DESCRIPTION
Sick bed.
The invention relates to a sickbed, in which, for prophylaxis in the decubitus position, a rigidly shaped bed frame is arranged in gimbal suspension as a mattress support on a bed frame and can be adjusted by means of a drive.
A sick bed of this type is known from the European patent publication EP 799 010 B1. This sickbed supports the bed frame centrally at the center of gravity of the bed frame on the bed frame by means of an axial ball bearing, the bearing shells of which receive the bearings of the bearing. they can fit relative to each other. This is achieved in this case by means of a wedge disk, which is arranged between the bearing shells and is mechanically driven via a toothed transmission.
In order to achieve optimal prophylaxis in the decubitus position, an adjustment frequency in the range of 6 to 6 has been successful in this case.
36 ° / min, with a maximum amplitude in the range of 3 to 10 cm, with respect to the maximum deviation of a patient lying on the bed from the horizontal.
Although the known prophylaxis in the decubitus position in the bed has generally led to satisfactory results, the accommodation and design of the adjustment drive of the bed frame on the bed frame has proven problematic. Problems have arisen, on the one hand, in the field of treatment, where many cranks and aids that have to be temporarily mounted require a sufficiently large free space below the region of the center of gravity of the bed frame and are traced, on the other part, to the field of mechanical experiments with the known drive. Thus, the known drive is relatively expensive and heavy, requires comparatively expensive assembly and requires above all, and this again with regard to the treatment situation, an arrangement of the mechanical drive directly on the sickbed. This has often been regarded as disruptive, and in particular even when the drive is not attached to the bed frame, but to the bed frame.
Starting from this state of the art, the invention is based on the technical problem of further developing the known medical sickbed for prophylaxis in the decubitus position, in such a way that the center of the bed remains unchanged, it can be configured without noise. the actuating drive and, in particular, also long-term noise-free, and can be mechanically configured stronger than heavily loaded bearing shells and bearing drive known from the state of the art.
The invention solves this problem by means of a sickbed, the bed frame of which is not mounted on bearings, but on at least three elevator drives that can be adjusted in height in a continuous and optionally reversible way, the operation of which is adjusted. in a coordinated way so that the above-mentioned setting data can be adjusted without problems and above all without noise. In particular, in this configuration of the housing and of the adjusting drive, a change in both the adjusting frequency and the adjusting amplitude can be achieved in a substantially simpler way than is possible with mechanical rolling bearing depending on the state of operation. The technique. Furthermore, according to the invention, it is possible to house the bed frame in a height-adjustable and tilt-adjustable manner with respect to its stationary position.
Preferably, four lifting drives are used vertically fixed to the bed frame, continuously adjustable in height, which support the bed frame, respectively, in the region of its four corners. This joint in the bed frame is conceived in this case as a cardanic suspension, for example it is made through a ball joint or a cross cardan joint.
To achieve the maximum possible mobility of the prophylaxis patient bed in the decubitus position, according to an embodiment of the invention, the lifting drives, which can be infinitely adjusted in height, are configured as telescopic lifting columns which they can be moved by means of an electric motor.
To generate the desired position of the bed frame, for example for simple static height adjustment or for adjustment of the angle of inclination or instead for pendulum or adjustment movement, threaded spindles are provided for each telescopic lifting column.
The number and height of the telescopic spindles correspond in this case to the magnitude of the maximum necessary displacement of the height or, with respect to the mobility of the bed, to the magnitude of the maximum necessary amplitude.
The telescopic lifting column is configured in such a way that inside a cylindrical outer sleeve a working bar is arranged, inside which are arranged, for example, two threaded spindles with corresponding spindle nuts to achieve a double height adjustment lifting columns.
The height adjustment itself is carried out through the coupling of the spindles to an electric motor controlled electronically by means of a gear, for example a planetary gear, and by means of corresponding toothed wheels, In particular, in this case to each one of the individual lifting spindles is associated with its own electric motor.
Furthermore, for the height adjustment, either the electric motor is configured as a reversible motor or, instead, the gear is configured as a reversible gear. In this case, the drive for the telescopic lifting column is specially designed in such a way that it enables a mobile power supply. Furthermore, it should have dimensions that are as small as possible with respect to the size of the telescopic lifting column.
With regard to use in a sick room, they should also find application as only electric motors as silent as possible. Additionally, in this regard, it is also necessary to provide a particularly effective acoustic decoupling, at least an acoustic attenuation, which both prevents a transmission of noise.
ES 2 199 889 T3 the body from the actuation to the bed frame and the bed frame as well as prevent an airborne acoustic irradiation from the actuation to the habituation of the patient.
The work bar of the telescopic lifting column, which is guided in the cylindrical bushing, has at its end a spherical articulation head, which forms a cardanic spherical articulation with a corresponding spherical flag of the bed frame or that is articulated on the bed frame through a cross cardan joint. Means for attenuating body sound or for decoupling body sound are preferably arranged at these bearing points in particular.
If the telescopic lifting column is to generate movements with high adjustment frequency and maximum amplitude, then the cardanic suspension can preferably be realized by means of cross joints.
According to a second embodiment of the invention, the height-adjustable lifting drives are designed as a structural unit hydraulically integrated with a hydraulic working cylinder and, in particular, preferably in such a way that each of the working cylinders is equipped with its own pump and its own central control valve with closed hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic compressors used are preferably electrically driven and electronically controlled. In the case of mounting and using an electrical energy accumulator on the bed frame, such a prophylaxis bed can be used mobile and independently of the external power supply for a longer period of time.
On the other hand, if absolute silence of the adjusting drive is to be set and a movable displacement capacity of the prophylaxis bed is of secondary importance, then the hydraulic working cylinders are designed without an integrated compressor and without an integrated valve. Instead, all the hydraulic working cylinders are connected to a central multi-step hydraulic valve, which can be controlled by program, which is connected to a common hydraulic pressure supply, for example in a hydraulic compressor which is isolated in the adjacent space or in a central hydraulic pressure feed line. The hydraulic working cylinders themselves, which carry out the adjustment of the bed frame, work without any development of noise and operate in this case in a continuous manner and without vibrations as much as possible.
The invention is explained in detail below with the aid of an exemplary embodiment in conjunction with the drawing. In this case, the single figure shows the following:
Figure 1 shows a schematic perspective representation of a sickbed, which has the characteristics of the invention.
The sickbed shown in FIG. 1 is made up of a bed frame 1 and a sturdy and stable slat frame 2.
The bed frame 1 is essentially rectangular in shape and is dimensioned in such a way that it remains precisely to a negligible extent within the outer dimensions of the bed frame 2. The sickbed is designed to be displaceable by means of four wheels 3, which are articulated on projections 4 of the bed frame 1.
In the region of the four outer corners of the bed frame 1, telescopic lifting columns 5 which are continuously adjustable in height are respectively attached. All four telescopic lifting columns are configured identically. Each of the height-adjustable columns 5 is rigidly and immobile vertically fixed on the bed frame 2, therefore, for example, welded or screwed therewith. An articulated ball head is configured at the head of the work bar of each telescopic lifting column 5, which forms a ball joint 6 in cardanic suspension with a corresponding spherical flag of the bed frame 2.
In a way not represented here in the figure, the cardan joint 6, which can also be configured as a cross joint, is configured in the head of the work bar of the telescopic lifting column 5 in a releasable manner, in such a way that the bed frame, after a transformation manipulation, can also be moved without the bed frame and its lifting drives, for example it can be transformed into a secondary offset frame for emergencies.
The adjustable lifting column (5) is made up of a number of telescopic spindles, which can be moved by means of a motor and a corresponding gear, the motor being configured either as a reversible motor or, alternatively, the gear as a gear. reversible.
For the operation of the telescopic spindles, only the drive current for the motor and the voltage for the signal electronics are still required. In this case, due to the reduced power required, these elements can be designed miniaturized, in such a way that an electric accumulator (7) common for all telescopic columns and an electronic processor (8) are integrated into the bed frame ( 1), as indicated in figure 1.
The sickbed described here for prophylaxis in the decubitus position is characterized by a spindle drive that reacts immediately and by a simple mobile power supply, thus saving a large number of accessories, which means again a weight saving.
During operation, the telescopic lifting columns can be controlled in such a way that the central perpendicular (9) of the bed frame, which extends through the center of gravity of the bed frame (2), carries out a movement of continuous and slow adjustment without appreciable increments.
