The device presented consists of a receptacle in the shape of an open box and made of appropriate material such as plastic, which incorporates at its base a hole whose appropriate diameter will allow the passage of the stem of the screw, nut or rivet to be sealed and will prevent the head passage is, in such a way that when fixing the screw, nut or rivet, going through the hole in the base, we will achieve that the guarantee device is perfectly fixed.

For the closure of the receptacle and therefore the conformation of the guarantee device itself, it has been provided with a cover that has a hinge on one of its sides and at least one tab on any of its other sides, said tab when closing the cover it is fixed to the flange that exists inside the box for this purpose, constituting a tongue-and-groove retaining element that prevents opening, forming an impenetrable set on any of its faces, This is due to the fact that the tabs that make up the retaining element are housed inside the receptacle, the whole being protected and making it impossible to open the device if not by disintegrating it.

It has been envisaged that the surface of the cover can receive preferably indelible alphanumeric inscriptions in order to associate, without the possibility of change, the texts or numbering of the plate to the guarantee device, thus making each device a unique and unrepeatable element.

The possibility of presenting the guarantee device in the form of combs of an appropriate quantity, duly joined together, has been foreseen for better monitoring and location of its manipulation. Brief description of the drawings

Description of a preferred embodiment

From the commented figures, we can see that the present invention consists of a guarantee device for screws, nuts and rivets.

It has a receptacle of appropriate material in the shape of an open box 1, which incorporates in its base a hole 2 of an appropriate diameter for a screw 7, nut or rivet to pass through.

For the closure of the receptacle 1 and therefore the conformation of the guarantee device itself, it has been provided with a cover 3 joined by a hinge 4 to one of its sides and which has at least one flange on any of its other sides 5 .

The aforementioned flange 5 at the moment of closing the lid 3 is fixed to the flange 6 that exists for this purpose inside the box, constituting a tongue-and-groove retaining element that prevents opening and forming an impenetrable set on any of its faces. It is due to the tabs 5 and 6 that make up the retaining element are housed inside the receptacle, the whole being protected and making it impossible to open the device if it is not disintegrating it.

The cover 3 is capable of receiving preferably indelible alphanumeric inscriptions in order to associate the texts or numbering of the plate with the guarantee device without the possibility of change, thus making each device a unique and unrepeatable element.

It is planned to present the guarantee device in the form of combs of an appropriate quantity, duly joined together for better monitoring and location in handling.
