DESCRIPTION
Cleaning item.
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a cleaning article for indoor use having fibrous material, and more particularly, it relates to a cleaning article used by coupling a brush piece having fibrous material to a handle.
Description of Related Art
As conventional disposable or replaceable indoor cleaning articles, there are articles having a brush piece made from fibrous material such as, for example, tow fiber bundles or strips cut sheets.
As a cleaning tool like this, for example, a cleaning tool is described in Patent Document 1, in US Patent Publication No. 823725, in which a part of the sheets that make up the brush It is made of felt or fiber and is used by fixing a handle to a predetermined position between the blades.
Furthermore, in Patent Document 2, in the Japanese Patent Publication Open to Public Inspection No.or. 11-235301, a cleaning tool is described in which layers made of at least or long fibers or strips of foil are overlaid and bonded with a multitude of lines of compound on one side or on both sides of a sheet of material. base, and the base material sheet and this layer are separated.
Still further, in Patent Document 3, Japanese Patent Publication No. 2002-369783, a cleaning tool is described having a brush piece in which the brush piece is a multitude of long and narrow strips formed from flexible sheets, fiber bundles and a partially bonded layered base material sheet.
US 2004/0016074 A1 describes the pre-characterization part of claims 1 and 6.
However, the cleaning tool in Patent Document 1 is a cleaning tool that is used when fixing the grip, and the handle cannot be attached or removed. Therefore, it is not suitable as a cleaning tool in which the main cleaning part is disposable.
Furthermore, the cleaning tool in Patent Document 2 is suitable for floors and does not have an insert for insertion that allows attachment and removal of a handle.
Furthermore, the cleaning tool in Patent Document 3 has an insert for insertion that allows attachment and removal of a handle, but the fiber bundles, the base material sheet and a retention sheet are attached. and are integrated by heat sealing in a fully laminated state. Therefore, it is necessary to firmly join the respective components to the thick sheets and the fiber layers by heat sealing, and in order to avoid the reduction of the strength of the joining piece due to excessive heat sealing, fine-tune temperatures and pressure during heat sealing.
The present invention has been made with the above issues into consideration, and the object thereof is to provide a cleaning article in which the insert of a handle can be easily provided and the manufacturing process is simple.
Compendium of the invention
As a result of keen research to solve the above questions, the inventors of the present invention have found that the above questions can be solved by separately manufacturing a brush part in the main cleaning part and an insert for the insertion of a handle insert and subsequently joining the two together, thereby completing the present invention. More specifically, the present invention provides the following:
(1) A cleaning article comprising a brush piece constructed of fibrous material; an insert with an insert space into which a handle is removably inserted and which is formed by a pair of blades, the insert being arranged on the brush piece; and a bonding element being an adhesive that bonds the brush piece and the insert.
According to the cleaning article of the present invention, the main cleaning article comprises the brush part and the insert part for inserting a handle, each of which is manufactured separately. Additionally these parts are joined by means of an adhesive. Therefore, in the bonding process, it is not necessary to linearly heat seal the entire brush part with the insert part, and thus the tolerance of the heat seal conditions in the formation of the brush part and the part insertion is high. Also, as the line of
ES 2 425 222 T3 brush piece heat sealing and insert piece heat seal line can be designed independently, the degree of freedom in the design is also high. Furthermore, even if there are irregularities in the thickness and shape of the brush part, the shape of the insert can be freely and independently designed and matched. Still further, because the manufacturing process is simple and the number of parts is the same as that of the conventional material, the cleaning article can be provided at low costs.
The bonding element is an adhesive.
According to the invention (1), the brush part and the insert can be joined faster, with greater precision and at a lower cost.
(2) The cleaning article according to (1), wherein the handle comprises: a base section and a multitude of inserts extending substantially parallel from the base section, and the insert comprises a multitude of spaces into which the respective inserts can be inserted.
According to the invention (2), because the insert has a multitude of spaces into which the respective inserts can be inserted, cases where there are multiple insert pieces of the handle can also be handled.
(3) The cleaning article according to (1) or (2), in which a multitude of insert parts are placed, for the insertion of a multitude of said insert parts, substantially parallel to said brush part.
According to the invention (3), the location of the multiple inserts can be freely located according to the multitude of inserts.
(4) The cleaning article according to any one of (1) to (3), wherein said bonding element is a hot melt mass.
According to this invention (4), by implementing the hot melt mass as a joining element, the brush part and the insert can be joined faster, with greater precision and at a lower cost.
(5) The cleaning article according to any one of (1) to (4), wherein the brush piece is a bundle of tow fibers and / or sheets cut into strips.
According to the invention (5), by implementing the tow fiber bundle and / or strip sheets as fibrous material, dirt and dust can be collected more efficiently and more effective cleaning can be carried out.
(6) A manufacturing method for a cleaning article comprising a brush piece constructed of fibrous material; and an insert piece with an insert space into which a handle is removably inserted and which is disposed on the brush piece; comprising: a step of forming a brush piece to form the brush piece by joining and integrating a section of a fibrous material; an insert forming step to form the insert having the insert space by laminating a pair of sheets and joining a section thereof; and a joining step for joining the brush piece and the insert; the bonding step including bonding with an adhesive.
According to the manufacturing method of the cleaning article of the present invention, the main cleaning part comprises a brush part and an insert part for inserting a handle, each of which is manufactured separately. In addition, these pieces are joined by an adhesive. Therefore, because it is unnecessary to heat seal the entire brush piece and insert linearly, the tolerance of heat seal conditions in the formation of the brush piece and insert is high. In addition, because the brush part heat seal line and the insert part heat seal line can be designed independently, the degree of freedom in the design is also high. Furthermore, even if there are irregularities in the thickness and shape of the brush part, the shape of the insert can be freely and independently designed and matched. Still further, because the manufacturing process is simple and the number of parts is the same as that of the conventional material, the cleaning article can be provided at low costs.
According to the present invention, a cleaning article can be provided that can easily configure the insert of the handle.

Description of the preferred embodiment
Each embodiment of an example of the cleaning article of the present invention is described below on the basis of the drawings. In the description of the following embodiments, the same reference numerals are attached to the same construction requirement and explanations thereof are omitted or simplified.
[First Realization]
In Fig. 1 to Fig. 5, the first embodiment of a cleaning article and a manufacturing method thereof of the present invention are shown. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing the cleaning article manufacturing process and is an exploded perspective view of the insert forming process; Figs. 2A and 2B are diagrams showing the manufacturing process of the cleaning article of the present invention and are exploded perspective views of the brush piece forming process; Fig. 3 is a diagram showing the cleaning article manufacturing process and is an exploded perspective view of the bonding process; Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the cleaning article; and Figs. 5A and 5B are cross-sectional views taken along the XX direction in Fig. 4. The first embodiment is explained below according to the manufacturing process of the cleaning article.
<Insert Part Forming Process>
First, as shown in Fig. 1, the retention sheet 1 and the base material sheet 2 are spread and heat sealed on the two lines, the bond line 7 'and the bond line 6 'which is located approximately in the center thereof, and a connecting body 15 is formed. Through this, two insert spaces 13 and 13 are formed between the retention sheet 1 and the base material sheet 2 by the two lines, the insert sealing line 7 and the insert sealing line 6a. inserted part. The retention sheet 1 and the base material sheet 2 are preferably made of heat sealable material such as non-woven fabric, for example. Heat sealing for the formation of seal lines in the present invention includes, in addition to heat sealing through the simple pressure of a heated sealing bar, methods such as impulse sealing, high frequency sealing and ultrasonic sealing.
Next, a strip piece 8 is formed by cutting the joined body 15 into strips from both sides, and an insert 16 is formed. The strip piece does not have to be formed in the insert according to the present invention. Furthermore, the insert forming method according to the present invention is not limited to the insert 16, above, but the insert 16 must be attached to a brush piece, and the space for inserting the insert must be formed by a couple of blades.
<Brush Part Forming Process>
As shown in Fig. 2A, a first fiber bundle 3a made of tow fiber, a second fiber bundle 3b made of tow fiber, a third fiber bundle 3c made of tow fiber, a fourth fiber bundle 3c made of tow fiber are formed. 3d of fibers made of tow fiber and a 5 sheet of strips with a multitude of strips that are laminated in sequential order.
ES 2 425 222 T3
Then, the five sheets are joined by heat sealing on the seal line 6 'and a brush piece 17 is formed. In other words, in this brush piece 17, all the layers are integrated by a brush seal line 6b.
In the present invention, the brush seal line, above, is not limited to one seal line, and for example, as shown in Fig. 2B, it may comprise a multitude of seal lines such as the three lines 6b. and brush seal 7b. In addition, the lines can be zigzag lines or curved lines rather than straight lines and can also be a dotted seal.
By providing a multitude of sealing lines as in the figure. 2B, it is made difficult for the fibers to move between the multitude of sealing lines 6b-7b-7b, and the maintenance of flatness is facilitated. Therefore, the joining of the joined part is facilitated in the joining process, and the joining can be performed accurately. Furthermore, by providing a fiber part that does not move easily in the central section due to the separation between the multitude of sealing lines 7b-6b-7b, the fiber parts (fiber part having the brush effect) that they are in a loose state on the outside of the seal line 7B (on both sides) they are properly separated from each other. Therefore, this effectively prevents the fiber pieces on both sides from tangling together and the brushing effect is reduced.
Although the conventionally known tow fiber can be used for the fiber bundles 3a to 3d and is not particularly limited thereto, it is preferable that the material is heat sealable. Also, the number of fiber bundle layers is not limited and can be one layer. The strip sheet 5 is preferably made of heat-sealable material such as a non-woven fabric, for example, as is the case for the aforementioned retention sheet 1 and the base material sheet 2. According to the present invention, the material that forms the brush piece 17 is not limited to a combination of tow fiber bundles and shredded sheets and may be only tow fiber bundles or only shredded sheets. Furthermore, the material composing the brush piece 17 must be a fibrous material, and may be a different material than the aforementioned of tow fiber bundles and / or sheets cut into strips, such as non-woven material, knitted material or rope type material. As "strip-cut sheets", strip sheets are preferably implemented in which several grooves are formed in the sheets made of fibrous material from the outer edge towards the direction of the center line of the sheet.
<Union Process>
The anterior insert 16 and the brush part 17 are joined by a hot melt mass 20. More specifically, the hot melt mass 20 is applied in approximately the central section of the first fiber bundle 3a of the brush part. 17, preferably between the sealing lines 7 and 7 of the insert and are joined to obtain the main cleaning part 11 (hereinafter, the cleaning article according to the present invention).
Although the joining elements for the insert 16 and the brush piece 17 must be a known adhesive and are not particularly limited, the known hot melt mass is particularly preferred. Furthermore, the adhesive can be applied on the side of the insert 16, on the side of the brush part 17, or on both sides. Furthermore, the location of the application is not particularly limited, but should be in a location where the insert 16 and the brush piece 17 can be joined.
<Operation>
In the main cleaning part 11 obtained by the above manufacturing method, the two insert spaces 13 and 13 are formed between the retention sheet 1 and the base material sheet 2, as shown in Fig.
Four. In addition, handle 12 is formed from inserts 12a and 12a that are spaced in two from base piece 12b and extend approximately parallel. The cleaning tool 10 can be used when inserting this insert 12a into the insert spaces 13 and 13.
In this memory, cHerein as shown in Fig. 5A, in this cleaning tool 10, the brush part 17 and the insert 16 of the main cleaning part 11 are joined by the hot melt mass 20, and there are no sealing lines joining all the layers. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 5b, even when the insertion seal line 6a and the brush part seal line 6b are misaligned, the insert gap 13 is not affected. Therefore, in the joining process, an effect is achieved where the precision of mechanical positioning does not really have to be taken into consideration.
[Second Embodiment]
The manufacturing method of a cleaning article according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown in Fig. 6 to Fig. 8. Fig. 6 is an exploded perspective diagram showing an insert forming process ; Fig. 7 is an exploded perspective diagram showing a brush formation process; and Fig. 8 is an exploded perspective diagram showing a bonding process.
ES 2 425 222 T3
According to this embodiment, the process differs from the first embodiment in that only the insert space 33 is formed in the insert forming process, the strip piece is not formed in the insert 36, and on the other hand, it is formed. provides a strip sheet having a strip piece in the upper section of brush piece 37.
The cleaning article comprises a brush piece in which the tow fiber bundle is laminated and a strip sheet in which multiple grooves are formed from the outer edge of a sheet formed of fibrous material and the area in the vicinity of the center line of the layered body is integrated by a multitude of heat seal lines and an insert is formed by heat sealing a pair of sheets, wherein an insertion space for insertion allows engagement and removal of a handle. The insert is located on the strip sheet and the strip sheet of the brush piece and the insert are attached by adhesive.
In the insert forming process, as shown in Fig. 6, the insert 36 having two insert gaps 33 is formed by laminating the retention sheet 31 and the base material sheet 32 and sealing by heat in two lines, the 7 'junction line and the 6' junction line which is located approximately in the central part, with which the process is completed.
On the other hand, in the process of forming the brush piece, as shown in Fig. 7, the sheet 5 of strips are laminated in sequential order in which multiple pieces of strips are formed, a first bundle 3a of fibers made of tow fibers, a second fiber bundle 3b made of tow fibers, a third fiber bundle 3c made of tow fibers, a fourth fiber bundle 3d made of tow fibers and another sheet 5 of strips in which multiple pieces of strips are formed. Then, the brush piece 37 is formed by joining the six sheets by heat sealing at the joint line 6 '. In other words, this brush piece 37 has the strip sheet 5 in the upper section and all the layers are integrated by the sealing line 6b of the brush piece.
Furthermore, in the bonding process, as shown in Fig. 8, the main cleaning piece 35 is obtained by applying a hot melt mass 20 to the strip sheet 5 of the brush piece 37 and bonding the piece 37 brush and insert 36. By applying the hot melt mass 20 onto a strip sheet 5 that is softer than the fiber bundle in this way, the brush piece 37 and insert 36 can be more securely joined.
[Third Realization]
The manufacturing method of a cleaning article according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 10. Fig. 9 is an exploded perspective view showing a part forming process inserted and Fig. 10 is an exploded perspective view showing a bonding process.
This embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that, as shown in Fig. 9, in the insert forming process, an insert 46 having an insert space 43 is formed, and in the joining process, Two inserts 46 approximately parallel are placed in the brush part 37. The same brush as in the second embodiment is used as brush part 37.
In the insert forming process, as shown in Fig. 9, an insert 46 with only one insert gap 43 is formed by laminating the retention sheet 41 and base material sheet 42 and sealing. by heat only in the two lines 7 'of union.
Then, in the bonding process, as shown in Fig. 10, the main cleaning piece 45 is obtained by applying a hot melt mass 20 onto the strip sheet 5 of the brush piece 37 and bonding with the brush piece 37 while the two inserted pieces 46 are parallel. The shape and position of the respective inserts 46 can be selected accordingly, based on the insert of the handle. For example, as shown in Fig. 11, the insert 46 may be only one. Furthermore, the multiple inserts may each be the same as in this embodiment, or they may differ. Thus, in the present invention, a multitude of inserts can be provided according to the number or shape of the inserts in the handle.
The present invention can preferably be used as an indoor cleaning article having fibrous material.
Although the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described and illustrated above, it should be understood that these are examples of the invention and should not be construed as limiting. Furthermore, omissions, substitutions and other modifications can be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be construed as limited by the foregoing description, and is limited only by the scope of the appended claims.
