DESCRIPTION
Precinct equipped with a violation witness.
Object of the invention
The present invention refers to a seal of those formed by a main body that has a cylindrical recess in its interior with teeth on its perimeter; Inside said cylinder a rotating element that has fins around its contour is embedded, that is why once the rotating element has been introduced into the main body, and both elements being coupled, the rotating element can only rotate in one direction, being impossible to rotate in the opposite direction since the teeth of the main body prevent it.
Both the main body and the rotating element have respective holes that allow the introduction of a wire of adequate diameter through them, in such a way that when the rotating element is rotated, the wire is wound on it, not being possible Unroll it if it is not disintegrating the main body and therefore recording the opening.
The seal that is presented consists of important improvements with respect to the previous state of the art, by incorporating certain means to avoid the reconstruction of the violated seal, leaving testimony of the violation.
Background of the invention
There are antecedents of different types of seals that incorporate a main body, a rotor and a cable or wire that, applied to said elements, interacts with them for their closure, indicating, among others, the following:
As a remote antecedent, highlight:
U0290449, entitled metal seal, with application date November 20, 1985, remote antecedent and consisting of a seal made up of two pieces, one of which has two shapes through which the free ends of a cable are passed .
As more recent antecedents indicate:
P9100244, entitled rotary seal, with application date January 30, 1991, describing therein a rotor that is housed within a chamber, said rotor incorporates certain means in order to avoid the separation of both pieces.
U200601854, owned by this applicant and titled improved security rotary seal, with application date August 04, 2006 and which presents several new features: 1) Incorporation of a lug located in the lower part of the rotor, 2) Lateral location of the label information, compact and removable by traction, 4) Comb-shaped presentation with different number of manually detachable seals.
All the related inventions require for their application a metallic thread or wire of adequate dimensions for the sealing of the element in question.
In most cases, this type of seals are made up of two elements, namely: a main body that normally carries information on an identification plate and a rotating element, the second is embedded in the first by means of the tongue and groove that both pieces present. , specifically in an exposed area located at the mouth of the main body.
This union can become somewhat weak and therefore it is possible to unsheathe both elements to change the cable that seals or the main body and therefore the information carried on the identification placard, all without leaving visible evidence of the rape; in this way, the content of the sealed element can be accessed without leaving evidence of it.
In the specific case of the utility model U200601854, owned by this applicant and entitled improved rotating security seal, it is possible to unsheathe the elements that configure it and in the event that the pin located at the bottom of the rotating element becomes detached , it can be placed in its original location by applying adhesive, leaving no apparent evidence of the violation.
Description of the invention
The proposed invention consists of a rotating seal of those that are made up of two pieces: A main body that has inside a cylindrical cavity with teeth on its perimeter; and a rotating element that is axially embedded in the main body and that presents two opposing fins one in front of the other.
ES 1 070 255 U
Once the rotating element has been introduced into the main body, both elements are coupled as will be seen later, that is why when the wing nut on the upper part of the rotating element is activated, the action of the fins against the toothed contour allows the turning in only one direction preventing it in the opposite direction.
The rotating body has in its lower part a protuberance that acts as a retaining element when it is housed and fixed in the hole that the main body presents for this purpose, said protuberance is attached to the rotating element by means of a line of weakness that allows the detachment of the same when the rotating element is removed from the main body, in that case said protrusion will act as a witness of the opening to be housed freely, but inaccessible, inside the translucent capsule that is part of the main body.
The main body has at least four holes distributed as follows:
Two on one side of the main body and two facing the first on the opposite side.
In order to use the seal, the wire must be inserted through the upper lateral hole, passing through the rotating element through the hole provided for this purpose and exiting through the opposite upper hole; With the wire, a loop is made to pass through the rings or holes of the object to be sealed, introducing the wire again through the lower side hole of the main body, passing through the rotating element and exiting through the opposite hole. When turning the wing, a portion of wire is collected in the loop, leaving the object in question perfectly sealed, since by the action of the flaps of the rotating element in the toothed contour, it rotates in only one direction and not in the opposite direction.
The main body may incorporate a placard or control label located on its side for the numbering or identification of the seal, said placard may receive any type of printing coinciding or not with the one that may appear on the main body, said placard may be attached. to the main body by means of a line of weakness that favors its detachment by manual traction.
The seals may be presented in the form of combs made up of a different number of units, joined together by a minimum portion of material that makes them easily removable by manual traction, for better control and operation at work.
Brief description of the drawings

Figure 2.- Shows a section of the seal once its two elements have been assembled.
Figure 3.- Shows a cross section of the seal, where the action of the fins against the toothed contour of the inner perimeter of the main body can be seen.
Figure 4.- Shows an exploded view of the seal from a higher angle where the two elements that compose it are appreciated.

Figure 6.- Shows a section of the seal once the elements that compose it have been separated, the protrusion being housed in the translucent capsule that the main body presents for this purpose.
Description of a preferred embodiment
From the aforementioned figures, we can see that the present invention consists of a rotating security seal, which is made up of two pieces: A main body (1) that has inside a cylindrical cavity with teeth (15) in its contour and a rotating element (2) that is axially embedded in the main body (1) forming the seal itself.
The rotating element has a wing nut (3) for its actuation and two opposing fins (14) which, due to the action of the teeth (15), only allow rotation in one direction, preventing it in the opposite direction.
The method of application of the seal is simple, for this, a wire (16) of adequate size must be inserted through the upper lateral hole of the main body (5), passing through the rotating element (2) through its upper hole (11) and coming out through the opposite hole (7) of the main body (1); With the end of the wire (16) a loop must be made that will pass through the holes or rings of the object to be sealed, reinserting the end of the wire (16) through the lower side hole (8) of the main body (1), passing through the rotating element (2) through the lower hole (12) and exiting through the opposite hole (6) of the main body (1), in such a way that when turning the wing nut of the rotating element (3), a small portion is collected of wire (16) in the loop, the object being perfectly sealed since, as we have indicated, the rotating element (2) only rotates in one direction and not the other way around.

The rotating element (2), has in its lower part a protuberance (4) that acts as a retaining element by being fixed in the housing (10) that for this purpose presents the main body (1), said protuberance (4) is attached to the rotating element by means of a line of weakness that allows it to detach when the rotating element (2) is removed, in which case said protrusion (4) will act as a witness of the opening when it is housed, but inaccessible, inside the translucent capsule (9) that is part of the main body.
The main body (1) may incorporate a placard (13) or control label located tangentially and along the seal, said placard (13) may receive any type of impression that may or may not coincide with the one that may appear in the main body (1). Said bracket (13) may be attached to the main body (1) by means of a line of weakness (17) that favors its detachment by manual traction.
The seals object of the present invention can be presented in the form of combs made up of different numbers of units, joined together by a minimum portion of material that makes them easily detachable by manual traction.
