Container and method of forming a container

An opening adapter assembly (1100) comprising: an opening adapter, (1204), further comprising: a lower external threaded surface (1222) configured to releasably engage and seal an opening of a canister; a grip ring (1206) with an internal threaded surface (1218); a cap structure (1212) having a substantially cylindrical upper portion and a substantially cylindrical lower portion, the cap structure further comprising: a threaded outer surface (1302) configured to releasably engage the threaded inner surface; a handle (1306), rigidly coupled to the upper part, characterized in that it further comprises an external upper threaded surface (1202); a retaining tab (1316), flexibly attached to the bottom portion; and an outer channel (1308), which extends between the upper edge of the channel and the lower edge of the channel and whereby said grip ring is positioned between said upper outer threaded surface and said lower outer threaded surface.
