The containment box 193 is inserted through the hole portion 196 in the storage wall 197 so that the containment box 193 can slide between a fully closed position where the decorative cover 195 of the containment box 193 is substantially flush with the rear surface of the leg guard 158, and a fully open position where the containment box 193 is mostly pulled out of the storage wall 197, and where the entire containment box 193 can be removed from the inner cover 157. Furthermore, the containment box 193 covers the head tube 27 from the left side when in the fully closed position.
Meanwhile, the end wall 197a of the storage wall 197 is provided with a maintenance window 201 to perform the maintenance operation, for example, the replacement of a lamp 171a, of the headlight 171 located on the front side of the wall. end 197 when the containment box 193 is removed from the leg guard 158. The window 201 is covered with a removable cover 202.
A protruding portion 193a projecting inwardly in the width direction of the vehicle body is provided on the outer end side of the containment box 193. The storage wall 197 is provided with a recessed portion 197b for containing the protruding portion 193a when the containment box 193 is stored in the fully closed position, so that it faces the head tube 27 from the rear side.
Referring to FIG. 15, a box lock mechanism 208 for locking the containment box 193 in the fully closed position is disposed between the containment box 193 and the inner cover 157. The box locking mechanism 208 includes a pin-shaped handle 209 attached to the bottom surface of the box main body 194 of the containment box 193 with a gripper 210 rotatably supported on the side of the inner cover 157 in order to retaining the handle 209 according to the sliding of the containment box 193 towards the closing side in the fully closed position. A latch element 211 is capable of being engaged with the gripper 210 in order to keep the gripper 210 in the state of gripping the knob 209 with a helical spring 212 to push the latch element 211 in the direction of engagement with the gripper. 210.
A support frame 214 having a recessed guide portion 213 for inserting the handle 209 in accordance with the sliding of the containment box 193 towards the closing direction to the fully closed position, is arranged as a bridge between the pair of fixed rails. 200, 200 attached to the inner cover 157 so that it faces the lower surface of the box main body 194. The gripper 210 provided on the underside of the support frame 214 is rotatably supported on the support frame 214 through a support pin 216. The gripper 210 is provided with a recessed engaging portion 216 for engaging the inserted handle 209 in guide recessed portion 213.
The latch element 211 is disposed on the underside of the support frame 214, on the opposite side of the gripper 210 with respect to the guide recessed portion 213, and is rotatably supported on the support frame 214 through a locking pin. bracket 217 parallel to bracket pin 216.
ES 2 294 579 T3
The coil spring 212 is disposed in a compressed state between the gripper 210 and the latch element 211 in order to display a spring force for rotationally pushing the gripper 210 to the left in Figure 15 and for rotationally pushing the latch element 211. to the right in figure 15. The support frame 214 is provided with a stop 218 to restrict the left-hand rotation of the gripper 210 under the elastic force of the coil spring 212, and a stop 219 to restrict the right-hand rotation of the latch element 211. under the elastic force of the coil spring 212.
In the position where the handle 209 is released from the guide recessed portion 213 as shown in FIG. 16, the grip 210 has rotated to the rotation restriction end to support the stop 218 by the elastic force of the coil spring 212. In this position, the open end of the latch recessed portion 215 is in a position facing the guide recessed portion 213. Furthermore, a locking passage portion 210a facing the front side along the rotary thrust direction (counterclockwise direction in Figures 15 and 16) by the elastic force of the coil spring 212 is arranged in a portion, in the side of the hook element 211, of the gripper 210. On the other hand, the latch member 211 is provided with a latch protruding portion 211a to restrict rotation of the gripper 210 in the rotary pushing direction of the gripper 210 by engagement with the locking step portion 210a.
When the knob 209 is released from the recessed guide portion 213 as shown in FIG. 16 in the position where no unlocking force is exerted on the latch element 211, the latch element 211 is in a position such that the portion latching protrusion 211a is disengaged from locking step portion 210a. When the handle 209 is moved from the position indicated in Figure 16 to the position of entry into the recessed guide portion 213 as shown in Figure 15, the gripper 210 abuts the projecting engagement portion 211a of the engaging element 211 to rotate the latch 211 counterclockwise against the elastic force of the helical spring 212, thereby riding on the latching projecting portion 211a. After the gripper 210 has passed the hooking projecting portion 211a, the hooking element 211 is rotated clockwise by the elastic force of the coil spring 212 to the side to abut against the stop 219, and the hooking projecting portion 211a it engages with the locking step portion 210a of the gripper 210. In this position, although an external force is exerted in an opening direction on the containment box 193 to rotate the gripper 210 to the left through the handle 209, the clockwise rotation of the latch 211 having the protruding portion latch 211a engaged with locking step portion 210a is prevented by stop 219. Thus, the gripper 210 is not turned to the left in Fig. 15 in order to release the knob 209 from the recessed latching portion 215, and the fully closed position of the containment box 193 is locked by the locking mechanism. box 208.
The locking position of the box lock mechanism 208 can be released (unlocked) by exerting on the latch 211 an unlocking force to rotate the latch 211 in the direction to release from the stop 219, that is, in the direction toward the left. The unlocking force is exerted from a first electric actuator 221 through the power transmission cable 220 connected to the latch 211.
The first electric actuator 221 displays the unlocking force in the direction of pulling the power transmission cable 220 when operating. When the power transmission cable 220 is pushed by the first electric actuator 221 into the locked position of the box lock mechanism 208, the latch 211 is rotated to the left in order to make the latching protruding portion 211a ride on the locking step portion 210a while rotating the grip 210 clockwise against the elastic force of the coil spring 212. When the projecting latch portion 211a has passed through the locking step portion 210a, the elastic force of the coil spring 212 acts so that the gripper 210 is rotated to the left to eject the handle 209 in the direction of releasing the portion. guide recess 213 as shown in FIG. 16, and grip 210 abuts stop 218.
More specifically, when the first electrical actuator 221 operates in the locked position of the box lock mechanism 208, an unlocking force is exerted on the box lock mechanism 208 to release the locked position, whereby the handle 209 , that is, the containment box 193 is ejected slightly to the open side from the fully closed position by the elastic force of the coil spring 212 of the box lock mechanism 208.
Furthermore, a spring means 222 for performing the elastic thrust of the containment box 193 in the direction of a fully open position in the position where the containment box 193 is in the fully closed position, is arranged between the containment box 193 and the inner cover 157. The spring means 222 includes a tube body 223 that extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, a rod 224 that is slidably mounted in the tube body 223 in order to allow relative movements in the axial direction within a limited range in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body and of which a part protrudes from the rear end of the tube body 223 along the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and a spring (not shown) disposed between the tube body 223 and the rod 224 to bias the rod 223 towards the rear side in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body.
Between the pair of fixed rails 200, 200 on the front side, relative to the support frame 214 along the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, a front support frame 225 is arranged as a bridge so which is located on the underside in relation to the containment box 193 located at the position
ES 2 294 579 T3 completely closed. The front end of the tube body 223 is fixedly connected to the front support frame 225, and an intermediate portion in the axial direction of the tube body 223 is held by a clamping member 227 mounted on the support frame 214. In addition, a rear support frame 226 located on the underside of the containment box 193 is arranged as a bridge between the pair of movable rails 198, 198 on the rear side relative to the support frame 214 along the front-rear steering of the vehicle body. The rear support frame 226 is provided with a support plate portion 226a to support the rear end of the rod 224 in a position near the fully closed position when the containment box 193 is moved to the side of the fully closed position. closed.
With the spring means 222 as before, when the locking position of the box locking means 208 is released (unlocked) at the position where the containment box 193 is in the fully closed position, the elastic force of the coil spring 212 of the box lock mechanism 208 and the elastic biasing force exerted by the spring means 222 are exerted on the containment box 193. The containment box 193 slides slightly from the fully closed position to the open side, after which it is sufficient to remove the containment box 193.
In Figures 17 and 18, a clamping mechanism 230, for temporarily holding the containment box 193 in a position intermediate between the fully closed position and the fully open position, in this embodiment in an approximately central position between the fully closed position and the fully open position, when the containment box 193 is opened from the fully closed position, it is disposed between the containment box 193 and the inner cover 157. The position where the containment box 193 is temporarily held by the clamping mechanism 230 is set so that, in the position where a person with a height of no more than 175 cm (a range that encompasses 90% of the population of Japan) is sitting in the front seat 32, the driver's knees do not make contact with the containment box 193 (see dot-and-dash indication in Figure 1).
The clamping mechanism 230 includes a locking shaft 232 that extends in the width direction of the vehicle body and supported by a support member 231 attached to the front end of the fixed rail 200 located on the right side (as seen from the rear side in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body) of the left-right pair of fixed rails 200, 200 fixed to the inner cover 157. A rocking latch element 235 is pivotally supported on a bracket 233 attached to the rear support frame 226 attached to the containment box 193, through a support shaft 234 having an axis parallel to the locking axis 232. A spring spring Torsion 236 is disposed between bracket 233 and rocker latch 235 in order to push rocker latch 235 to the left in Figures 17 and 18.
The locking shaft 232 is supported by the support member 231 so that its end portion protrudes from the fixed rail 200 to the side of the containment box 193. In addition, the pivoting latch member 235 is integrally provided with a latch portion 235a protruding from bracket 233 to the side of fixed rail 200, and is rotatably supported on bracket 233. The swing end of the swing latch member 235 rotatably pushed in the direction to rotate the latch portion 235a upward, that is, in the counterclockwise direction in Figures 17 and 18 by the elastic force of the torsion spring 236, It is restrained by the abutment of the rocker latch 235 on the rear support frame 226.
At its upper side edge, the latch portion 235a is provided with a lowered latch portion 238 for resilient engagement with the locking shaft 232, a leading guide surface 239 is arranged on the front side relative to the lowered latch portion 238 along the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and a rear guide surface 240 is arranged on the rear side relative to the engaging recessed portion 238 with the engaging recessed portion 238 between itself and the leading guide surface 239.
The leading guide surface 239 is formed as a backward and upward sloping surface, while the rear guide surface 240 is formed as a backward and downward sloping surface with a slope less than the slope of the sloping front surface 239. , in the position where the pivoting latch element 235 is at the end of the rotary thrust by the torsion spring 236. Furthermore, the inner surface of the recessed engaging portion 238 on the side of the sloping rear surface 240 is formed so as to slope substantially parallel to the leading guide surface 239 at the position where the pivoting engaging member 235 is at the rear. end of rotary thrust by torsion spring 236.
With the clamping mechanism 230 as before, when the containment box 193 present in the fully closed position is actuated to open it, the locking shaft 232 present in the fixed position contacts the rear guide surface 240, whereby the swing latch member 235 rotates in the direction to push down latch portion 235a against the elastic force of torsion spring 236, that is, in the clockwise direction in Fig. 18. As the containment box 193 is slid further to the side of the fully open position while keeping the rear guide surface 240 in sliding contact, the locking shaft 232 drops from the rear guide surface 240 into the engaging recessed portion. 232, whereby the rocker latch 235 rotates in the direction to push up the latch portion 235a, that is, in the direction to the left in Fig. 18 by the elastic force of the torsion spring 236, and the latching lowered portion 238 is brought into elastic engagement with the locking shaft 232, whereby the containment box 193 is temporarily clamped.
ES 2 294 579 T3
Such a temporary clamping position can be released by rotating the rocker latch 235 as indicated by the dotted lines in Fig. 18 against the elastic force of the torsion spring 236. After this operation, the elastic latch is released from the hinge shaft. locking 232 with the latching recessed portion 238, causing the containment box 193 to slide to the side of the fully open position.
Upon pushing the containment box 193 from the fully open position to the fully closed position, the locking shaft 232 abuts the leading guide surface 239 in the course of the process. In this case, since the leading guide surface 239 is a forward and downward inclined surface, another thrust of the containment box 193 rotates the rocker latch 235 in order to push down the latch portion 235a, whereby the locking shaft 232 is brought down to the engaging recessed portion 238. Since the inner surface of the engaging recessed portion 238 on the side of the sloping rear surface 240 is sloping substantially parallel to the leading guide surface 239, another thrust of the containment box 193 causes the locking shaft 232 to rotate. the pivoting latch member 235 in order to push the latch portion 235a further downwards, thereby making sliding contact with the rear guide surface 240, so that the containment box 193 can be pushed to the fully closed position.
Meanwhile, while releasing the temporary hold of the containment box 193 by the clamping mechanism 230, it suffices to rotate a clamp release operating member made of synthetic resin 237 attached to the swing latch member 235 in the indicated direction with a arrow in figure 18. The clamp release operating member 237 is arranged on the bottom surface of the containment box 193 at a position near the center line of the vehicle body C and near the rear side of the vehicle body.
A steering handle lock module 241 capable of disabling steering operation at the steering handle 26 is disposed near the head tube 27 on the opposite side of the left front containment portion 191, and the right front containment portion 192 it is arranged so that the steering handle lock module 241 is located between itself and the left front containment portion 191.
In Figure 19, the steering handlebar lock module 241 enables the steering operation on the steering handlebar 26 and enables the engine E to start, based on the pressing, based on predetermined conditions, of an intelligent input button 242 disposed on the inner cover 157 between the left and right front containment portions 191 and 192. Said first electric actuator 221 is disposed on the steering handle lock module 241.
In Fig. 20, the right front containment portion 192 has a structure in which a recessed containment portion 244 formed in the inner cover 157 is openably and closably covered with a cover member 245 hinged to the inner cover 157. The recessed containment portion 244 is formed to be smaller than the containment box 193 of the left front containment portion 191 and tapers slightly as it approaches the forward end.
The lid member 245 is hinged to the inner cover 157 through a pivot shaft 256 so that it can rotate between an open position to open the recessed containment portion 244 by rotating it downward as indicated by the dot and dash lines on the Figure 20, and a closed position for closing the recessed containment portion 244 as indicated by solid lines in Figure 20. A handle 247 to allow turning operations is rotatably attached to cover member 215.
A plurality of unlocking operation buttons for respectively releasing the locking positions of a plurality of containment portions, including the left front containment portion 191, in this embodiment the left front containment portion 191 and the storage compartment 30, are arranged on the inner cover 157 on the underside of the smart input button 242, that is, on a lateral side of the left front containment portion 191 and between the left front containment portion 191 and the right front containment portion 192. In this embodiment, a first unlock operation button 248a for the left front containment portion 191 and a second unlock operation button 249a for the storage compartment 30 are arranged in positions offset to the left or right side (in this embodiment, the right side) of the vehicle body center line C, in a vertically aligned configuration, with the first unlock operation button 248a in the lower position.
The first and second unlock operation buttons 248a and 249a constitute parts of the first and second unlock switches 248 and 249 for changing the switching modes by pressing the operation buttons 248a and 249a. The first and second unlock switches 248, 249 are attached to the inner cover 157 with the first and second unlock operation buttons 248a, 249a facing the outer surface of the inner cover 157, and the first and second unlock operation buttons second 248a, 249a are formed so that they are horizontally elongated.
Furthermore, the first unlocking operation button 248a to release the locking position of the left front containment portion 191, the box locking mechanism 208, and the first electric actuator 221 to exert an unlocking force on the locking mechanism. box 208 are arranged at substantially the same height.

In Figure 21, the controller 75 contained in the control box 76 attached to the throttle body 68, the steering handle lock module 241, and the first and second unlock switches 248, 249 constitute parts of an intelligent entry system. . The steering handle lock module 241 includes a cylinder lock 250 that can be turned with the knob 242 and that releases the lock from the steering handle 26 to the head tube 27 when it is turned, a lock solenoid 251 capable of disabling the steering lock. rotation of the cylinder lock 250, and a main switch 252 which operates in a switchable manner according to the rotation of the cylinder lock 250. The lock solenoid 251 is controlled by a control unit 253.
Control unit 253 controls a transmit antenna 255 to transmit a signal to indicate transmission of an ID signal from a normal portable transmitter 256 carried by the user of the vehicle. The result of receiving the signal by a receiving unit 257 to receive a signal from the portable transmitter 256 is input to the control unit 253. When it is confirmed in control unit 253 that the ID signal transmitted by handheld transmitter 256 is a predetermined signal, control unit 253 operates lock solenoid 251 to be able to turn cylinder lock 250 using button 242.
Furthermore, when it is confirmed in the control unit 253 that the ID signal sent by the portable transmitter 256 is a predetermined signal, the control unit 253 allows a control of the operation of the motor E by the controller 75 according to the driving of the main switch. 252, operates the first electrical actuator 221 according to a signal from the first unlock switch 248 according to the operation of the first unlock operation button 248a in the driving position of the main switch 252, and operates a second electrical actuator 258 according to a signal from the second unlock switch. unlocking 249 according to the operation of the second unlocking operation button 249a in the driving position of the main switch 252. The second electric actuator 258 pulls the power transmission cable 143 (see Figures 5 and 6) in accordance with its operation, thereby releasing the locking position of the seat locking mechanism 142.
Furthermore, when it is confirmed in the control unit 253 that the transmitted ID signal of the portable transmitter 256 is a predetermined signal, the control unit 253 operates the unlock operation button 248a, thereby releasing the box lock mechanism. 208 for the containment box 193, with the result that the containment box 193 can be pulled out to a position in the range of the fully closed position to an intermediate position. In the pulled out position, an unlocking operating element 272 can be actuated.
The reception unit 257 is arranged in the luggage compartment 30 or the driver's seat 31. In this embodiment, a reception unit containment portion 110f formed by lowering down a part of the shallow portion 110c of the storage compartment 30 is arranged in the storage compartment 30, and the receiving unit 257 is contained in the holding portion of the receiving unit 110f. Furthermore, the shallow portion 110c is provided with the first maintenance cover 117 for performing maintenance related to the motor E arranged on the underside of the storage compartment 30, in an openable and closable manner. The reception unit 257 is contained in the reception unit containment portion 110f so as to be covered with a part of the first maintenance cover 117.
On the other hand, the transmitting antenna 255 is arranged at a remote position from the steering handle lock module 241. In this embodiment, the transmitting antenna 255 is arranged on the upper side of the steering handle lock module 211, for example, directly below the panel 173 which constitutes a part of the vehicle body cover 34.
In Fig. 22, the oil supply cap 169 is attached to a frame member 261 that extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body by a plurality of threaded members 262. An articulated arm 263 that is in connection with the rear end of the frame member 261 along the front-rear direction of the vehicle body is rotatably supported on a support plate 264 fixed to the vehicle body frame F and at a bracket 265 fixed to the hinge cover 170, through a support shaft 266.
A locking portion 267 is provided at a front end portion of the frame member 261 along the front-rear direction of the vehicle body with a lid lock mechanism 268 for locking the closed position of the supply lid. oil valve 169 engaged with the locking portion 267, thereby holding the oil supply cap 169 in the locked state.
The lid lock mechanism 268 includes a rod 270 extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body on the lower side of the tunnel floor portion 167 on the front side of the oil supply cap 169, and a spring 271 for biasing the rod 270 toward the rear side in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. A plug made of synthetic resin 269 capable of engaging with locking portion 267 is mounted on the rear end of rod 270.
The rod 270 receives a force in the direction to release the engagement of the plug 269 with the locking portion 267, that is in the direction towards the front side, against the elastic force of the spring 271 by the operation of the unlocking operating element 272 . The unlocking operating element 272 is disposed on the inner cover 157 at a position between the left and right front containment portions 191 and 192 and on the left or right side (in this embodiment, the left side) of the center line of the vehicle body C, so that it is covered with the decorative cover 195 arranged on the inner cover 157 when the decorative cover
ES 2 294 579 T3
195 is in a closed position. In this embodiment, the unlocking operating element 272 is arranged on the inner cover 157 in a position away from the containment box 193 from the left front containment portion 191 and at least partially overlapped with the head tube 27, as seen from the rear side in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. The decorative cover 195 is attached to the containment box 193 in order to cover the unlocking operating element 272 when the containment box 193 is in the fully closed position.
More specifically, the projecting portion 193a projecting inwardly in the width direction of the vehicle body is provided on the outer end side of the containment box 193, and the decorative cover 195 is attached to the outer end of the containment box 193. Therefore, a support box 274 is attached to the inner cover 157 in such a position that it can be covered with the projecting portion 193a. An upper portion of the unlocking operating element 272 is rotatably supported in the support case 274. Furthermore, the rod 270 is integrally provided in its front portion with a portion 270a curved towards the side of the unlocking operating element 272, and the curved portion 270a is connected to a lower portion of the unlocking operating element 272. Therefore, in the position where the containment box 193 in the left front containment portion 191 is brought to an intermediate open position (the dashed line position in Fig. 22) restricted by the clamping mechanism 230 or to another position. open, When the user pushes the unlocking operating member 272 with the finger positioned on the rear side of the protruding portion 193a and thereby rotates the unlocking operating member 272 in the direction of an arrow in Fig. 22, the rod 270 can be operated in a direction such that the plug 269 is released from the locking portion 267.
In Fig. 23, a rod support frame 278 is attached to the inner surface of the tunnel floor portion 167 on the front side relative to the oil supply cap 169 by a threaded member 279. An intermediate portion of rod 270 is held by rod support frame 278 so as to be movable along the axial direction. In addition, a stopper ring 275 is mounted on the rod 270 within the support frame 278, and said helical spring 271 surrounding the rod 270 is arranged in a compressed state between an annular spring receiving element 276 capable of engaging with the stop ring 275 from the front side and capable of abutting against and engaging with the rear wall of the rod support frame 278 and an annular spring receiving member 277 capable of abutting and engaging with the front wall of rod support frame 278.
Meanwhile, while closing the oil supply cap 169 which is in an open state, the rod 270 of the cap locking mechanism 268 has to be pushed forward. In this case, since a push plate portion 267a for pushing the plug 269 at the rear end of the rod 270 to the rear side according to the closing operation on the oil supply cover 169 is integrally disposed in connection with the locking portion 267 on the side of the oil supply cap 169, closing the oil supply cap 169 from the open state causes the push plate portion 267a to push the rod 270 to the front side through the plug 269. When the oil supply cap 169 rotates to the closed position, the rod 270 is moved back by the elastic force of the spring 271, and the plug 269 engages with the locking portion 267, thereby locking the closed position of the oil supply cap 169.
The functions of this embodiment will be described below. In a rear portion of the storage compartment 30, including the front helmet containment portion 119 arranged on the lower side of the front seat 32 of the tamden-type driver's seat 31 and the rear helmet containment portion 120 arranged on the bottom side from the rear seat 33 from the driver's seat 31, The rear bulge portion 121 bulging to the rear side relative to the rear end of the rear seat 33 and the support tube 62 which is the mounting portion for mounting an upper portion of the rear shock absorber 64 to a rear portion of the rear shock absorber 64 is provided. vehicle body F. Therefore, the interior volume of the containment box 30 can be expanded while ensuring that the storage compartment 30 can hold long items, such as golf clubs, which extend to the rear side relative to the rear end of the seat of the vehicle. driver 31. In addition, small items other than the helmet can also be tucked into the rear portion of the storage compartment 30, so that less frequently used things, such as tools, can be properly stored in the rear portion of the storage compartment 30.
Furthermore, since the rear bulging portion 121 bulges back to substantially the same position as the rear end of the grab rail 118 arranged around the rear seat 33, the interior volume of the storage compartment 30 can be further expanded, and the rear portion of the storage compartment 30 may be protected by the grip rail 118.
Furthermore, since the narrow width portion 121a entering between the left and right tail light units 123 ... in the top plan view, is arranged at a rear portion of the rear bulge portion 121, the interior volume of the storage compartment 30 can be expanded by effectively utilizing the space generated between the left-right pair of tail light units 123 .... Thus, it is facilitated the formation of a space for the replacement of bulbs of the tail light units 123 ....
Meanwhile, the storage compartment 30 has the upper cover 111 arranged on the lower side of the rear seat 33, and the containment space 128 capable of being used according to the mounting and dismounting of the rear seat 33 is formed on the upper surface of the cover. top 111. Thus, a space to contain small things, distinct from inside the storage compartment 30, can be ensured, while avoiding
ES 2 294 579 T3 an increase in the number of component parts and a complication of the structure. In addition, since the containment space 128 is formed within the first rib 127 erected in the top deck 111 and connected in an endless way and the second rib 129 connected in an endless way in order to cooperate with the first rib 127 in forming a structure of labyrinth slopes downwardly from the bottom plate 33a of the rear seat 33, the penetration of rain water, dust or the like into the containment space 128 from outside can be avoided with a simple structure.
Furthermore, since the lighting means 116 for illuminating the interior of the storage compartment 30 is attached to the inner surface of the storage compartment 30 in a portion corresponding to a front portion of the upper cover 111, the interior of a rear portion of the storage compartment 30 which tends to darken due to the presence of the upper cover 111, it can be effectively illuminated without being obstructed by things contained in the rear portion of the storage compartment 30. Furthermore, the inner surface of the storage compartment 30 is easy to check visually, in the portion corresponding to the front portion of the upper cover 111. Thus , it is possible to easily confirm the failure of a lamp of the lighting means 116 and the like.
Furthermore, since the rear upper cover 165 and the rear center cover 166 to cover the rear bulge portion 121, the left-right pair of tail light units 123 .., and the rear fender 181 are attached to the rear bulge portion. 121, a plurality of elements arranged in the vicinity of a rear portion of the storage compartment 30 can be removed immediately by simply detaching the wiring of the tail light units 1 23 ..., which results in excellent maintainability.
The storage compartment 30 includes the shallow portion 110c disposed between the helmet containment portion 119 and the rear helmet containment portion 120. The throttle body 68 mounted with the control box 76 containing the controller 75 and the injection valve Fuel cells 74 are arranged on the lower side of the shallow portion 110c so that their upper end positions are substantially the same. Therefore, by making a shallow flat portion 110c between the front and rear hull containment portions 119 and 120, the shallow portion 110c can be effectively used as a containment portion, and a part of the intake system of the E-engine. it may be effectively disposed in the space on the underside of the shallow portion 110c.
A lower portion of the rear bulge portion 121 is arranged on the lower side relative to the mounting portion for mounting an upper portion of the shock absorber 64 on a rear portion of the vehicle body frame F to form, on the rear bulge portion 121 , the containment portion 124 so that the raised portion 110d formed by partially elevating the bottom wall of the storage compartment 30 is located between the containment portion 124 and the rear helmet containment portion 120. Furthermore, the rear helmet containment portion 120 and the containment portion 124 on the rear side relative to the rear helmet containment portion 124 are separated from each other by the raised portion 110d, whereby a use can be achieved. more convenient, and the movement of the small items contained in the containment portion 124 on the rear side can be prevented.
Furthermore, since the fuel tank 28 formed so as to be elongated in the vertical direction in side view is arranged on the front side of the storage compartment 30 and the storage compartment 30 is arranged in a lower portion of its front end with the portion bulging front 122 bulging forward near a lower portion of fuel tank 28, A front portion of the storage compartment 30 can be made deep to facilitate the containment of long articles. Thus, the capacity of the storage compartment 30 can be expanded.
Furthermore, since the battery 147 and the electrical equipment 148 to 150 are contained in the domed front portion 122, the battery 147 and the electrical equipment 148 to 150 can be contained in the storage compartment 30 without obstructing the containment of the helmet H1 and the like. .
Furthermore, the second maintenance cover 151 for dividing the inside of the domed front portion 122 and the front helmet containment portion 119 from each other is openably and closably attached to the storage compartment 30, whereby it can be avoided that the articles contained in the bulging front portion 122 and the helmet H1 contained in the front helmet containment portion 119 are damaged by mutual contact.
Furthermore, since a lower portion of the damper rod 152, which extends vertically in order to assist the opening and closing operations of the front seat 32, is contained in the domed front portion 122, it is unnecessary to ensure a space to arrange the damper rod 152 on the outside of the storage compartment 30. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the damper rod 152 from obstructing the placement of articles in the storage compartment 30 and minimize the possibility of exposure of the damper rod 152 to the outside when the front seat 32 is opened, thereby improving the quality of appearance.
The fuel tank 28 and the radiator 29 are arranged on the underside of the tunnel floor portion 167 formed by a part of the vehicle body cover 34 that covers the vehicle body frame F. vehicle F includes the front tube 27, the left-right pair of upper frames descending 37 ... extending rearwardly and downwardly from the head tube 27, and the left-right pair of descending lower frames 38 ... having the inclined portion 38a extending rearwardly and downwardly from the head tube 27 on the lower side with relation to the connection portion for connection of the upper frames
ES 2 294 579 T3 downstream 37 ... to the front pipe 27. The fuel tank 38, which extends vertically in the distance from the rear side of a lower portion of the front pipe 27 to lower portions of both lower down frames 38 .. ., is arranged in the space surrounded by both the lower upper frames 37 ... and both lower lower frames 38 and is immediately on the rear side of the front wheel WF.
Therefore, since the vertically elongated fuel tank 28 is immediately arranged at the rear side of the front wheel WF, it is possible to prevent the portion corresponding to a lower portion of the front tube 27 from being a dead space, and to arrange the component parts effectively utilizing the space on the underside of the tunnel floor portion 167. Furthermore, since the fuel tank 28 having a comparatively large weight is arranged near the front wheel WF, the load distribution of the front wheel WF can be improved, and a better steering operation can be achieved. In addition, the fuel tank 28 is vertically elongated and can provide a comparatively large residual amount of the height at the position where the residual amount of fuel is small, so that the pump unit 97 is attached to the fuel tank 28. In In this embodiment, the structure is advantageous for suction to the pump.
Furthermore, since the radiator 29 is arranged on the rear side of the fuel tank 28 and the battery 147 is arranged between the radiator 29 and the fuel tank 28, the vertically elongated shape of the fuel tank 28 allows the space in the rear side of the fuel tank 28 is comparatively wide. Thus, the battery 147, which has a large weight, can be arranged in the center in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, which contributes to the improvement in drivability. Furthermore, the arrangement of the battery 147 between the radiating radiator 29 and the fuel tank 28 prevents the heat from the radiator 29 from influencing the fuel tank 28.
Since the pump unit 97 contained and arranged in a lower portion of the fuel tank 28 is attached to the fuel tank 28 from the rear side of the fuel tank 28, the pump unit 97 can be attached to the fuel tank 28 from so that it is not influenced by irregularities in the road surface.
Furthermore, since the pump unit 97 is attached to the fuel tank 28 in the position that it has its rotational axis inclined forward and downward, a suction port of the pump unit 97 can be placed as close as possible of a lower portion of the fuel tank 28. Thus, the dead residual amount of fuel in the fuel tank 28 can be minimized.
Furthermore, the water supply port 107 for the reservoir 104 of the radiator 29 is arranged on the underside of the first maintenance cover 117 detachably attached to the bottom wall of the storage compartment 30 provided on the underside of the driver's seat 31. Therefore, by arranging the radiator 29 on the rear side of the fuel tank 28, it is easy to put the water supply port 107 of the tank 104 facing a lower portion of the driver's seat 31, thereby providing the water supply port. water 107 higher than in the case of looking at the floor abutment 159 directly above the tank 104 or the like. Thus, it is possible to provide better operability in supplying water.
Furthermore, since the water supply hole forming member 108 for forming the water supply hole 107 is supported on the mounting portion 54, for mounting on the vehicle body frame side F, of the link rod. tension 54 arranged between the vehicle body frame F and the tilting engine unit UE tiltingly supported on the vehicle body frame F, The need to apply a special device to support the water supply forming element 108 can be eliminated. Thus, the water supply hole forming element 108 can be supported by the vehicle body frame F.
Furthermore, the fuel from the fuel tank 28 is supplied to the fuel injection valve 74, and the fuel in the fuel tank 28 can be effectively supplied to the fuel injection valve 74 by using the pump unit. 97 pushed by the fuel tank 28 having a structure such that the residual amount of height is comparatively large at the position where the residual amount of fuel is small.
The electric motor 42 for varying the speed change ratio of the continuously variable transmission M interposed between the motor E and the rear wheel WR is arranged on the lower side of the passenger footboard 162 arranged at a rear portion of the footboard floor 159 of the vehicle body cover 34. The arrangement of the electric motor 42 in a comparatively low position contributes to the lowering of the center of gravity of the motorcycle.
Furthermore, since the continuously variable transmission M is of the belt type to form the tilting motor unit UE together with the motor E in which the axis of the cylinder 45 is substantially horizontal and the electric motor 42 is arranged on the front side. Relative to the continuously variable transmission M and on a lateral side of the cylinder 45, the electric motor 42 can be protected by the cylinder 45 of the motor E and the continuously variable transmission M. Furthermore, since the vehicle body frame F is provided with the support frame 41 to support the abutment floor 159 on the lower side and the electric motor 42 is arranged on the lower side relative to the support frame 41, the electric motor 42 can be more effectively protected by the supporting frame 41 which has high rigidity.
ES 2 294 579 T3
The gripper rail 118 is mounted on a rear portion of the vehicle body frame F, and the backrest 135 more or less aerodynamically formed having on its upper surface the front surface 135a inclined forward and downward in the side view and the rear surface 135b inclined back and down in side view and mountable on the upper surface of a rear portion of the gripper rail 118, It is arranged on the rear side of the rear seat 33 of the driver's seat 31.
Therefore, the rear seat passenger waist portion 33 can be fixedly held by the forward and downward sloping front surface 135a of the upper surface of the backrest 135, and the approximately streamlined shape in the side view improves the quality of the appearance of the backrest 135 and promises better aerodynamic performance. In addition, since the sloping rear surface 135b that is sloping back and down from the upper surface of the backrest 135 can be used, luggage projecting rearwardly from the rear seat 33 can be mounted on the backrest 135.
In addition, since the backrest 135 is shaped to be gradually narrower towards the rear side in a top plan view, the backrest 135 can be made compact, the shape of the backrest 135 together with the shape of the body cover 34 vehicle provides a good harmony on the basis of design, and the dynamic performance can be further improved.
Furthermore, since the upper surface of a rear portion of the grip rail 118 is set at substantially the same height as the upper surface of the rear seat 33 and the backrest 135 is releasably attached to the upper surface of the rear portion of the grip rail 118, When it is desired to mount more luggage on the rear seat 33 it is possible to mount the luggage effectively using the upper surface of the rear portion of the grab rail 118 after removing the backrest 135.
Furthermore, the oil supply cap 169 for closing the fuel tank 28 is disposed on the tunnel floor portion 167 of the vehicle body cover 34 and can be locked and is openably and closably attached to the portion of Tunnel floor 167 of the vehicle body cover 34 in a position corresponding to the fuel tank 28. In this case, the decorative cover 195 arranged in a spaced position from the oil supply cover 169 is openably and closably arranged on the inner cover 157 of the vehicle body cover 34, and the operating element of Unlocking 272 for releasing the locking position of the oil supply cap 169 is arranged on the inner cover 157 so that it is covered by the decorative cover 195 in the closed position. Therefore, the unlocking operation element 272 will not be exposed while the decorative cover 195 is in the closed position, whereby the possibility that the unlocking operation element 272 may be undesirably actuated can be minimized. Thus, the possibility of influence of disturbances, such as inclement weather, on the unlocking operating element 272 can be minimized.
Furthermore, since the inner cover 157 constitutes a part of the vehicle body cover 34 while covering the front pipe 27 from the rear side and the decorative cover 195 and the unlocking operating element 272 are arranged on the inner cover 157, the Operations on the unlocking operation element 272 can be facilitated by arranging the unlocking operation element 272 in a position on the front side and close to the rider.
Furthermore, since the decorative cover 195 is to cover the containment box 193 arranged in the inner cover 157 of the rear side of the vehicle body and is not an item for exclusive use to cover the unlocking operating member 272, the need of an exclusive use element to cover the unlocking operation element 272 can be eliminated. Thus, the number of component parts can be reduced. For example, when a wallet is placed in the containment box 193, it is easy and convenient to pay for fuel at the time of refueling at a gas station, since the containment box 193 is open as long as the oil supply cover 169 is open. .
Furthermore, the containment box 193 is arranged in the inner cover 157 so that it is capable of sliding in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body between the fully closed position where it is contained in the inner cover 157 and the fully open position. where it protrudes from the inner cover 157. The unlocking operating element 272 is arranged on the inner cover 157 in a position separated from the containment box 193 and at least partially overlapped with the head tube as viewed from the rear side in the front-rear direction of the car body. vehicle. Thus, the decorative box 195 is attached to the containment box 193 in order to cover the unlocking operation element 272 in the position where the containment box 193 is in the fully closed position. Therefore, it is possible to arrange the unlocking operating element 272 with good space efficiency, while ensuring the capacity of the containment box 193 by making the containment box 193 of the drawer type.
Furthermore, since the left front containment portion 191 is provided with the box lock mechanism 208 to lock the containment box 193 in the fully closed position and the locking position of the containment box 193 has to be released in the fully closed position. closed to open the oil supply cap 169. Thus, the need for a dedicated locking mechanism to open the oil supply cap 169 can be eliminated, and the locking structure can be simplified.
ES 2 294 579 T3
Furthermore, since the left and right front containment portions 191 and 192 are arranged in the inner cover 157 in an interval between along the width direction of the vehicle body, and the unlocking operating element 272 is arranged between the left and right front containment portions 191 and 192, the arrangement of the unlocking operation element 272 in the space generated between the left and right front containment portions 191 and 192 enables the unlocking operation element 272 to be arranged with good space efficiency.
Furthermore, since the unlocking operation element 272 is arranged in a position spaced, for example to the left side, from the center line of the vehicle body C, operations on the unlocking operation element 272 can be facilitated by arranging the unlocking operating element 272 in a position near the left hand of the rider sitting on the driver's seat 31. In addition, the arrangement of the unlocking operating element 272 as before is more effective, relative to the oil supply cap 169 which covers the oil supply cap 168 which is frequently used.
Furthermore, in the left front containment portion 191, the clamping mechanism 230 for temporarily holding the containment box 193 in an intermediate position between the fully closed position and the fully open position when the containment box 193 is opened from the fully open position. closed, it is arranged between the containment box and the inner cover 157. Therefore, the containment box 193 can be temporarily held in the intermediate position between the fully closed position and the fully open position, and the containment box 193 can be used in correspondence with various conditions of use.
Furthermore, since the clamping mechanism 230 is configured so that it can temporarily hold the containment box 193 in a roughly central position between the fully closed position and the fully open position, items of the appropriate size can be moved in and out of the box. containment 193 while holding the containment box 193 in the open state to the appropriate extent.
Furthermore, the containment box 193 is mounted on the inner cover 157 such that it is capable of sliding in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body between the fully closed position where it is contained in the inner cover 157 and the fully open position. where it protrudes from the inner cover 157. The unlocking operating element 237 for releasing the locking position of the clamping mechanism 230 is arranged on the lower surface of the containment box 193 at a position near the side of the center line C of the vehicle body and the rear side. of the vehicle body. Therefore, the unlocking operating element 237 can be arranged in such a position that it is easy to operate by releasing the position where the containment box 193 is temporarily held by the clamping mechanism 230.
Furthermore, the box lock mechanism 208 for locking the containment box 193 in the fully closed position according to the sliding operation of the containment box 193 towards the closing side to the fully closed position and to release the lock position according to The action of an unlocking force is arranged between the support frame 214 fixed to the inner cover 157 and the containment box 193. The containment box 193 present in the fully closed position is elastically biased towards the open side by the coil spring 212 and the spring means 222. Therefore, when an unlocking operation of the box lock mechanism 208 is performed by exerting an unlocking force, the containment box 193 slides toward the open side from the fully closed position by the biasing forces of the coil spring 212 and the spring means 222, and a part of the containment box 193 protruding from the inner cover 157. Thus, it is easy for the rider to visually confirm that the box lock mechanism 208 has been put in the unlocked position, and the containment box 193 can be removed with a small operating force.
Furthermore, the first and second unlocking operation buttons 248a and 249a for respectively releasing the locking positions of the left front containment portion 191 and the storage compartment 30 are arranged in the inner cover 157 on a lateral side of the containment portion. front left 191. Thus, the plurality of unlocking operation buttons 248a, 249a are arranged concentrically on the side side of the left front containment portion 191. Therefore, the operation of releasing the lock positions of the left front containment portion is facilitated. 191 and storage compartment 30.
Furthermore, since the first and second unlock operation buttons 248a, 249a are disposed at positions set apart to the right side of the center line of the vehicle body C, the unlock operations, the operations of releasing the lock positions, by the rider in the driver's seat are made easier.
Furthermore, since the first and second unlock operation buttons 248a, 249a, formed so that they are horizontally elongated, are arranged in a vertically aligned configuration, the plurality of unlock operation buttons 248a, 249a can be arranged compactly. such that the spaces in the vertical direction occupied by the unlock operation buttons 248a, 249a are not large.
In addition, since the first unlock operation button 248a to release the lock position of the left front containment portion 191, the box lock mechanism 208 of the left front containment portion 191, and the first electric actuator 221 to exerting an unlocking force on the box lock mechanism 208 are arranged at substantially the same height, the wiring between the unlock operation button 248a to release the locked position of the left front containment portion 191 and the first
ES 2 294 579 T3 electric actuator 221 as well as the power transmission system between the first electric actuator 221 and the box locking mechanism 208 can be compactly configured.
