DESCRIPTION
Object of the invention
The present invention relates to a new method of obtaining in continuous custom communication units, which allow to establish a communication unit with any type of document inside, including cards, labels, response envelopes, etc., and with data of persor ^ alzza ^ ión both on the front of the unit and on one or more of the interior documents, in a single operation, that is, the printing, folded if necessary and glued, siiiiiill; ói <'aiii <' iile is performed, without the need for any subsequent and complementary operation.
Background of the invention
Conventionally, when it is intended to establish a personalized communication and when it is intended that both the external data of the envelope and the data of the internal documents are “original”, that is, they are not obtained by decalco or other copying material, it is necessary to proceed initially to the printing of the different texts, in separate operations, corresponding to each type of document, documents that subsequently have to be joined or folded and enveloped, that is, enter in an envelope in which finally it is also necessary to put the address of the recipient.
Obviously this implies a great operational complexity that has a direct and significant impact on the economic aspect.
Description of the invention
The procedure proposed by the invention solves in a fully satisfactory manner the aforementioned problem, allowing the continuous obtaining of personalized communication units, in an operating operation, with the consequent simplification of costs that this entails.
For this purpose and in a more concrete way, the procedure that is recommended is based on the use of two continuous supply coils of paper strips corresponding to the front and back that participate in the communication unit, and one or more continuous supply coils of the internal document or documents, each of which can be materialized on a simple sheet, on a folded sheet, on a sheet bearing labels, on a card carrier sheet, etc.
The continuous band or bands corresponding to the internal document or documents that must be bearers of personalized data, are passed through one or respective printers before they converge or converge with the rest of the continuous sheets to contain the unit, so that all those sheets that must be personalized, arrive already printed to the area of definite contermaeten of the unit.
These continuous bands are fixed between them through the longitudinal edges thereof; and by means of queue lines and pre-cut lines, they are immediately established within said bands to allow the subsequent opening of the comic units ^^ «^ n.
With the aforementioned elements, stamping units participated which will only work when it is necessary to perform some type of stamping in the inserts or internal documents, or folding units when it is necessary to perform said maneuver in any of the internal documents.
The obtaining procedure concludes with a cutting operation, for independence between the different units, in which small incisions are also made to also keep the communication units closed by the other two edges, and these incisions can be replaced by small tail points of union Γ; ί.ηϋηιηηΙ e liftable.
Description of the drawings
To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is attached hereto as an integral part thereof, with illustrative and non-limiting cnrácler The following has been represented:
Figure 1.- It shows a schematic representation in side elevation of an installation for the implementation of the procedure of obtaining in continuous custom communication units, which conalHuye the objelo of present leveling.
Figure 2.- Shows, according to a perspective view, a specific example of the inserts or internal documents that can participate in each communication unit.
Figures 3 to 5.- Show other embodiments for said inserts.
Figure 6.- Shows a communication unit at the time of the procedure.
Figure 7.- Shows the communication unit of the previous figure, in the opening phase.
Preferred area of the invention
In view of these figures, it can be seen how the procedure that is recommended is part of the arrangement of a series of paper-supply coils, of which a reel (1) is intended for the constituent paper of the obverse of the communication unit (2) , another, the one referenced with (3), is intended to supply the paper (4) corresponding to the back, and one or more reels (5, 5 ', 5 ", ...) are intended to supply the paper bands ( 6, 6 ', 6 ”, ... ) corresponding to the different inserts, in variable numbers depending on the specific requirements of each case.
At least one of the sheets or continuous bands (6) corresponding to the inserts that have to incorporate personalized data, and the one corresponding to the obverse (1), will be assisted, before its conjunction with the remaining ones, by a printing mechanism (7) , for incorporation into said continuous band (5) of the personalized data corresponding to each communication unit.
In addition, each and every one of the continuous bands (2), (6) and (4) will be provided with lateral means (8) for inipregnaeion with
058 013 adhesive and cutting, to define strips (9) of union between the different elements of the communication units, and pre-cut lines (10) for tearing said strips and opening the communication units upon receipt by the corresponding recipients, as shown in figure 7.
When some bands are superimposed with others and by means of appropriate pressure means, their definitive sandpapering will be carried out through two opposite edges, and the structured multipurpose band will receive the drive of a cutting head (11), for independence of the different communication units, which will also supply small incisions (12) to each unit, at the edges outside the aforementioned closing strips (9), determining the perimeter closure of the entire unit, and these incisions (12) can be replaced by small brass tail points as previously stated.
In the personalized communication units obtained with the procedure that is recommended, the inserts (6) can be materialized in simple carrier sheets of general and / or personalized information, which can optionally be combined with card support sheets or labels such as those shown in the figure 2 and referenced with (13), which may be fixed by means of adlasive or the base sheet or be integrated therein, without affecting the essence of the invention. Amboga In the manner and as shown in Figure 3a, some of the inserts (8) can be folded on themselves by means of a line (14), in which case a folding unit must participate in a sheet, in a sheet internal and as shown in Figure 4, an answer envelope (15) can be integrated, in isolation or in combination with a part of the sheet (16), provided with a variable text or not, independent by means of a die-cutting line (17) that can come from the printing machine of the reel, likewise and as shown in figure 5, in said insert a card (19) may be attached, independent and also personalized or not, etc. , without ptr.ii¡iarmΊlte there is any limitation as to the possibilities of structure.condition and incorporation of data, by said documents or inserts (8) participating in each communication unit.
It is not considered necessary to make this description more extensive so that any person skilled in the art understands the scope of the hlvenc¡ón and the advantages that derive from it.
The materials, shape, size and arrangement of the elements will be susceptible to ar.rrm¡0t, as long as this does not imply an alteration to the essentiality of the invention.
The terms in which this report has been described should always be taken in a broad and non-limiting sense.
