id), for the router server, of detecting in the text message the presence of a pseudo and of searching, in the database, the telephone address of the mobile telephone of the recipient user. .
It further comprises the step (le), for the router server, of routing the text message as well as the text message to the mobile telephone of the recipient user.
Thus, the recipient user receives the text message sent by the sending user without the latter:
- does not disclose his identity and / or does not know the identity of the recipient user, does not use text commands to perform 11 sending text or audio message.
Preferably, the step (la) of storing in a database of a server-router nicknames designating the users as well as the telephone addresses of the mobile telephones of the users comprises the step for the user concerned of transmitting his nickname. to the server-router, in particular during the establishment of the first interconnection, or also by Web, email, or DTMF.
In a first variant embodiment, the nickname is composed by adding a tag such as in particular an asterisk * to a word.
So, for example, the message: * Gilles. You have an appointment with Philippe on Monday will be interpreted by the server router as containing the instruction to send the message to the telephone address of the pseudo * Gilles.
In a second variant embodiment, the nickname is defined by its position in the message, in particular the first.
Thus, for example, the message: Gilles Christian You have an appointment with Philippe on Monday will be interpreted by the server-router as containing the instruction to send the message to the telephone addresses of the nicknames Gilles and Christian. Indeed, Gilles and Christian are nicknames appearing in the database of the server-router and are located at the beginning of the message.
Preferably, the step (la) of storing in a database of a server-router nicknames designating the users as well as the telephone addresses of the mobile telephones of the users comprises the step of memorizing the identifiers and / or the nickname of a group as well as the addresses of the server hosting the group and / or the telephone addresses of the mobile phones of the users who are members of the group.
Thus, the messages are routed directly or indirectly by the server-router to the users who are members of the group.
The method is characterized in that the step (II) of responding to the sending user by sending him a response messenger prepared by the recipient user comprises several steps.
It comprises the step (Ha) of storing in the server-router the telephone address of the mobile telephone of the sending user as well as the telephone address of the mobile telephone of the recipient user.
It further comprises the step (Ilb) of storing in the mobile telephone of the recipient user the telephone address of the server-router.
Thus, by activating the answer command from his mobile phone (see note), the recipient user causes the sending of the response message that he has developed to the server-router, which routes the response message to the mobile phone of the sender user while preserving the anonymity of the sender user and the recipient user. Note: it is recalled that mobile telephones include an answer command, the actuation of which produces the transmission of a response messenger to the telephone address of the sender of the original message.
The method according to the invention is more particularly intended to allow a recipient user to respond to several sending users who have sent him one or more messages.
The method is characterized in that, in order to transmit the messages coming from the different sending users to the recipient user, the server-router uses different output telephone addresses for each sending user.
The method is further characterized in that the server-router stores the telephone addresses of the users sending messages that it routes, by allocating a determined memory area for each output telephone address.
Thus, by activating the answer command, the recipient user causes the sending of the response message that he has developed to the output telephone address of the server-router associated with the telephone address of the sending user. The server-router then routes the reply message to the user sending the original message.
Preferably, the server-router stores the telephone address of the user sending the last message that it routes via a determined output telephone address.
Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the router server, the sending users who will be eliminated will be those who, for a determined output address, have priority. the oldest.
In a first variant embodiment, the method is characterized in that the server-router erases after a determined period of time the telephone addresses of the sending users to which the recipient user has not answered.
Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the router server, the sending users who will be eliminated will be those whose precedence exceeds a predetermined date.
In a second variant embodiment, the method is characterized in that the server-router erases the telephone address of the oldest sending user to which the destination user has not answered.
Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the router server, the sending users who will be eliminated will be those with the oldest precedence.
In a third variant embodiment, the method is characterized in that the server-router erases the telephone address of the sending user to which the recipient user has replied.
Thus, the server-router frees outgoing telephone addresses.
The method is more particularly intended to allow a recipient user who is a member of a forum to receive messages from the forum and to respond.
The method is characterized in that, in order to transmit the messages originating from the forum to the recipient user, the server-router uses a common exit telephone address for all the messages of the forum.
Thus, all incoming or outgoing messages between the forum and the member concerned pass through a single telephone address and have as recipient user either the recipient user (member of the forum), if they come from the server, or the forum, if they are they come from the recipient user.
Preferably, the output telephone addresses of the server-router are in particular in the form of multiplexing channels.
Preferably, to anonymously exchange audio messages, the method comprises several steps.
It includes the step of transmitting in DTMF mode the nickname of the recipient user or of the group or of the forum.
It further comprises the step of transmitting the nickname in DTMF mode to a voice-router-server.
Preferably, to send in DTMF mode the nickname of the recipient user or of the group or of the forum, the method comprises several steps.
It comprises the step of sending to the mobile telephone of the sending user, from the voice-router-server, a request to send the nickname in DTMF mode.
It further comprises the step of entering, by means of the keyboard of the mobile telephone of the sending user, the first letter of the nickname of the recipient user and so on.
Thus, for example, the pseudo musik will be entered by the sending user in DTMF mode by successively using the keys bearing the numbers: 68745
A system is also provided for enabling mobile phone users to anonymously exchange text or audio messages using simple commands that do not require the use of keywords.
The system comprises storage means for storing in a database of a server-router nicknames designating the users as well as the telephone addresses of the mobile telephones of the users.
The system further comprises transmission means for sending a text or audio message produced by a sending user to a recipient user.
The system further comprises response means for sending the sending user a response message produced by the recipient user.
The sending means, for sending a text or audio message produced by a sending user to a recipient user, include insertion means for inserting the nickname of the recipient user in a text message associated with the text or audio message.
The transmission means further include transmission means for transmitting the text message to the router server as well as the text or audio message.
The server-router comprises detection means for detecting the presence of a pseudo in the text message and for searching the database for the telephone address of the mobile telephone of the recipient user.
The server-router further comprises routing means for routing the text message as well as the text message to the mobile telephone of the recipient user.
Thus, the recipient user receives the text message sent by the sending user without the latter:
- does not disclose his identity and / or know the identity of the recipient user,
- does not use text commands to send the text or audio message.
Preferably, to store in a database of a server-router nicknames designating the users as well as the telephone addresses of the mobile telephones of the users, the mobile telephone of the user concerned comprises transmission means for transmitting his nickname to the user. server-router in particular during the establishment of the first interconnection or also by Web, email, or DTMF.
Preferably, the storage means memorize the identifiers and / or the nickname of a group as well as the addresses of the server hosting the group and / or the telephone addresses of the mobile telephones of the users who are members of the group.
Thus, the messages are routed directly or indirectly by the server-router to the users who are members of the group.
In order to transmit to the sending user the response messenger developed by the recipient user, the system comprises storage-server-router means for storing in the server-router the telephone address of the mobile telephone of the sending user as well as the telephone address of the telephone. recipient user's mobile
The system further comprises storage-mobile telephone means for storing in the mobile telephone of the recipient user the telephone address of the server-router.
Thus, by activating the answer command from his mobile telephone (see note), the recipient user causes the sending of the response message that he has prepared to the server-router, which routes the response message to the user's mobile telephone. sender while preserving the anonymity of the sender user and the recipient user Note: it is recalled that mobile telephones include an answer command, the actuation of which produces the sending of a response messenger to 11 telephone address of the sender of the message1 origin.
The system is more particularly intended to allow a recipient user to reply to several sending users who have sent him one or more messages.
The system is such that the server-router comprises several output telephone addresses, calculation means for assigning different output telephone addresses for each sending user and storage means for storing the telephone addresses of the users sending the messages that it route, by allocating a determined memory area for each output telephone address.
Thus, by activating the answer command, the recipient user causes the sending of the response message that he has produced to the output telephone address of the router server associated with the telephone address of the sending user The server-router then routes the reply message to the user sending the original message.
Preferably, the storage-server-router means memorize the telephone address of the user sending the last message that he routes via a determined output telephone address.
Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the server-router, the sending users who will be eliminated will be those who, for a determined output address, have the oldest anteriority.
In a first variant embodiment, the server-router comprises means for erasing after a determined period of time the telephone addresses of the sending users to which the recipient user has not replied.
Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the server-router, the sending users who will be eliminated will be those whose anteriority exceeds a predetermined date.
In a second variant embodiment, the server-router comprises means for erasing the telephone address of the oldest sending user to which the recipient user has not answered.

Thus, by activating the answer command (cf. note), the recipient user causes the sending of the response message that he has developed to the server-router, which routes the response message to the mobile phone of the sending user while preserving the anonymity of the user sender and recipient user Note: it should be remembered that mobile telephones include a respond command, the actuation of which produces the transmission of a response message to the telephone address of the sender of the original message.
The server-router, according to the invention, is more particularly intended to allow a recipient user to respond to several sending users who have sent him one or more messages.
The server-router is characterized in that it comprises several output telephone addresses, calculation means for assigning different output telephone addresses for each sending user and storage means for storing the telephone addresses of the users sending messages which 'it routes, by allocating a determined memory area for each output telephone address.
Thus, by activating the answer command, the recipient user causes the sending of the response message that he has produced to the telephone address of the server-router associated with the telephone address of the sending user. The server-router then routes the reply message to the user sending the original message.
Preferably, the storage means of the server-router memorize the telephone address of the user sending the last message that he routes via a determined output telephone address.
Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the server-router, the sending users who will be eliminated will be those who, for a determined output address, have the oldest anteriority.
In a first variant embodiment, the server-router is characterized in that it comprises means for erasing after a determined period of time the telephone addresses of the sending users to which the recipient user has not answered.
Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the server-router, the sending users who will be eliminated will be those whose anteriority exceeds a predetermined date.
In a second variant embodiment, the server-router is characterized in that it comprises means for erasing the telephone address of the oldest sending user to which the destination user has not answered.
Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the server-router, the sending users who will be eliminated will be those who have 11 oldest anteriority.
In a third variant embodiment, the server-router is characterized in that it comprises means for erasing the telephone address of the sending user to which the recipient user has replied.
Thus, the server-router frees outgoing telephone addresses.
The server-router, according to the invention, is more particularly intended to allow a recipient user who is a member of a forum to receive messages from the forum and to respond.
The server-router is characterized in that it comprises a common exit telephone address for all the messages of the forum.
Thus, all incoming or outgoing messages between the forum and the member concerned pass through a single telephone address and have for recipient users either the recipient user (member of the forum), if they come from the server, or the forum, if they are they come from the recipient user).
Preferably, the output telephone addresses of the server-router are in particular in the form of multiplexing channels.
The server-router is more particularly designed to exchange audio messages anonymously. The tele2808398 mobile phones include transmission means for transmitting in DTMF mode the nickname of the recipient user or of the group or forum and transmission means for transmitting the nickname in DTMF mode to a server-router.
Preferably, to transmit in DTMF mode the nickname of the recipient user or of the group or of the forum, the voice routing server is characterized in that it comprises transmission means for sending to the mobile telephone of the sending user a request for information. 'send the nickname in DTMF mode. The mobile telephone comprises data entry means, in particular a keyboard.
Thus, the sending user can enter, by means of the keypad of his mobile telephone, the first letter of the nickname of the recipient user and so on. Thus, for example, the pseudo musik will be entered by the sending user in DTMF mode by successively using the keys bearing the numbers: 68745.
Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will become apparent on reading the description of the variant embodiments of the invention, given by way of indicative and non-limiting example and from FIG. 1 which schematically represents the system according to FIG. 'invention.
FIG. 1 shows the system allowing users 4a, 4b of mobile telephones 5, 6 to exchange anonymously, thanks to a dedicated server 1, messages in the form of text or in audio form, in using simple commands that do not require the use of keywords.
The system according to the invention comprises a dedicated server 1 using pseudonyms (the shortcut pseudos will be used hereinafter). The dedicated server 1 comprises a text-router server 1a, for routing the text messages as well as a voice-router-server 1b, for routing the audio messages. The system, whose operation is based on the use of nicknames, makes it possible to exchange messages between users who do not use the same protocol: SMS, Voice, WAP,
Internet, e-mail and other instant messengers. Such a system thus makes it possible to establish gateways between these various protocols and to resolve the problem of their compatibility.
Registration of nicknames in the dedicated server
The nicknames used by users 4a, 4b are for example first names such as Gilles, Jean, Christian, etc. They allow users 4a, 4b to exchange messages anonymously. Whether sending a message in text or audio mode, the nickname used remains the same.
The users 4a, 4b use mobile telephones 5, 6, which include means 3, 23 for transmission. These transmission means 3, 23 comprise insertion means 3a, 23a as well as transmission means 3b, 23b. The mobile telephones 5, 6 of the users 4a, 4b further include means 17, 24 for entering data, in particular a keyboard allowing the users 4a, 4b to enter data. When they connect for the first time to the dedicated-server 1, via a mobile telephone network 19, the users 4a, 4b, transmit their nicknames to the dedicated-server 1, thanks to the transmission means 3b, 23b contained in their telephones mobiles 5, 6. The dedicated server 1 comprises storage means 2a for storing, in a database 2, the nicknames thus transmitted designating the users 4a, 4b as well as the telephone addresses of the mobile telephones 5, 6, of the users 4a, 4b.
Sending of a text message by a determined sender user to another determined recipient user
To send a text message to a recipient user 4b, the sending user 4a uses the sending means 3 contained in his mobile phone 5. The sending means 3 contained in the mobile phone 5 of the sending user 4a comprise insertion means 3a for inserting the nickname of the recipient user 4b in a text message associated with the text message.
For example, to send the recipient user 4b (whose nickname is Gilles) the message Monday's appointment is maintained, the sending user 4a (whose nickname is Jean) enters the following message Gilles The appointment Monday is maintained, by means of the keypad 17 of his mobile phone 5. In this example, the associated text message is Gilles, in other words the nickname of the recipient user 4b. the sending user 4a uses the transmission means 3 contained in his mobile phone 5, more particularly the transmission means 3b to transmit the text message (Monday's rendezvous is maintained) to the server-router 1 as well as the text message partner (Gilles). The server-router-text 1a comprises reception means 18 for receiving the message transmitted by the sender user 4a. The text-router-server further comprises detection means 7 to detect in the message the presence of a text message containing a nickname (the nickname Gilles) and to search the database 2 for the telephone address of the user. mobile phone 6 of the recipient user 4b (Gilles's phone address). The server-router-text 1a further comprises routing means 8 for routing the text message as well as the text message to the mobile telephone 6 of the recipient user 4b (Gilles). Thus, the recipient user 4b (Gilles) receives the text message sent by the sending user 4a (John), without the latter (John) disclosing his identity and / or knowing the identity of the recipient user. 4b (Gilles) and also without the latter (John) using text commands to send the text message.
Sending of an audio message by a determined sender user to another determined recipient user
The sending user 4a can choose to send, anonymously, an audio message (for example his recorded voice). To send an audio message, the sender user 4a must attach to this audio message a message in DTMF mode containing the address of the recipient user 4b. The message in DTMF mode contains the nickname of the recipient user 4b. the sending user 4a uses the sending means 3 of his mobile telephone 5 to send in DTMF mode the nickname of the recipient user 4b. The mobile telephone 5 of the sender user 4a further comprises transmission means 3b for transmitting the nickname in DTMF mode to the router-voice server lb. To send the nickname of the recipient user 4b in DTMF mode, the voice server-router lb comprises transmission means 16 for sending to the mobile telephone 5 of the sender user 4a a request to send the nickname in DTMF mode. The mobile telephone 5 of the sender user 4a comprises means 17 for entering data, in particular a keyboard. Thus, in practice, the sending user 4a enters by means of the keypad of his mobile telephone 5 the first letter of the nickname of the recipient user 4b and so on. For example, the pseudo musik will be entered by the sender user 4a in DTMF mode by successively using the keys bearing the numbers: 68745. When registering the pseudo musik, care will be taken to check that this combination is not already used because, for example, the word oupil has the same DTMF signature.
The sender user 4a transmits the audio message and the DTMF text message associated with a voice server-router-lb. The message is then recorded on the server-router-voice lb waiting for1 listen.
In order to listen to his messages, the recipient user must call the voice-router-server lb which will read the audio messages to him by first adding the name of the sending user and possibly the date and time of transmission.
By pressing a specific key on the mobile telephone, the recipient user can then respond vocally to the sending user (pseudo or group).
In an alternative embodiment, the voice server-router lb sends an alert SMS to the recipient user to notify him that he has received an audio message.
In another variant embodiment compatible with the previous one, the recipient user, by consulting his messages passing through the web, reads in the list of received messages: the name of the nickname of the sending user, the date and the date. time of reception of the audio message. Then, by clicking on an icon representing an attached file, he listens to the audio message received. It is then possible for him to reply to the sending user by sending him a text message via the web.
Recognition of nicknames by the dedicated server
It is advisable to prevent the dedicated-server 1, when it receives a message, confusing a nickname with a word having the appearance of a nickname. For example, the dedicated-server 1 must not confuse the recipient's nickname Gilles with that of Philippe in the following message that Jean sends to Gilles: Gilles You have an appointment with Philippe on Monday. Two variations are possible to avoid any confusion.
According to a first variant embodiment, the nickname is defined by its position in the message, in particular the first. Thus, for example, the message: Gilles Christian You have an appointment with Philippe on Monday will be interpreted by the dedicated server 1 as containing the instruction to send the message to the telephone addresses of the nicknames Gilles and Christian but not to 11 send to Philippe who is however a nickname appearing in database 2. In fact, only the nicknames Gilles and Christian are located at the beginning of the message. The separator which avoids confusing the nicknames Gilles and Christian is not a comma or any other sign but the space between the character ... s and the character ... C.
According to a second variant embodiment, the nickname is composed by adding a tag such as in particular an asterisk * to a word. So, for example, the message: * Gilles. You have an appointment with Philippe on Monday will be interpreted by the dedicated server 1 as containing the instruction to send the message to the telephone address of the nickname * Gilles. Indeed, thanks to the insertion of the tag in the message, the dedicated-server 1 will detect the nickname * Gilles that it will not confuse with the word Philippe which has the appearance of the nickname * Philippe.
Sending a text or audio message by a sending user to members of a user group
The storage means 2a of the server-router 1 make it possible to store in the database 2 of the dedicated server 1 the identifiers and / or the nickname of a group of users as well as the addresses of the server hosting the group and / or the addresses phone calls from the mobile phones of users who are members of the group. The addresses of the server hosting the group are for example the addresses of the output channels. In practice, the sending user 4a, who wishes to send a message to a group of users, inserts the nickname of the group in his message. In this case, the message is routed directly or indirectly by the dedicated server 1 to the users who are members of the group, of which the dedicated server 1 knows the telephone addresses.
Sending a text or audio message by a sending user to members of a discussion forum
The sender user 4a, who wishes to send a message to a discussion forum, inserts the forum nickname in his message. If the sender user 4a does not insert a nickname in his message, his message is deemed to have been addressed to the participants of the discussion forum, of which the sender user 4a is a member. The message is then stored by the dedicated server 1 but is not automatically sent to the other members of the forum. The other members of the forum can nevertheless consult it and obtain it by connecting to the dedicated server 1.
Reply to a received message
Concerning the response to a received message, the problem which arises is the following: a sending user 4a (John) has addressed anonymously (using the method described above) to a recipient user 4b (Gilles) a message.
The recipient user 4b (Gilles) wishes to respond to the sending user 4a (John) although he does not know his address.
In a manner known per se (this function is currently incorporated by the manufacturers of mobile telephones) the mobile telephone 6 of the recipient user 4b (Gilles) comprises storage means 10b for memorizing the address of the sending user 4a (Jean ) of a message. The mobile telephone 5 of the sender user 4a comprises similar means 10a. As part of a messaging system designed to be anonymous and if we take the example above, the mobile phone 6 of the recipient user 4b (Gilles) stores the address of the dedicated server 1 since c 'is the dedicated server 1 which has routed an anonymous way to the recipient user 4b (Gilles) a message coming from a sender user 4a (John). To send the sending user 4a (John) a response message, the recipient user 4b (Gilles) has response means contained in his mobile phone 6. More particularly, the mobile phone 6 of the recipient user 4b (Gilles) ) has a command 9a to respond. The mobile telephone 5 of the sending user 4a comprises a similar control 9. By activating the response command 9a, the recipient user 4b (Gilles) causes the sending of the response message that he has developed to the dedicated server 1, which then routes the response message to the user's mobile phone 5. sender 4a (John) while preserving the anonymity of the sender user 4a (John) and of the recipient user 4b (Gilles). In order to be able to route the response message produced by the recipient user 4b (Gilles) to the sending user 4a (John), the dedicated server 1, thanks to the storage means 2a, stores the telephone address of the mobile phone 5 of the sending user 4a (John) as well as the telephone address of the mobile telephone 6 of the recipient user 4b (Gilles).
Reply to a plurality of received messages
An additional problem arises in the case where several (and no longer a single) sending users 4a (Jean, Christian) have addressed anonymously (using the method described above) to the same recipient user 4b (Gilles) different text messages. Indeed, it is necessary to find the address of each sending user 4a (Jean, Christian) of the original messages in order to then be able to route the response messages to the correct addresses of the sending users 4a (Jean, Christian). To resolve this problem and allow a recipient user 4b (Gilles) to respond to several sending users 4a (Jean, Christian) who have sent him one or more messages, the dedicated server 1 has several output telephone addresses. The output telephone addresses of the dedicated server 1 are in the form of multiplexing channels. The dedicated server 1 further comprises calculation means 11 for assigning different output telephone addresses for each sender user 4a (Jean, Christian). The dedicated server 1, thanks to the storage means 2a, stores the telephone addresses of the sending users 4a (Jean, Christian) of the messages that it routes, by allocating a determined memory area for each output telephone address. Thus, by actuating the command 9a to respond, the recipient user 4b (Gilles) causes the sending of the response message that he has prepared to the telephone address of the dedicated server 1 associated with the telephone address of the sending user 4a (Jean or Christian). The dedicated server 1 then routes the response message to the sending user 4a (Jean or Christian) of the original message. In practice, the output telephone addresses are assigned cyclically, by the dedicated server 1, to the various messages received by a given recipient user 4b (Gilles). For example, a first message received by Gilles from John will be transmitted by the output telephone address N ° 1, a second message received by Gilles from Christian will be transmitted by the output telephone address N ° 2, and so on. following. The mobile telephone 6 of the recipient user 4b (Gilles) then offers the latter to respond to the messages received from the sending users 4a (Jean and Christian). For example, when the recipient user 4b (Gilles), after having received and read the message from the sending user 4a (Christian), will press the command 9a to answer from his mobile phone 6, his mobile phone 6 will build a response message by inserting in the frame of message 11 output telephone address (channel N ° 2). More precisely, the number of the output telephone address will be inserted in a recipient field of the frame of the message. Likewise, the telephone address of the recipient user 4b (Gilles) of the message will be inserted in a sender field of the frame of the response message. The mobile telephone 6 of the recipient user 4b (Gilles) transmits the response message thus produced to the dedicated server 1 using the address of the transmission channel (channel No. 2). When it receives the response message (from Gilles), the server-router 1 detects that the response message comes from the recipient user 4b (Gilles). It searches the database 2 relating to channel No. 2 for the only message which was sent to the recipient user 4b (Gilles) by this channel. The serverrouter 1 detects, in this one and only message, the address of the sender user 4a (Christian) of this last message. It thus finds the address of the sending user 4a (Christian).
The means 2a of the dedicated server 1 are such that they store the telephone address of the sending user 4a of the last message that the dedicated server 1 routes via a determined output telephone address. For example, if the dedicated server 1 sent Gilles two messages by the output telephone address N ° 2, the first coming from Albert, the second coming from Christian, the dedicated server 1 only stores the second and last message, that is to say the one coming from Christian. Thus, for the same output address, the messages which are discarded are those which have the oldest prior art. In the example chosen above, if Gilles wants to answer Albert, the dedicated server 1 will not be able to find the latter's telephone address. Indeed, he will have erased from the memory of database 2, assigned to channel 2, the data relating to Albert (oldest message) to keep only the data relating to Christian (most recent message). The number of messages to which a recipient user 4b can reply is therefore limited to the number of output telephone addresses of the dedicated server 1. In order not to be subject to this limitation, the solution consists in recycling the output telephone addresses of the dedicated server. 1. This solution has several variations.
In a first variant, the dedicated server 1 comprises means 12 for erasing, after a determined period of time, the telephone addresses of the sending users 4a to which the recipient user 4b has not answered. Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user 4b is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the dedicated server 1, the sending users who are eliminated are those of which 11 anteriority exceeds a predetermined date. The output telephone addresses are automatically released after a determined period of time and can again be used by the dedicated server 1 to route a message from another source to the same recipient user 4b. According to an improved variant of this first variant, if an output telephone address has been used by the recipient user 4b to reply to a transmitter user 4a, then the period of time defined above will be counted from the date of receipt. by the dedicated server 1 of the response message from the recipient user 4b.
In a second variant, the means 12 of the dedicated server 1 erase the telephone address of the oldest sender user 4a to which the recipient user 4b has not replied. Thus, in the case where the number of messages addressed to a recipient user 4b is greater than the number of output telephone addresses of the dedicated server 1, the sending users 4a which will be eliminated will be those who have the oldest precedence. When, for a recipient user 4b considered, all the output telephone addresses of the dedicated-server 1 are used, the dedicated-server 1 uses the output telephone address of the oldest stored message to transmit a new message to the 'recipient user 4b considered and replaces in the memory assigned to this output telephone address, the oldest message with the new message. According to an improved variant of this second variant, if an output address has been used by a recipient user 4b to respond to a sending user 4a, then the date of receipt of the message sent by the sending user 4a will be deemed to be that of the message. response from the recipient user 4b.
In a third variant, the means 12 of the dedicated server 1 erase the telephone address of the sending user 4a to which the recipient user 4b has replied. Thus, the dedicated server 1 releases output telephone addresses that the recipient user 4b can then use to send a response message to the sending user 4a.
Reply to a message in a discussion forum
In the case where the recipient user 4b is a member of a forum and wishes to receive and respond to messages originating from the forum, the dedicated server 1 has a common exit telephone address for all the messages of the forum. Dedicated server 1 then plays the role of sender user Indeed, all incoming or outgoing messages between the dedicated server 1 and the member of the forum concerned pass through a single outgoing telephone address and have as recipient users: either the recipient user 4b (member of the forum) if they come from the dedicated-server 1, that is to say the dedicated 2808398 server 1, if they come from the recipient user 4b.
The use of a single output telephone address makes it possible to free other output telephone addresses from the dedicated server 1 which can then be assigned to the transmission of other messages, in particular to the transmission of messages between users not participating in a discussion forum.
