Apparatus (5) comprising: a sleeve (15) adapted to be slid over the exterior of an endoscope; a stern balloon (20) secured to the sleeve; an inflation / deflation tube (45) carried by the cuff and in fluid communication with the interior of the aft balloon; a pair of hollow push tubes (30) slidably mounted on the sleeve, the pair of hollow push tubes being connected to each other at their distal ends with a raised push tube bridge (31), the push tube bridge being configured raised push tube to house an endoscope therein; and a bow balloon (35) secured to the distal ends of the pair of hollow push tubes, the interior of the bow balloon being in fluid communication with the interiors of the pair of hollow push tubes, wherein the balloon is bow can assume a deflated condition and an inflated condition.
