Overhead cable terminaton arrangement

Abstract

An installation system (10) comprising: a) a telecommunications frame (54) having equipment (64) mounted thereon; b) an overhead cable routing structure (14) located on the telecommunications frame (54); c) cables (58) running the length of the overhead cable routing structure (14); and d) a cable termination device (12) mounted on the overhead cable tracing structure (14), the cable termination device (12) including a plurality of adapters (24) mounted outside of a carrier region (60) of cables of the structure (14) of tracing of aerial cables; e) wherein the cables (58) exiting the overhead cable tracing structure (14) terminate at the adapters (24) of the cable termination device (12) mounted on the cable tracing structure (14) aerial.
