The present invention relates to a self-inflating lifejacket particularly suitable for water sports, as well as an emergency instrument for airplanes, lifeboats, motor boats and similar boats.

Self-inflating jacket-type lifesavers are already known which are provided with straps and other similar means to hold themselves in position on the user's body. Also known are jacket-type lifejackets, commonly used in water sports, the buoyancy of which is ensured by an appropriate floating material, such as cork life jackets.

All vest-type life jackets are embarrassing and, when placed, make it difficult for the user to move. In addition, • · · require time for placement due to the difficulty of fastening or fastening straps and similar items.

An objective of the present invention is to provide, μρ, lifesavers that group the advantages but avoid the inconveniences of conventional lifesavers.

The lifeline of the present invention includes a belt having an inner longitudinal pocket containing a deflated double-hump bladder, said bladder being reliable in2 by an automatic inflating device and means provided to allow dilation of the belt when said bladder is inflated.
