Emergency anti-hypothermia system and highly portable, inflatable emergency vest therefor

A vest (100) of an emergency hypothermia system, wherein at least part of the vest is inflatable, the vest is made of air-impermeable material to provide the portion that is inflatable, and the vest is thermally insulated around a front (110 closable) of the vest, substantially complete sides (122, 124) of the vest, and a substantially complete back (130) of the vest from the neck area (136) to the waist area (138) of the vest, said closable front (110) being composed of a first panel and a second panel, with the first and second panels separable from each other in an open state and engageable with each other in a closed state, said entire sides (122, 124) each being composed one by a single panel, said full back (130) is composed of a single panel, wherein the vest has an integrated inflation tube (160), an external surface and an internal surface, with thermal radiation reflective material on at least a portion of the inner surface of the vest characterized by radar reflective material on at least a portion of the outer surface of the vest.
