Improved knife with luminous indicator, consisting of a field knife, composed of a sharp metallic blade (1), on part of its perimeter, joined at one end to an elongated handle (2) approximately straight, being characterized in that said handle (2 ) has inside it a luminous device, light generator, electrically powered by batteries or direct current electric batteries, said luminous device being accessible through an access door (4) at the rear end of the handle (2), with the light source inside the handle (2) connected to openings arranged on the sides of both sides of the blade (1) constituting light sources (3).
