DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY The object of the present Application for Utility Model relates to A PERFECTED PROVISION FOR - HEAT INSULATION, as divisional of the Patent of Invention ntwo 488,978 (9) and in accordance with it, which contributes to its specific function fundamental characteristics?
Rustic novelty and efficiency constituent of remarkable advantages over what is known and existing in the market.
10. With the marked objective of obtaining an insulation material of high heat reflecting quality,

of buildings, factories or in any other application in ** · · · that it is necessary to establish barriers to the calor ',
15. It has foreseen, tested and developed the disposition of the statement by means of the formation and accumulation of hollow glass panels, based on an elementary film that integrates materials and compositions according to the situation that we comment on below. ... Λ
20. The present invention is particularly concerned with the concentration of glass microspheres under vacuum, which have a thin coating of transparent metal deposited on the inner surface of the wall of the microspheres and the use of these for the 25. foliation of panels.
Also, said microspheres may have a thin coating of material on the inner surface of the wall.
These hollow glass microspheres can be mixed indistinctly as filling material in plastic and plastic foam or plastic positions. cement and asphaltic compositions, obtaining in this way a high degree of isolation for the aforementioned purposes.
5. Therefore, the provision we advocate in a mass of microspheres of a material is concrete; Toreador of a hollow inorganic film in which each hemisphere has a diameter that oscillates between 200 and 10.0C0 microns, foreseeing at the same time that the

The insulation material that we advocate sq / fc ^ a15. Smooth preferably of molded type, with the mass ti]? - microspheres dispersed regularly by all © »* eO» projected molded body. í * "·· ··
Optionally, it is preferable that the molding of the microspheres of the microspheres be that of a panel, fi x 20. It sews the whole by means of the appropriate adhesive, achieving in this way a compact body suitable for the insulating purpose to which it is intended.
The mass of microspheres can also constitute an interior filler or a matrix of plastic material
25. Synthetic with the same insulating properties against heat.
Among the multiple embodiments of the microspheres for the formation of insulating bodies can be adopted a swollen plastic composition that in. It makes a mass of said microspheres.
Another of the formative applications of insulating bodies based on the described material can be provided by a foamed composition of synthetic resin incorporating a suitable mass of microsphere.
It can also be used as a molded product for the formation of the panel an asphalt matrix incorporating a mass of mirrors.
One more circumstance to take into account is the fact that these microspheres can adopt their regular ripple form or that of flattened, simple or rowed spheroid, according to the chosen manufacturing procedure.

the previous paragraph with the filamented microspheres. According to Figure 1, the panel section -1- is observed with the arrangement of multiple layers formed by the two regular figure spheres -2-, normally of uniform size, which can be internally deposited on the surface of the wall. a thin layer _3_β an reflective metal and contain a high vacuum or fill with a gas -4- of low heat conductivity. The interstices 5 included between the microspheres can be filled with the same gas or with a foam of low heat conductivity. The surface -c of the width of the panel can be covered with a thin sheet of paper that is suitable for the subsequent dimensioning of the painting and / or covering with wall paper, in size. that the reverse or rear surface -7- can be reqíbir - with the same or different plastic to form a steam column, plaster or both can also be used if necessary. . ·. ♦ ♦. * • · ··
Sn Figure 2 1 1 formed panel contains the layers of flattened microspheres in the form of achateated spheroids, uniformly uniform, with analogous characteristics to those commented for Figure 1, and thus we observe the conformation of said spheroids - 9- provided with a thin reflecting metal strip -10-, the inner recess -11- with a high vacuum or filled with a gas of low heat conductivity, the interstices -12- filled with a foam of low oqnduotivity index of the heat that contains ga3 of similar characteristic, and the surfaces -13- and -14- with the notes indicated in the comment of figure 1 ·
