DESCRIPTION
Cleaning cloth and cleaning apparatus.
This invention relates to a dry-type bag-shaped cleaning cloth made of a cleaning sheet, and a cleaning apparatus to which the cleaning cloth is attached.
A cleaning apparatus has recently been proposed as a device for cleaning a room, etc. This cleaning device is quieter and more manageable than a vacuum cleaner. This cleaning apparatus is made of a dry type cleaning sheet that does not require water as required in the case of an ordinary floor cloth. Examples of such cleaning apparatus so far proposed include a cleaning apparatus in which a joining plate is mounted to an end portion of its handle and a disposable wiper sheet is attached to the joining plate (see Publication of Japanese Patent 7-8434), and a cleaning apparatus in which a damping material is employed as a cleaning cloth (see Japanese Utility Model Publication 6-34773).
US-A-4,829,622 relates to a cleaning device including a head and a handle. The head includes several blades that are provided with a stitched area. Each sheet has an edge portion, an outer portion, and an inner portion. The handle is inserted into the inner portion defined by the stitched area. The cleaning device works in such a way that the edge portion and the outer portion of the blades perform the cleaning operation, as shown in Fig. 6. In addition, the handle is formed by bending a rod-shaped material, as shown. shown in the figures, and the inner part of the rod-shaped material that is introduced into the inner portion is a space. The dimensions of the outer portion as claimed in the present invention are not disclosed.
FR-A-1,487,987 discloses a cleaning apparatus having a sponge-shaped cleaning element, and not a flat bag cleaning cloth having the shape and dimension claimed in the present invention.
Conventional cleaning devices are suitable for cleaning an area that was open and wide, but are unsuitable for cleaning a confined space such as a space between adjacent keys on a keyboard, a space between adjacent operating keys on various types of devices. OA, and anaologues. Furthermore, conventional cleaning apparatuses have the drawbacks that since the cleaning sheet has to have an overlap width to join the joining plate and the overlap width cannot perform the cleaning function, they are economically inefficient.
Furthermore, conventional cleaning apparatuses have the problems that if a head portion is too soft or flexible, an end of the head portion, which is easily deformed according to the shape of an object to be cleaned, is susceptible to fatigue and therefore, it is difficult to completely remove dirt such as dust, etc., firmly attached to the head portion. In contrast, if the head portion is too hard, the intimate bonding ability of the head portion to the object to be cleaned is degraded. It is difficult for the cleaning apparatus to exhibit its full cleaning effect. Sometimes there is a danger that the hard head portion will damage the object to be cleaned and / or the cleaning cloth will be torn during a cleaning operation.
If it is possible in such conventional cleaning apparatus to prevent a part of the wiping cloth from getting dirty, it is convenient for its user because the user can turn the wiping cloth upside down or remove it, when necessary, from the portion of the cloth. head by grasping the clean part of the cleaning cloth.
Furthermore, in such conventional cleaning apparatus, it would be desirable that the used surface of the cleaning cloth can be easily changed to an unused surface.
As known household cleaners for cleaning dust attached to items such as furniture, electrical appliances, lighting appliances, etc., there are feather dusters having a plurality of wire-like elements arranged at an end portion of the head. These conventional feather dusters have the function of removing and cleaning the dust particles attached to the surface of the object to be cleaned.
Since conventional feather dusters are primarily designed for the use indicated above, it is difficult for them to remove dust adhering to a wide area of the object.
Therefore, a first object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning cloth that can be suitably used to clean even a small space. The second object of the invention is to provide a cleaning apparatus that is economically efficient.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning apparatus, in which a head portion has excellent shape retention, firmly stuck dirt can be completely removed, the intimate bonding ability of the head portion to the surface is good. object to be cleaned, and there is no danger that the object to be cleaned will be damaged and the wiping cloth will tear during a cleaning operation.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning apparatus, in which its user can change the cleaning cloth without the need to grasp the dirty area of the cleaning cloth.
A fourth object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning apparatus, in which a used part of a cleaning cloth can be easily changed to an unused part.
A fifth object of the present invention is to provide a new cleaning cloth, a new cleaning apparatus to which the cleaning cloth is attached, which can be suitably used not only as a duster but also for a cleaning operation.
The first to fifth objects of the present invention indicated above can be achieved with any of the cleaning cloths and cleaning apparatuses according to the independent claims of the present invention described below, or by any of its embodiments described later.

Best Mode of Carrying Out the Invention
Various embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings.
ES 2 175 111 T3 companions.
A typical example of a cleaning cloth according to the present invention is of the type in which non-woven fabrics are joined to form a bonded portion, an insertion space being defined in an internal zone of the bonded portion (bonded portion), thereby forming both a flat bag-shaped configuration as a whole, an unbound portion (unbound portion) having been arranged in an external zone of the united portion.
Thus, the bonded portion in the wiping cloth according to the present invention is preferably constituted as a bonded portion obtained by heat sealing or anaologs. However, the bonded portion is not limited to one bonded portion as long as the nonwovens are bonded to one another, and therefore the bonded portion can be formed by stitching or the like.
The non-woven fabric constituting the wiping cloth is preferably a non-woven fabric composed of a fibrous material having excellent dust-absorbing properties and anti-wear properties. Examples of such a nonwoven fabric preferably include a spun lace nonwoven fabric, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, a suction nonwoven fabric, a heat bonded nonwoven fabric, a melt blown nonwoven fabric and the like.
The fibrous composition for forming the nonwoven fabric can be suitably selected depending on the method of joining. In case the cleaning cloth is formed by heat sealing the non-woven fabric as described below, it is preferred to use a non-woven fabric made of a polyethylene terephthalate fiber (PET), for example, on the cleaning surface side. and a non-woven fabric made of a PET / polyethylene (PE) composite fiber (core / sheath) is used on the bonding surface side. These non-woven fabrics are preferably obtained by subjecting a polypropylene (PP) fiber to water cleavage by means of a PP net having a lattice-shaped arrangement. In that case, it is especially preferred that the PET / PE (core / sheath) composite fiber, which forms the non-woven fabric used on the bonding surface side, includes 10 to 90% by weight of PE.
The wiping cloth of the present invention can take any shape as long as it can exhibit a flat bag configuration having an insert space. Examples of such a shape are preferably a shape obtained by placing two non-woven fabrics one on top of the other and then sealing them in an area having a predetermined width to thereby form a joined portion, a shape obtained by folding a single non-woven fabric, sealing it afterwards. in other areas having a predetermined width than the folded portion to thereby form a joined portion, and then forming it into a flat bag-shaped configuration having an insertion space that corresponds to the configuration of the head portion. Especially, the arrangement to form the insertion space so that it corresponds to the configuration of the head portion proves to be effective because an entire area of the wiping cloth attached to one attachment portion can be used, with the only exception of one area. near your hole portion.
The way of forming the attached portion is preferably decided depending on what shape the head portion assumes. For example, it is preferred that the end portion includes an angular portion, or the attached portion is formed in a U-shape, V-shape, or anaologous in plan view. Apart from various sealing methods, the bonded portion can be formed by sewing. In case the bonded portion is formed by sealing, the width is made to be 20mm to 0.1mm, and preferably 10mm to 1mm. Due to this arrangement, the desired resistance can be obtained. Acceptable sealing methods include a supersoonic sealing method, a sealing method using a hot melt adhesive, a heat sealing method, and the like. The sealing configuration for forming the portion joined by one of said sealing methods is not particularly limited. The seal configurations preferably include, for example, a continuous, a stripe, dots, and anaologs. In case the linked portion (bonded portion) is formed by sewing, it is preferred to employ an ordinary sewing method using a sewing machine or the like.
According to the invention, the width of the unbonded portion located in an outer zone of the bonded portion is 5mm to 30mm from the peripheral edge portion of the nonwoven fabric. In case the bonded portion is formed by the heat sealing method, if the width is less than 1mm, the object to be cleaned is easily damaged by the bonded or sealed portion. In addition, the unbound portion can hardly exhibit its dust-absorbing effect. In contrast, if the width is greater than 50 mm, the unbonded portion lacks rigidity, making it even difficult to use for cleaning. In case the joined portion is formed by sewing, if the width is less than 1mm, the sewing thread tends to tangle. In addition, the unbound portion can barely exhibit its dust-absorbing effect. In contrast, if the width is greater than 50 mm, the unbonded portion lacks rigidity, making it even difficult to use for cleaning.
It is preferred that the unbound portion is located on an outer side of the attached portion in such a way as to correspond to the attached portion. In case the wiping cloth is formed of two non-woven fabrics as mentioned above, the unbonded portion is arranged on the entire periphery of the wiping cloth except for the area of the hole portion. On the other hand, in case the wiping cloth is formed as a bag of a single non-woven fabric, the unbonded portion is preferably arranged in a part of the peripheral edge portion of the wiping cloth. Although it is preferred that the unattached portion is arranged such that it corresponds to the attached portion, it may be arranged on an outer side of the attached portion. The shape of the outer edge portion of the attached portion is not particularly limited. However, in view of the effective bonding of powder, etc., the shape is preferably a continuous (serrated) cut cheuroon, for example.
IS 2 175 111 T3
The provision of at least one slit in the hole portion of the wiping cloth is effective to achieve easy attachment and separation of the wiping cloth. In that case, the length of the slit is preferably on the order of about 10mm to 70mm.
Embodiments of a cleaning apparatus according to the present invention will now be described.
Throughout the present description, the term "wiping apparatus" refers primarily to "a wiping apparatus to which a wiping cloth is attached", but there are some instances where it refers to "a wiping apparatus in the state in question. that the wiping cloth is not attached (that is, only its obtained appliance portion excluding the wiping cloth of the wiping appliance) ”.
A cleaning apparatus according to the present invention includes a handle having a head portion at its end portion, and a flat bag-shaped cleaning cloth having an insert space. The head portion is usually made of a flexible material.
In the above cleaning apparatus, the cleaning cloth to be attached to the head portion is not limited to the bag-shaped cleaning cloth as long as it can be attached to the head portion. It is preferred, however, to employ the flat bag-shaped wiping cloth of the present invention, with the wiping cloths of embodiments A through D being particularly preferred.
The flexible material constituting the head portion is a porous flexible material in the form of a sponge or flexible rubber-like material having a hardness C of 1 to 60 and preferably 20 to 35. Here, the term "hardness C" refers to to the hardness measured by a type C rubber hardness tester based on SRIS (Japan Rubber Institute specification) 0101. If the hardness C of the flexible material is less than the lower limit of the range indicated above, the end of the head portion, which is easily deformed according to the configuration of an object to be cleaned, is susceptible to fatigue and therefore difficult to remove. Completely dirt, such as dust particles, etc., firmly stuck to the head portion. In contrast, if the hardness C of the flexible material is greater than the upper limit of the range indicated above, the intimate contact with the object to be cleaned is degraded, and a satisfactory cleaning operation cannot be obtained. In addition, the object can be easily damaged and the cleaning cloth can be easily torn during a cleaning operation.
In case the head portion is made of a porous flexible material in the form of a sponge, it is particularly preferred to employ a porous material composed of a soft cellular synthetic resin having excellent durability. As a preferable soft porous material having such above-mentioned properties, for example, a synthetic resin such as a foamed polyethylene, a foamed polyurethane or the like can be enumerated.
In case the head portion is formed of a soft porous material made of a synthetic resin as above, to improve smooth bonding and separation from the wiping cloth, it is preferred that the head portion has a good lubricant. Surface or head portion is subjected to surface treatment so that the color change can be eliminated. As a method to improve a favorable surface lubricant, for example, a Meltome treatment (treatment to improve a favorable surface lubricant), an in-mold coating treatment, or the like can be enumerated. As a surface treatment method for suppressing a color change, for example, an in-mold coating treatment, an anti-yellowing treatment application, coating, or the like can be listed.
As the soft material for composing the head portion, it is preferred to use, for example, a soft cushion-like material obtained by putting a fibrous material such as felt, cotton or the like in a bag made of artificial leather or fabric, apart. of soft porous sponge-like material.
It is preferred that the head portion be tapered such that the thickness of the head portion decreases towards its end portion, or in the direction of its width (for example, the sectional configuration is trapezoidal or like a convex lens ). Due to this arrangement, the reduced thickness end portion or side edge portion is pressed against the corner portion or angle portion so that the wipe can be in intimate contact with it. Accordingly, a corner portion where dirt and dust easily accumulates can be reliably cleaned. Although a lower surface portion (bottom surface portion) of the head portion is preferably flat, it may be partially or totally provided with irregularities.
The shape of the head portion can be appropriately changed depending on which cleaning cloth is attached. It is preferred, however, to use a head portion having an angular portion at its end portion. When the head portion is designed to have the indicated shape, a corner portion and a narrow space can be easily cleaned. In addition, the head portion was tapered in such a way that the thickness of the head portion decreases toward its end portion, or in the direction of its width (for example, the sectional configuration is trapezoidal or like a convex lens). With this feature, a corner portion and a narrow space can be easily cleaned. The head portion can have a predetermined thickness.
It is preferred to arrange a central element within the head portion to apply the desired stiffness to it. This arrangement of the central element within the head portion is especially effective when the head is made of a porous flexible material or flexible cushion-like material.
The shape of the central element can be changed appropriately depending on what shape the head portion assumes. The central element may be integral with the handle body or be located separately from the handle body.
In case the central element is located
ES 2 175 111 T3 separately from the handle body, it is preferred to make the core element of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene, ABS, and polycarbonate, or metal such as stainless steel, and spring steel. In that case, it is preferred to provide an attachment means (eg, male thread member) to attach the central member to the handle body at a lower end portion of the central member.
In case the head portion is made of a flexible porous material or flexible cushion-like material as indicated above, it is preferred that the central element is arranged inside the head portion, but in case the portion head is made of a flexible elastic element such as a rubber, the central element can be omitted.
The provision of the gripping portion to grip the inner surface of the wiping cloth when the wiping cloth is separated from the head portion, in a front portion of the head portion, is effective when the wiping cloth is temporarily released from the head portion in order to use the rear side of the wiping cloth, because the wiping cloth can be easily turned upside down simultaneously when the wiping cloth is separated from the head portion. The shape of the gripping portion is not particularly limited as long as it is capable of gripping the inner surface of the wiping cloth when the wiping cloth is separated from the head portion. For example, a mechaonic hook (for example, "magic tape" from a registered trademark, same below) can be attached to a front portion of the head portion, or a thin plasty plate having a cradle-shaped erected protrusion with one end of the erected protrusion facing rearward, or a thin plastic plate having comb tines as one end with the rear-facing end may likewise be attached. In case the head portion is made of a flexible porous sponge-shaped material, the gripping portion can be formed by forming the head portion using a suitable mold so that the head portion itself can have a protrusion at cradle shape.
The handle portion is preferably designed such that the head portion can be attached to an end portion of the handle portion and a grip portion is disposed at a rear end portion of the handle, the grip portion so that the grip portion is higher than the head portion when the head portion is attached. It is preferred that the handle includes a handle body with a handle portion, and a portion for attachment of the head portion, and that said component parts can be assembled and disassembled.
The handle can be expandable and foldable or not. If the handle is designed so that it can be expanded and folded when the handle is bent or folded in the manner indicated above, it is preferred that the grip portion can be expanded and folded and hooked at a predetermined position, or the portion for the The joint of the head portion is made expandable and collapsible and hookable at a predetermined position.
The handle is preferably made of vinyl chloride, polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate, aluminum or its alloy, wood, or bamboo in view of light weight, strength and low cost.
The head portion or the handle was provided with a fixing portion to fix thereto the area near the hole portion of the wiping cloth that was attached to the head portion. The fixing portion is designed to be pressed down to the surface of the head portion, so that when the area near the hole portion of the wipe is fixed to the fixing portion, the surface of the area near the the hole portion of the wiping cloth is pressed down from the surface of the wiping cloth which covers the surface of the head portion. The fixing portion was arranged in such a way that when the cleaning cloth is attached for the first time and when the cleaning cloth is attached in its upside down position, it can be fixed in the same portion as the area near the hole portion. cleaning cloth. Due to this arrangement, dust etc. can be prevented from adhering to the area near the hole portion that was attached to the fixing portion. In addition, it can prevent dust etc. from adhering to the fixing portion or jamming when the wiping cloth is fixed again after turning it upside down, and the hand getting dirty or dirty when a cleaning operation is being performed. fixation.
In case the fixing portion is arranged on the handle, it is preferred to arrange a hole portion or a cut portion at a position facing the area near the hole portion of the wiping cloth that is attached to the cleaning cloth portion. head on both the upper and lower sides of the head portion, so that the fixing portion provided on the handle is exposed by the hole portion or the cut portion. Especially, in case the handle includes the handle portion body and the connecting element as mentioned above, the fixing portion is preferably arranged in the connecting element.
In case the fixing portion is arranged in the head portion, it is preferred to form a recess in an area facing the proximity of the hole portion of the wiping cloth that is attached to the head portion and the cleaning cloth portion. fixation is arranged within the recess.
No limitation is imposed on the position where the fixing portion is arranged provided that it is a position where the cleaning cloth can be fixed to the head portion regardless of the shape of the cleaning apparatus. It is preferred, however, as described above, to arrange the fixing portion close to the portion connecting the head portion and the handle, that is, the rear end portion of the head portion or the front end portion of the head portion. mango. It is also preferred to arrange the fixing portion on the upper and lower surface portions of the head portion or the handle.
The shape of the fixing portion is not li7
ES 2 175 111 T3 in particular provided that the area near the hole portion of the wiping cloth can be reliably attached thereto. For example, one can list a fixing portion provided with a plurality of flexible elements that form radial grooves called chrysanthemum-shaped fixing, a fixing portion provided with a mechanical hook, or a fixing portion provided with a hooking recess and a fixing plate provided with a hooking projection corresponding to the hooking recess by means of a hinge.
The handle and the head portion can be inseparably fixed or detachably attached. The head portion can preferably be turned upside down in the state that the head portion is attached to the handle. Especially, in case the handle includes the handle body and the aforementioned attachment elements, it is preferred that the head portion can rotate about a horizontal axis and engage at a predetermined angle, and the head portion can be rotated. upside down with respect to the handle body in the state that the head portion is attached to the handle. It can be designed in such a way that the handle body employs a known articulating mechanism that can be locked at a predetermined angle, the height position of the head portion can be raised and lowered relative to the grip portion, and the portion The handle can be reversed with respect to the height position of the head portion. This arrangement, in which the head portion can be reversed in the state that the head portion is attached to the handle, makes it easy to change the used surface to the unused surface of the wiping cloth. As a consequence, the cleaning cloth can be used without waste.
In the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, its center of gravity was preferably located at the position of the head portion in the state that the head portion is attached to the handle. By placing the center of gravity of the cleaning apparatus in the position of the head portion as indicated, an unstable state can be prevented from occurring in which a rear end portion of the handle is attached to a placement surface and the The end portion of the head portion is raised upward, when the cleaning apparatus is placed on the laying surface. Accordingly, the handle portion is easy to grasp in the state that the cleaning apparatus is located on the laying surface, and therefore a cleaning operation can be carried out immediately. The method of placing the center of gravity of the cleaning apparatus in the position of the head portion is not particularly limited. For example, one can enumerate methods in which the handle has a hollow interior and the head portion itself is designed with high density so as to increase its weight. Especially, the hollow structure of the handle offers such advantages that the handle can retain an easy-to-grip thickness without making the handle more thin, and the weight of the cleaning apparatus as a whole can be reduced.
In the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, it is preferred that the grip portion of the handle body is higher than the attachment portion of the head portion to achieve an easy cleaning operation. The handle body may have a bar-shaped configuration.
The head portion can be inseparably attached or detachably attached to the handle body. In case the handle portion of the handle body is higher than the portion for joining the head portion as indicated, it is effective, to perform a cleaning operation with the wiping cloth without waste, that the The handle body and the head portion are detachably attached and can be turned upside down. The central element is usually inseparably attached inside the head.
In the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the arrangement for making the handle body expandable and collapsible using a known expandable / collapsible mechanism is effective for the purpose of cleaning an area in a high position or an area located in an interior part. In case the grip portion of the handle body is higher than the head portion as indicated, it is preferred that the grip portion be expandable and collapsible, and engageable in a predetermined position, and that the attachment portion of the head portion is expandable and collapsible, and engageable at a predetermined position. In case the handle body is designed to have the bar-shaped configuration, it is preferred that the handle body mainly includes at least two sleeve-shaped elements, and said elements are expandable and collapsible, and hookable to a predetermined position. It goes without saying that the handle body may include a non-collapsible, non-expanding element. In case the handle body has a bar-shaped configuration, its sectional configuration can be elliptical, circular, polygonal or analogous, or a combination of them. The handle body is preferably made of vinyl chloride, polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate, aluminum or its alloy, wood, or bamboo in view of light weight, strength and low cost.
As a method of preventing the cleaning cloth from coming off during a cleaning operation of the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, a method may be employed in which a mechaonic hook is attached to the handle body and the portion is then inserted. upside down into the insertion space of the cleaning cloth, the cleaning cloth, which is attached to the mechaonic hook, is pressed against it to attach it, a method in which a plurality of flexible elements are arranged to form radial grooves called a chrysanthemum-shaped metal fixture on the surfaces of the head portion and the handle body and the cleaning cloth is fixedly inserted into grooves, in which the handle body is provided with a recess and a fixing plate provided with a hooking projection corresponding to the hooking recess by means of a hinge, so that after attaching the cleaning cloth, the hooking boss engages with the hooking recess
ES 2 175 111 T3 to thereby fix the wiping cloth.
The cleaning portion according to the present invention may have a flat cleaning portion composed of a fibrous material and a strip-shaped or pile-shaped dusting portion composed of a fibrous material. The shape of the cleaning portion is not limited to the bag-shaped configuration, and the cleaning portion can assume various shapes as shown in the embodiments described below. Furthermore, no limitation is imposed on the shape of the duster portion. It is preferred that the dusting portion is disposed on the peripheral edge portion of the wiper portion or on the rear surface of the wiper portion as shown in the embodiments described below.
The "Dust Remover Portion" exhibits a function of capturing dirt, dust, and the like in a cleaning operation.
The fibrous material that makes up the wiping cloth of the present invention naturally includes a fibrous material in the form of a sheet such as a woven cloth, a non-woven cloth, a fine paper or anaologs, and also includes a fibrous material in the form of yarn such as hair or analogs usable for the dusting portion.
In case of using a non-woven fabric as the fibrous material, it is particularly preferred that the non-woven fabric is composed of a fibrous material having excellent dust-absorbing properties and anti-wear properties. As a non-woven fabric having such favorable properties, a spun lace non-woven fabric or the like can be listed, for example.
In case the cleaning cloth is formed by heat sealing the non-woven fabric, it is preferred to use a non-woven fabric made of a PET fiber, for example, on the side of the cleaning surface, and a non-woven fabric made of a PET / PE composite fiber (core / sheath) on the bonding surface side. These non-woven fabrics are preferably obtained by subjecting a PP fiber to water cleavage by means of a PP net having a lattice-shaped arrangement. In that case, it is especially preferred that the PET / PE (core / sheath) composite fiber, which makes up the nonwoven fabric used on the bonding surface side, includes 10 to 90% by weight of PE.
In addition, the non-woven fabric is preferably used as a constituent material for a cleaning cloth in ways other than in a bag-like fashion.
The cleaning portion in the cleaning cloth of the present invention can be formed by placing, for example, two fibrous sheet-like materials one on top of the other and then stitching or heat sealing them to form the peripheral surface portion of the bag portion having a insertion portion (see Figures 28a to 28d and Figure 31), or by bending a single sheet-shaped fibrous material to form the peripheral surface portion of the bag portion having the insert portion corresponding to the shape of the head (see Figures 29 and 30).
In case the cleaning cloth of the present invention consists only of the fibrous material in the form of a sheet, The cleaning portion in the wiping cloth of the present invention can be formed by cutting the fibrous material 310 (310 ') into a strip configuration from the peripheral edge portion to the area near the cleaning portion 32 (or 32') as in the case of the cleaning portion 33 (or 33 ') on the cleaning cloth according to the embodiment shown in Figures 28a to 28d or Figures 29a and 29b, or by tearing the fibrous material into a strip-like configuration along a cut line formed on preliminarily formed perforated lines when in use. The cut (or cut line) can be linear, zigzag, wavy or analogous. As shown in Fig. 29a, in case a single sheet-like fibrous material 310 'is folded in half to form the wiping cloth 31', the fold line is formed by perforated lones and the fibrous material is It is folded to secure it to the head 341 'and then the fibrous material 310' is cut along the perforated lines to form the cleaning portions 33 'in areas located on both sides of the folding line.
In case the wiping cloth of the present invention is made of a fibrous material in the form of a sheet or fibrous material in the form of a thread, the wiping cloth of the present invention is preferably formed in such a way that, as in the case of the embodiment represented in Figures 30a and 30b or Figures 31a to 31d, the fibrous material in the form of yarn that makes up the dusting portion 33 'is attached to the fibrous material in the form of sheet 310' that forms the cleaning portion 32 'by sewing or heat sealing, so that the dusting portion 33' is arranged in the portion peripheral edge (see FIG. 30b) or on the rear side (see FIG. 31) of the cleaning portion 32 '.
The handle according to the present invention may include a handle body 340, and a head 341 attached to an end portion of the handle body 340 as in the handle 34 of the cleaning apparatus shown in Figure 13, for example.
It is preferred that the handle body primarily includes at least two sleeve-shaped elements and the component parts are made expandable and collapsible using a known expandable / collapsible mechanism, as in the case of the handle body 340 of the embodiment depicted in the figure. 13, for example. The handle body can be formed of an inexpandable and non-collapsible element formed of a single rod-shaped element. The sectional configuration of the handle body can be eloptic, circular, or polygonal, or a combination thereof. The sleeve-shaped member or the bar-shaped member constituting the handle body is preferably made of vinyl chloride, aluminum or their alloy.
As the flexible elastic material for composing the head portion in the handle of the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, it is preferred to use a sponge-shaped porous elastic material, a cushion-like elastic material obtained by laying a fibrous material such as felt, cotton or analogs in a bag made of artificial leather or fabric, or an elastomer such as rubber.
In case the head is formed from the element
ES 2 175 111 T3 porous elastomeric in the form of a sponge, it is particularly preferred to use a porous elaostic element composed of a soft alveolar synthetic resin having excellent durability. As a porous elastomer having such properties, for example, foamed polyethylene, foamed urethane, or the like can be listed.
In case the head portion is formed of a porous elastic element made of synthetic resin of the type indicated above, it is preferred to improve the smooth attachment and separation of the wiping cloth to improve the surface lubricant. As a method to improve the surface lubricant, for example, a Meltome treatment (treatment to improve the surface lubricant) can be listed.
The shape of the head can be appropriately changed depending on which cleaning cloth is to be attached. For example, it may take a shape, as in the case of head 341 (or 341 ') of the embodiment shown in Figure 32, which has a general U-shaped configuration and whose end portion is gradually reduced (see Figure 32). Figure 32a), or a rectangular shape (see Figure 32b). By designing the head to have the configuration indicated above, an angular portion, a narrow space or anaologues can be easily cleaned. As for the thickness of the head, it can be arranged to have a predetermined thickness, or it can be tapered such that the thickness is reduced towards the end portion as in the case of the head portion 341 of the embodiment shown in Figure 13, for example. It can also be tapered such that the thickness is reduced in the width direction as in the case of the head 341 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 13. Especially, the tapered arrangement as in the head 341 is effective in view of the easy cleaning of the angular portion or narrow space.
It is preferred to provide a central element within the head on the handle of the cleaning apparatus of the present invention to provide the desired rigidity to the head. The arrangement of the central element within the head is especially effective when the head is formed of the porous elastic element or the cushion-like element. The mode for making the central element can be changed appropriately depending on what shape the head assumes. For example, the central member 342 (or 342 ') of the embodiment shown in Figures 33a 33c is preferable. The central element is preferably made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate or anaologs, or metal such as stainless steel, spring steel or analogs. It is preferred that a connecting means (eg, male threaded element 343 (see FIG. 32)) for joining the head to the handle body is in a lower end portion of this central element.
In case the head on the handle of the cleaning apparatus of the present invention is formed of a porous elastic element or a cushion-like element, it is preferred that a central element is arranged inside the head. However, in case the head is formed of an elastic element such as a comparatively hard rubber or the like, the central element can be omitted.
As a fixing means after the cleaning cloth is attached to the head, the cleaning cloth 31 can be made to be provided with a tongue 321 so that the tongue 321 is fixedly inserted into the insertion space of the head. 341 as in the embodiment depicted in Figure 28, or a mechanical hook is attached (for example, "Magic tape" of a trademark) T to the surface of the head 341 'so that the wiping cloth 31' is fixed with the tape as in the embodiment shown in Figures 29 and 30.
In the handle of the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the handle body and the head portion are preferably attachable and detachable. However, they can be of the fixed type in which they cannot be attached or dropped. In case the handle body and the head portion can be attached and released, a known attachment means such as a threaded, latch, snap or the like may be employed. It is preferred to use the threaded joint as in the embodiment of Figures 13 and 14.
The embodiment of the cleaning apparatus of the present invention may include the cleaning cloth 31 (or 31 ') and the handle 34 (or 34' (see Figures 29 and 30)) of the cleaning apparatus according to the above embodiment. This can be done by inserting and then securing the head portion of the cleaning appliance handle into the insertion space, or by curving the cleaning cloth in such a way that it encloses the head portion and then attaches to it (see Figures 29 and 30). The cleaning apparatus of the present invention can be used to perform a cleaning operation using the cleaning portion apart from its use as a duster using the dusting portion. Thus, it can be widely used depending on the position to be cleaned. Especially, in case the cleaning cloth is expandable and collapsible, the dirty cleaning cloth after use can be easily replaced by removing the cleaning cloth from the head and attaching a new cleaning cloth.
The present invention will be described more specifically by way of embodiments. [Embodiment A of the cleaning cloth according to the present invention]
Figures 1 and 2 show an embodiment A of a wiping cloth according to the present invention. In the illustrations, the reference number 1 denotes a cleaning cloth.
As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the wiping cloth 1 of Embodiment A is produced by joining two spun lace non-woven fabrics, the peripheral edge portion of which is cut into a continuous cheuroon-shaped configuration, by heat sealing to form a flat bag shape having an insert space S. The wiping cloth 1 of this embodiment is provided with an attached portion 2 of a width of 5 mm having two angular portions 2a at its end portion. The cleaning cloth 1 is also provided on an outer side of the joined portion 2 of an unjoined portion 3 of a width of 10mm to 30mm or the length of the portion.
ES 2 175 111 T3 of the peripheral edge of the wiping cloth 1. A slit 4 is formed in a side portion connected to the hole portion of the wiping cloth 1 and adapted to improve the easy attachment and separation of the wiping cloth 1.
Spun lace non-woven fabric uses non-woven fabric (basis weight 24 g / m22) made of a PET fiber (100% PET, 1.5 d / 51 mm) on the side of the cleaning surface and uses a non-woven fabric (basis weight 24 µm2) made of a composite fiber of PET (core) / PE (sheath) [ratio of (PET / PE) by weight = 60/40, 2d / 51 mm] on the bonding surface side. These non-woven fabrics are obtained by subjecting a PP fiber (100% PP) to water cleavage using a PP net (basis weight of 5 g / m2) which has a retouching layout.
The cleaning cloth 1 can perform a suitable cleaning operation depending on which area is to be cleaned. For example, the head portion of the handle body described below is introduced into the insertion space S and a cleaning operation is carried out with the inner side of the attached portion 2. And the unattached portion 3 is inserted into the narrow space to absorb dust in the space so that the dust can be taken out of the space. Furthermore, no overlap width is required as in the conventional blade type cleaning apparatus and the back side can be used by turning the cleaning cloth upside down. Consequently, the entire area of the wiping cloth can be fully used without leaving any unused portion, and therefore, this is economically efficient. [First embodiment of the cleaning apparatus according to the present invention]
Figures 3 to 7 show a first embodiment of a cleaning apparatus according to the present invention. In these illustrations, reference number 11 denotes a cleaning apparatus.
As shown in Figure 3, the cleaning apparatus 11 according to this embodiment includes a handle 13 including a head portion 12 made of a flexible material and arranged at its end portion, and the flat bag-shaped cleaning cloth 1 having an insertion space S. The cleaning cloth 1 is attached to the head portion 12 through the insertion space S.
The head portion 12 includes a porous flexible material (hardness C = 20 to 35) made of soft urethane foam of the ester series and the surface of which is subjected to a Meltome treatment. The head portion 12 has such a configuration in plan view that two angular portions are formed in the end portion and gradually exhibits a wide hexagonal configuration towards its rear side (see Fig. 6a). The head portion 12 is designed such that its thickness is reduced towards the end portion and in the width direction. The sectional configuration of the head portion 12 is trapezoidal (see Figure 23a). At the end portion of the head portion 12, the upper surface portion 120 and the lower surface portion 12 form an acute angle. The angle of the angular portion formed between a lower surface portion 121 and a lateral surface portion 122 continuous with the lower surface portion 121 is the right angle or a more acute angle.
In the cleaning apparatus according to this embodiment, as shown in Figures 4 to 7, the head portion 12 is provided in rear parts with an upper surface portion 120 and its lower surface portion 121 with cut portions 120a and 121a to expose a clip closure device 131a described later. A recess 123 (see FIG. 7) is formed in a rear end portion of the head portion 12. A connecting element 131 of the handle 13 described below can be fixedly fitted in this recess 123.
The handle 13 includes a handle body 130 including a handle portion, and a joint member 131 attached to its end portion. The handle body 130 is curved such that the handle portion is higher than the head portion 12 when the head portion 12 is attached to the joint element 131. The handle body 130 is of a hollow structure, and the center of gravity of the cleaning apparatus 11 is positioned at the position of the head portion 12.
As shown in FIG. 7, the connecting element 131 has at its distal end portion two projections that ensure easy and reliable connection of the connecting element 131 to the head portion 12.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, an element 130a having a generally horizontal U-shape in a plan view has been formed at the end portion of the handle body 130. A protrusion 130b has been formed at each side portion. of element 130a. The connecting element 131 has a hollow interior so that the element 130a can be inserted in it first with the rear. An engaging hole 131b is formed in each side surface of tie member 131 so that protrusion 130b can engage in oel.
At the bottom of the end of the element 130a, cut portions 130c, 130c, and a tapered portion 130d are formed as shown in Figure 7 which ensures smooth and reliable attachment of the link member 131 to the end of the handle body 130.
Clip closure devices 131a respectively engage the upper and lower surface portions of attachment member 131. Each clip closure device 131a was provided with a plurality of flexible slit-forming members called a chrysanthemum-shaped attachment. The wiping cloth 1 can be easily and reliably attached to the joint member 131 by simply pushing the area in the vicinity 1a of the hole portion of the wiping cloth 1 to the grooves. Each clip closure device 131a was arranged on attachment member 131 such that, when head portion 12 is attached to attachment member 131, the clip closure device 131a is pressed down on the surface of the clip. head portion 12. When the area in the vicinity 1a of the hole portion of the wiping cloth 1 is attached to the clip closure device 131a, the surface of the area in the vicinity 1a of the
The hole portion is pressed from the surface of the wiping cloth 1 which covers the surface of the head portion 12 (see FIG. 3).
When the wiping cloth 1 of the present embodiment is used, firstly, as shown by the arrows in Fig. 7, the handle body 130, the connecting element 131 and the clip fasteners 131a are mounted to form the handle 13. Next, the head portion 12 is fixedly attached to the attachment element 131 to create the state of Figure 4. Then, the cleaning cloth 1 is attached to the head portion 12 in such a way as to cover the portion of head 12. Since Meltome treatment is applied to the surface of the head portion 12 to improve the smoothness of the surface, the cleaning cloth 1 can be gently attached to the head portion 12. Afterwards, the clip closure device 131a is pushed. the area in the vicinity 1a of the hole portion, so that the wiping cloth 1 is firmly attached to the head portion 12. Furthermore, the cleaning apparatus 11 of the first embodiment is sold in the market in such a state that a mounting body in which the head portion 12, the connecting element 131 and the clip closure device 131a are mounted on a body unit and handle body 130 is packaged in a box. Therefore, a user obtains a cleaning apparatus that can be used by joining only the mounting body and the handle body 130.
According to the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, when cleaning tables, desks or anaologues having comparatively large areas, the area within the attached portion of the cleaning cloth is mainly used for cleaning dust. When cleaning narrow or analogous spaces, such as the gaps formed between adjacent keys on a keyboard, the unbonded portion 3 is inserted to absorb dust or anaologs so as to clean the narrow spaces.
When the surface of the wiping cloth 1 becomes very dirty, first the area in the vicinity 1a of the hole portion of the wiping cloth 1 is removed from the clip closers 131, and then the wiping cloth is removed. 1 of the head portion 12 grasping the area in the vicinity 1a of the hole portion. The removed wipe 1 is then turned upside down and reattached to head portion 12. By doing this, both the upper and lower surfaces of the wiping cloth 1 can be fully used without waste. Since the dust, etc., strongly adheres to the area in the vicinity 1a of the hole portion of the wiping cloth 1a, there is no danger that the clip closure devices 131a become clogged with the dust, etc., when the cleaning cloth 1 is turned inside out and fastened again.
According to the cleaning apparatus 11 of the first embodiment, the end of the head portion 12, which is easily deformed according to the configuration of the object to be cleaned, is hardly susceptible to fatigue and therefore it is not difficult to completely remove dirt, such as dust particles, etc., firmly attached. Furthermore, since the head portion has an appropriate hardness and flexibility, a favorable contact with the object to be cleaned is obtained and the object can be thoroughly cleaned. Also, there is no danger of the object being damaged and the cleaning cloth tearing during a cleaning operation.
The head portion 12 has a lower surface portion 121 and a lateral surface portion 122, and the angle of the angular portion formed between the two surface portions 121 and 122 is 90 degrees or less. Accordingly, the wiping cloth 1 can be brought into intimate contact with the corner portion, the angular portion or anaologues where dust, etc. tends to adhere by pressing the corner portion against them. As a consequence, such places can also be easily cleaned.
Furthermore, in the cleaning apparatus 11 of this embodiment, its center of gravity was located at the position of the head portion 12. Accordingly, an unstable state such that a rear end portion of the handle 13 can be prevented from occurring. it is attached to the laying surface and the end portion of the head portion 12 is raised upward. Accordingly, the handle portion is easy to grasp in the state that the cleaning apparatus is placed on the laying surface, and therefore a cleaning operation can be carried out immediately. Furthermore, since the handle 13 is of a hollow structure and its center of gravity is positioned at the position of the head portion 12, the handle 13 can be kept in an easy-to-grip size without the need to reduce the thickness of the handle 13. .
When the wiping cloth 1 is attached to the clip fasteners 131a, the surface of the area in the vicinity 1a of the hole portion of the wiping cloth 1 is pressed down from the surface of the wiping cloth 1 which covers the upper and lower surface portions 120, 121 of the head portion 12. Accordingly, the user can replace the wiping cloth without picking up the dirty area. Since the insertion space S of the wiping cloth 1 is located such that it corresponds to the head portion 12, the entire surface of the wiping cloth 1, except for the area in the vicinity 1a of the hole portion, it is fully usable and therefore economically efficient.
[Second embodiment of the cleaning apparatus according to the present invention]
Figures 8 to 11 show the second embodiment of a cleaning apparatus according to the present invention. In the illustrations, reference number 210 denotes a cleaning apparatus.
As shown in Fig. 8, the cleaning apparatus 210 of the second embodiment includes a handle 213 whose head portion 212 made of a flexible material and for attachment of a cleaning cloth is attached to an end portion of a body. handle 211, and the wiping cloth 1 of the above embodiment A. The head portion 212 is inserted into the insertion space S of the cleaning cloth 1, and the cleaning cloth 1 is attached to the handle 213.
The head portion 212 includes a flexible porous material made of polyurethane and the surface of which is subjected to a Meltome treatment. Head portion 212 tapers 212a, 212b so
ES 2 175 111 T3 so that the thickness is gradually reduced towards the end portion and in the width direction. Two angular portions 212c are disposed at the end portion of the head portion 212. A mechaonic hook T1 is attached to a front portion of the head portion 212. The mechaonic hook T1 grips the inner surface of the cleaning cloth 1 when the cleaning cloth is separated. The cleaning cloth 1 can be easily turned upside down simultaneously when the cleaning cloth 1 is separated from the head portion 212. The head portion 212 is provided with an insert portion 212d for inserting a central element therein as described. more ahead.
The handle body 211 is a molded element made of polypropylene. A central element 211a to be inserted into the insertion portion 212d of the head portion 212 is integral with an end portion of the handle body 211. The handle body 211 is designed such that the handle portion 211b is taller. than the central element portion 211a in the end portion. This arrangement improves the easy cleaning operation. A mechanical hook T2 was attached to an area located between the central element portion 211a and the grip portion 211b on the handle body 211. By pressing the cleaning cloth 1 against this mechanical hook T2, the cleaning cloth 1 is prevented attached to the head portion 212 is dislodged during a cleaning operation. Handle 211b includes an expandable / collapsible mechanism that is constructed of a dual structure including latching portions engageable with each other at a predetermined position. Due to this arrangement, the length of the handle 211b can be adjusted as needed.
When the cleaning apparatus 210 of the second embodiment is used, firstly, as shown in Fig. 9, the cleaning cloth 1 is attached to the head portion 212 of the handle 213 in such a way as to cover the head portion 212. Then Since the surface of the head portion 212 is subjected to Meltome treatment, the wiping cloth 1 can be bonded smoothly. Then, the cleaning cloth 1 is firmly pressed against the upper part of the mechanical hook T2 which was attached to the handle body 211, thereby mounting the cleaning apparatus.
Dust, etc., adhering to a table or analogs having a comparatively large area is removed mainly using the area located on the inner side of the attached portion 2 of the cleaning cloth 1. On the other hand, the dust, etc., of the space The gap between adjacent keyboard keys is cleaned by inserting the unattached portion 3 and absorbing dust, etc.
When the surface of the wiping cloth 1 is very dirty, first, the wiping cloth 1 is removed from the mechaonic hook T2 of the handle body 211. Then, as shown in figure 10, the wiping cloth 1 is detached of the head portion 212 grasping the side of the wiping cloth 1 where no slits are provided. When the cleaning cloth 1 is removed by grasping the side of the cleaning cloth 1 where no indentations are provided as indicated, the non-woven fabric can be released very easily because the end portion of the indentation 4 serves as a fulcrum. . Then, since the inner surface of the wiping cloth 1 is caught by the mechanical hook T1 which was attached to the front portion of the head portion 212, the wiping cloth 1 is turned upside down when the wiping cloth 1 is detached. of the head portion 212 as shown in Fig. 11. Accordingly, the wiping cloth 1 can be turned upside down just without touching the upper surface side where the wiping cloth 1 is very dirty. Furthermore, by attaching the wiping cloth 1, which is turned upside down, back to the head portion 212, both sides of the wiping cloth 1 can be fully used without waste.
In this way, the cleaning apparatus 210 of the second embodiment is naturally capable of cleaning (or sweeping) the top of a desk, table or analog, and is also capable of cleaning a narrow space satisfactorily. Furthermore, the cleaning cloth 1 can be easily attached and detached without getting your hand dirty, and this cleaning apparatus 210 is very handy to use.
