DESCRIPTION
Concrete paver machine.
Object of the invention
The present invention refers to a machine that has been specially designed to properly spread the poured concrete on the ground, in the concreting of streets, highways, warehouses and generally any type of concrete pavement.
The object of the invention is to achieve a small-sized concrete paver with a high degree of operational efficiency, ease of use and minimal maintenance.
Background of the invention
In the preferred field of practical application of the invention, in the concreting of streets and highways, the extension of the concrete is carried out with the collaboration of machines of large size and significant operational complexity, which involve considerable investment costs and high maintenance, since such machines are located outside the work zone, that is, outside the concrete pouring zone, and use telescopic spreading systems, that, due to their own working position, they acquire clearances that suppose a malfunction of the leveling systems and that, consequently, require a quick repair, consisting of the change of all the parts affected by wear, which also supposes a time dead for the machine, the one necessary for the aforementioned repair, which also has a negative effect on its profitability.
The only alternative to this type of machine existing today, which is also used in the concreting of streets and highways, and especially in the paving of warehouses or any other type of similar pavement, is to carry out the extension of the concrete by hand, In other words, with the help of operators who use manual tools for such an extension, which also involves considerable physical effort for said operators, a high cost in labor and a low performance due to the slowness of the process.
Description of the invention
The machine that the invention proposes solves in a fully satisfactory way the aforementioned problems, for which it has been conceived as an element capable of moving over fresh concrete, so that it does not require the aforementioned telescopic elements, eliminating the inherent problem. to them.
For this, and more specifically, said machine is made up of two differentiated structural elements, on the one hand a cabin equipped with self-propelled means and in which both the means of mobilizing the machine itself and a conventional vehicle, as well as the means functional control of the same, and on the other hand, a spreading equipment, associated with the aforementioned cabin, with tilting capacity with respect to the latter, especially in a lateral direction, so that one rolling axle of the vehicle is located under said cabin and the other next to the spreading equipment.
Said spreading equipment, in addition to conventional means corresponding to the actual spreading of the concrete, incorporates regulation and leveling devices, consisting of laser receivers or sensors and a superelevation sensor. The laser receivers act at the expense of the signals received from a laser emitter, conveniently established on the ground and that determine the concreting levels, being the aforementioned receivers mounted on hydraulic cylinders that positionally regulate the paving equipment, and that act on said cylinders in order to achieve the necessary and independent movement of each of them, to achieve, in turn, at all times a correct positioning of the paving equipment with respect to the concrete, both with regard to the inclination and the superelevation of the concreting surface; The superelevation sensor that is located on one of the sides of the tilting support of the spreading equipment, has the function of keeping the spreading augers level at all times by acting on the leveling solenoid valve. The laser receivers perform this function but the superelevation sensor is responsible for correcting the imperfections of the terrain more immediately, thus avoiding that the lasers have to continuously regulate.
The positional regulation movement of the paving equipment can occur automatically, or it can be carried out manually from the vehicle cabin, in the first case through the signals emitted and received by the emitter and the receivers or sensors. superelevation sensor or laser. Description of the drawings
To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of a practical embodiment thereof, a set of drawings is attached as an integral part of said description. For illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented:
Figure 1.- Shows, according to a schematic representation in side elevation, a concrete spreading machine made in accordance with the object of the present invention.
Figure 2.- Shows, also according to a schematic representation, a plan view of the same machine.
Figure 3.- Shows a profile of the machine, with characteristics similar to those of the previous figures.
Figure 4.- Shows a representation similar to figure 3, in which the machine appears in a working situation.
Figure 5.- In turn shows a representation similar to figure 4, but in which the spreading equipment adopts an inclined arrangement.
Figure 6.- Finally, shows a perspective of the machine next to which the complementary laser emitter has been represented.
Preferred embodiment of the invention
In view of the figures outlined, it can be seen how the machine that the invention proposes is embodied in a small vehicle with two differentiated structures, a cabin (1) and a spreading equipment (2), whose respective chassis (3) and (4 ) are assisted by corresponding rolling axles (5) and (6) and related to each other by means of an articulation bolt (7) that allows a wide degree of tilting of the paving equipment (2) with respect to the cabin (1) and that , in consecuense, gives the machine great maneuverability in tight spaces.
The cabin will be equipped with an engine of adequate power for the mobilization of the vehicle, with
ES 1 059 142 U its corresponding driving elements, a hydrostatic transmission composed of a pump and a hydraulic motor, a reduction gear for two speeds, both forward and reverse, with differential traction on both axles and an appropriate brake system, as well as the corresponding electrical equipment, while the water tank (8) is located on the rear chassis (4), the one corresponding to the spreading equipment (2).
The spreading equipment (2), with a basic structure of any suitable conventional type, such as, for example, properly motorized augers, is mounted on the chassis (2) with the collaboration of supports (9) associated with hydraulic cylinders (10 ), to whose rods (11) said spreading equipment (2) is integral, so that the latter is capable of adopting the horizontal position shown in figure 4, at different heights, or an inclined position, with any variable angle, as shown in figure 5, depending on the position adopted by the rods of said cylinders (10).
The change of position occurs automatically at the expense of the signals supplied by a laser emitter (12), and by the variation of the inclination detected and corrected by the superelevation sensor. The laser emitter is mounted on the ground, for example with the collaboration of a tripod (13), as shown in figure 6, so that the signals emitted by said emitter (12) are captured by a pair of receivers (14) established at the upper end of the rods (11) of the positional control cylinders (10) themselves. The superelevation sensor (15) located on one of the sides of the infine bottle assembly, maintains the inclination of the paving equipment at all times and helps in its positioning.
The correct leveling of the concrete paving equipment (2) with respect to the theoretical surface to be obtained can occur automatically, depending exclusively on the relationship between the emitter (12) and the receivers (14), as well as with the sensor superelevation (15); but it can also be carried out manually, from the cabin (1) of the vehicle, with the collaboration of an appropriate joystick-type control, provided both for each of the hydraulic cylinders and for superelevation control, and of the positions of working and cleaning the machine.
As previously mentioned, the machine is intended to move within the mass of concrete poured on the ground, so that the position regulating cylinders of the spreading equipment (2) act in the axial direction, so that they do not It is possible that gaps are generated in them that distort the leveling data, which are determined by the interrelation between the emitter and the laser receivers plus the superelevation sensor (15).
In this way, a machine of reduced dimensions is achieved, at a much lower cost than conventional spreading machines, and with much lower maintenance costs and a high degree of maneuverability that allows it to be used even in very confined spaces.
