To open the transformable toy 10 to display the figurine within the toy, a user separates the first and second movable elements 12 and 14, respectively, and pulls or pushes the first and second movable elements apart. The user moves or rotates the first and second movable elements to separate them, around the coupler 20 until the first and second movable elements are substantially separated or remain in the open position shown in FIG. 1. In the open position, the first movable element 12 is positioned adjacent to or above the second movable element 14, where the internal surfaces of the first and second movable elements are oriented or point in the same usual direction, as illustrated in FIG. Figure 1.
When the transformable toy 10 is in the open position, the user moves or rotates the first developer or head 16 of the figurine upward in the opposite direction to the inner surface of the first movable element 12. The head moves or rotates upward until the face that is included in a surface of the head is oriented outward from the head or substantially visible, as shown in Figure 1. The user then moves or rotates one or more of the second developers or arms 24 outward from the inner surface of the first movable element 12 to the extended position shown in Figure 1. The arms 24 can be moved independently. up or down in correspondence with the body 18 to any suitable position or positions. The user then moves or rotates the third developer or part of the feet of the figurine 26 downward in the opposite direction to the support 22 until the bottom surface or the part of the feet is transverse or perpendicular to the internal surface of the second movable element 14 The bottom surface of the foot portion 26 is substantially flat or smooth to allow the toy 10 to stand on a flat surface such as a table. After all the revealing or revealing elements are displayed or moved from the hidden position, the toy 10 can be used as a moving figure or figurine, such as an action figure or other suitable character.
To return the toy 10 to a closed position, the user moves or rotates the feet 26 upward toward the support 22, moves or rotates the arms inward, toward the inner surface of the first movable member 12, and moves or rotates the head 16. downwards towards the inner surface of the first movable element, as normally indicated by the arrows in Figure 3. Specifically, the feet 26 pivot to display a rounded surface that corresponds to the rounded outer surface of the second movable member 14, as shown in Figure 4. In addition, the receptacle 30 is positioned to engage the upper surface 28 of the head 16. The arms 24 rotate inwardly and fit into corresponding open spaces or receptacle areas 29 defined by the second movable element 14 in order to allow the first and second movable elements to close together. Head 16 is moved or pivoted to conceal the face and align the rounded outer surface of the head 16 with the rounded outer surface of the first movable member 12. The user then moves or rotates the first and second movable members toward each other around the coupler 20 until the first and second movable members are substantially adjacent to each other in the closed position, as shown in Figure 4.
ES 2 339 860 T3
The transformable toy 10 of the present invention therefore provides excitement and fun for users such as children, as the toy 10 can be turned to a closed position and used as a ball. In addition, the toy 10 can be opened to display a standing figure or figurine and used as an action figure or as a decorative display. It should be noted that the figurine can be any suitable figurine and be of any suitable size, image, face or shape. In addition, the shape and size of individual components, such as movable elements, developers, body, holder, or any other suitable component, can be of any suitable size, shape, or configuration.
It should be noted that, although the toy described above includes one or more developer or developer elements, the toy may not include any developer (i.e. the figure or other object is formed on the internal surfaces of at least one of the moving elements first and second), or may include one developer or a plurality of developers.
It should be understood that various changes and modifications of the presently preferred embodiments described herein are clear to those skilled in the art. Such changes and modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention, as defined in the appended claims.
