DESCRIPTION
Blister packaging arrangement.
The present invention relates to a blister pack arrangement according to the preamble of patent claim 1. A blister pack arrangement with these characteristics is disclosed in WO-A-03 068 137.
Blister packs, which contain dragees in cavities provided for this are known. In this regard, individual conductive tracks run through the regions of the cavities usually on the cavity-closing surface of a sealing foil, so that these are interrupted when a lozenge is removed from the cavities of the blister pack. A blister pack arrangement of the type mentioned at the beginning comprises a receiving device for the blister pack, which has an electronic unit, which determines the interruption to detect the withdrawal of the medicine and stores it. Such a blister pack arrangement appears for example from EP 0 180 073 A1.
The aim of the present invention is to configure a blister pack arrangement for a blister pack whose sealing foil does not have individual conductive tracks in such a way that a simple extraction of lozenges from the cavities of the blister pack and a simultaneous breaking of the individual conductive track, associated in each case with the cavity, of a part carrying conductive tracks.
This objective is solved by a blister pack arrangement with the characteristics of patent claim 1.
The fundamental advantage of the present invention consists in that those areas of a part carrying conductive tracks associated with the blister pack, which line the cavities of a blister pack and on which the individual conductive tracks run, are separated in each case from the part carrying conductive tracks through a stamped line that surrounds the cavity in an annular manner. In this way it is possible to extract the tablets in a particularly simple and precisely defined manner.
Since at least two bridge parts are provided, through which the area (hereinafter also referred to as covering) separated from the part carrying conductive tracks by the stamped line is connected to the part carrying conductive tracks, they are guaranteed advantageously a fully channeled and defined opening of the coating by extracting a lozenge from the cavity associated with the coating and a safe breakage of the associated individual conductive track. Advantageously, the guiding of the conductive tracks through the coating can be carried out as a function of the desired opening parameters for the coating individually through the at least two bridge parts or only through one of the two bridge parts. , it being guaranteed in each case that, with each dragee extraction, the corresponding individual conductive track is broken.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention appear from the dependent claims. They show:

Figure 11 shows another embodiment, in which the bridge parts are arranged in a similar manner to Figure 10, although the individual conductive track runs in a loop through one or the other bridge part;
Figures 12 to 16, a conductive track-carrying part configured as a book-like carrying device; and Figures 17a to 17e, improvements of the invention.
The following considerations led to the invention: In the event that in a known blister pack, common on the market, which does not have individual conductive tracks running through the areas of the sealing foil associated with their cavities, a portion carrying conductive tracks with coatings must be provided for the mentioned areas of the sealing foil, with the individual conductive tracks running through the coatings, it must be ensured that, With the usual removal of a dragee from a cavity by opening the area of the sealing foil of the blister pack, simultaneously also separating the carrier part from the conductive track-bearing part in a clean and simple manner as well as defined the coating of the carrier part conductive tracks arranged over the area. Only then is a simple and clean extraction of the lozenge guaranteed. In this context the idea has now been conceived for the first time of separating the coating from the remaining area of the part carrying conductive tracks through a stamped line in such a way that, in a simple way, with a pressure exerted from the side from the cavity on the lozenge and from the lozenge on the sealing foil and coating, it can be separated from the conductive track-bearing part outwardly. When providing such a coating separated by a stamped line from the part carrying conductive tracks, care must be taken that, on the one hand, a guiding of conductive tracks of the part carrying conductive tracks through the coating is possible. and that, on the other hand, separating the coating outward in a dragee extraction ensures that the individual conductive track is interrupted. To this end it is proposed according to the invention to connect the coating through at least two bridge parts to the part carrying conductive tracks, the said bridge parts interrupting the stamped line. In this regard, the at least two bridge parts must be arranged along the path of the annular stamped line in such a way that, with a dragee extraction, one of the bridge parts will in any case break. As exactly this bridge portion is broken, the individual conductive track associated with the cavity must also be broken and electrically interrupted.
Figures 1 and 2 show a blister pack 1 known per se, figure 2 showing a top view of the blister pack 1 on the side of the deep drawing foil 14 and Figure 1 a side view of the pack 1 blister type. The individual receptacles or cavities for accommodating drugs or lozenges 2 are designated 3.
According to FIG. 1a, a part 10 carrying conductive tracks to be joined with the blister pack 1 comprises on its side facing the blister pack 1 an adhesive layer 11 for gluing the part 10 carrying conductive tracks to the blister pack 1 and, on the side not facing the blister pack 1, connection contact points 51, 54 of an interconnection 5 that, upon inserting the conductive track-bearing portion 10 into a housing device 40 they are electrically connected with an electronic unit (not designated) arranged in the housing device 40. In FIG. 7 this receiving device 40 is represented. In a manner known per se, with a blister pack inserted, from each individual connection contact point 51 an individual conductive track 52 runs on the surface of the conductive track-bearing portion 10 through a cavity 3 of the container 1 blister type containing a dragee 2 up to a common conductive track 53, which in turn is connected to a common connection contact point 54 with interconnection 5. A display for indicating data regarding dragee extractions is designated 45.
To each cavity 3 of the blister pack 1 is associated an opening 4 of the part 10 carrying conductive tracks, the sealing foil 13 breaking with the extraction of a dragee by exerting pressure against a cavity 3 of the blister pack 1 containing a lozenge 2 and the lozenge being pressed through the opening 4 of the conductive track-bearing portion 10. Figure 3 shows the conductive track-bearing part 10 from the side facing the blister pack 1, the blister pack 1 not yet being arranged or fixed on the conductive track-bearing part 10 however. Figure 4 shows a corresponding view of the part 10 carrying conductive tracks, however the blister pack 1 is already connected to the part 10 carrying conductive tracks.
According to the invention, the opening 4 for the extraction of dragees is formed in that in the part 10 carrying conductive tracks a stamped line 41 is made closed in an annular manner, which in each case separates that area of the part 10 carrying conductive tracks that it lines the area of a cavity 3 of the associated blister pack 1. Therefore, below, the area of the conductive track-bearing portion 10 separated by the stamped line 41
ES 2 297 532 T3 is designated as coating 30. Therefore, when in case of a dragee extraction a pressure is exerted against the part 10 carrying conductive tracks, the corresponding coating 30 due to the stamped line 41 is pressed out of the part 10 carrying conductive tracks to form the opening 4.
Figure 5 shows a view on the conductive track-bearing portion 10 from the side not directed to the blister pack 1 attached thereto.
FIG. 6 shows that a protective layer 12 may be applied on the non-blister-type surface of the blister pack 1 of the conductive track-bearing portion 10, which protectively covers at least the outer surface of the individual conductive tracks 52 and of the common conductive track 53. The connection contact points 51, 54 of the interface 5 are recessed to allow a secure contact establishment with the housing device 40.
According to the invention, the coatings 30 are connected to the conductive track-bearing part 10 in each case via at least two bridge parts 42, 43, each bridge part 42, 43 representing an interruption of the stamped line 41, such as can be seen especially from figure 3.
The bridge parts 42,43 are distributed around the circumference of the stamped line 41 in such a way that a dragee extraction is only possible if at least one bridge part 42 or 43 is broken and the coating 30 is lifted from the plane of the part 10 carrying conductive tracks, the bridge part 43 or 42 being able to serve in each case not rotated as a hinge axis when the covering 30 rotates.
With reference to Figures 9 to 11, exemplary and especially preferred arrangements of the bridge portions 42, 43 on the stamped line 41 are now explained. According to FIG. 9, the bridge parts 42, 43 are arranged opposing in the direction of the longest extension (longitudinal direction) of the coating 30 on the stamped line 41, so that when a lozenge is removed, at least one of these bridge parts or both bridge parts. In this case the individual conductive track 52 runs in the longitudinal direction through the coating 30 and through the bridge portions 42 and 43. Preferably, the individual conductive track 52 runs along the longitudinal midline L of the coating 30.
According to FIG. 10, a bridge part 43 viewed in the longitudinal direction of the cover 30 is arranged at one end of the cover 30 and a further bridge part 42 is arranged approximately in the middle in an area of the stamped line 41 running in the longitudinal direction, with the individual conductive track 52 running through both bridge portions 42, 43. In this regard, the bridge part 43 is preferably arranged outside the longitudinal median line L of the covering 30. The further bridge part 42 is preferably located on the side of the longitudinal median line L opposite the bridge part 43, especially outside the transverse mid-line Q of the coating 30. The individual conductive track 52 may run through the coating 30 in any manner.
According to FIG. 11 the bridge part 43 is located, seen again in the direction of the longitudinal median line L, at one end of the stamped line 41. The other bridge portion 42 is relatively wide in configuration and lies approximately on the axis of the transverse midline Q. The individual conductive track 52 runs from the conductive track-bearing part 10 through the bridge part 42 on the covering 30, there it forms a loop and runs back from the covering 30 through the bridge part 42 on the part 10 carrying conductive tracks. In the event of a dragee being removed, the coating 30 is in any case opened in such a way that the bridge portion 42 and the conductive track 52 running above are broken.
Figure 8 shows by way of example the three embodiments of Figures 9 to 11 in a pattern of conductive tracks comprising the individual conductive tracks 52, the common conductive track 53 and the connection contact points 51, 54 of the interconnection 5.
Figures 12 to 16 show a book-shaped carrying part 60, in which the conductive track-carrying part 10 as a first part can be folded coincidentally along a fold line 61 towards a second part 63, which is attached to the part 10 carrying conductive tracks. In the second part 63 insert openings 62 are arranged, which are aligned with the stamped lines 41, when the parts 10 and 63 are folded over each other like a book along the fold line 61. To produce the present blister pack arrangement 10, a blister pack 1 is disposed on the second part 63 in such a way that its cavities fit into the insertion openings 62 of the part 63, the blister pack 1 of the necessary way with the part 63 and also with the part 10 carrying conductive tracks. The book-like parts 10 and 63 are then folded along the fold line 61 over each other and joined together, preferably glued together. The blister pack 1 is then in exactly the correct position between parts 10 and 63. The parts 10 and 63 are dimensioned such that they protrude on all sides through the blister pack 1, the edge areas of the protruding parts 10 and 63 being fixedly adhered, so that they are not separation and removal of the blister pack 1 possible.
It is noted that instead of the several insertion openings 62, a single insertion opening 62 'can also be provided, which can simultaneously house all the cavities of the blister pack 1.
ES 2 297 532 T3
Figures 12 to 14 show a view of the carrier part 60 from the inside, in which according to figure 13 the blister pack 1 is just being placed and according to figure 14, it is already in place. Figure 15 shows the part 63 with the blister pack 1 positioned from the outside and Figure 16 shows a view of the carrier part 10 from the outside.
Next, with reference to Figures 17a to 17c, another embodiment of the invention is explained. The details of Figures 17a to 17c, which have already been explained in relation to the previous figures, are designated correspondingly although "'" is added to the corresponding reference numerals.
Figure 17b shows a conductive track-bearing part 10 'having the individual contact connection points 51', the individual conductive tracks 52 ', the common conductive track and the common connection contact point on the side facing the container 1 'blister type (figure 17a). On the side facing the blister pack 1 'of the portion 10' carrying conductive tracks, there is arranged an electrically insulating dielectric layer 64 'that covers the individual conductive tracks 52' and the common conductive track at least in that area, in that according to figure 17c the blister pack 1 'is preferably applied by gluing the sealing foil 13' to the dielectric layer 64 '.
Figures 17d and 17e show a modification of the part 10 'carrying conductive tracks, in which an adhesive layer 66' is applied on the dielectric layer 64 ', which is covered by a release film 65'. Preferably, the release sheet 65 'protrudes according to FIG. 17d on one side over the adhesive layer 66', so that a manually graspable area is formed to detach the release sheet 65 'from the adhesive layer 66'. After peeling off the release foil 65 ', the exposed adhesive layer 66' can then be attached to the blister pack 1 simply by pressing against the sealing foil 13 'of the blister pack 1'.
It is also conceivable to configure the electrically insulating layer 64 'simultaneously as an adhesive layer, so that it can be directly joined with the sealing foil 13' of the blister pack 1 '.
It is noted that the embodiments of the carrier parts 10 'of Figures 17b to 17e may also be part of a book-like carrier device explained in connection with Figures 12 to 16.
