Combination food processing machine

Combined food processing machine, capable of admitting the incorporation of multiple accessories intended for carrying out various operations such as cutter, emulsification and cutting of food in relation to vegetables, grating bread, or other usual food processing operations with existing machines and robots in industrial or other kitchens, structured on the basis of a motor block on which the various accessories used for the different processing operations are received and fixed, in which said motor block is formed by a rigid body (1), for example stainless steel, and a lid (2) also metallic, for example aluminum, inside which they house functional components such as: - an electric motor (5) by means of which rotational movement is communicated to a drive shaft (8) that emerges upwardly through said cover (2); - a speed variator (6), preferably consisting of a frequency variator; - an electronic control board (7) to control the different operating and functional parameters of the machine, and - a keyboard (4), preferably touch type, included in one of the sides of the cover (2) and directly related to the aforementioned electronic control board (7), characterized in that it additionally includes: - a fast anchoring and fastening device (11), operable by the user, for linking any accessory (18) to the machine, and - a multiplicity of detector elements (22) distributed throughout the interior space of the lid ( 2) machine, in particular, magnetic sensors intended to provide information to the aforementioned electronic control board (7) for the automatic identification of the type of accessory (18) incorporated in the machine and for the recognition of the operating condition of said accessory.
