Abstract
1. Backrest for improved seats, of the type formed by a set (1) comprising a front fluffy body (1.1) and a back cover (1.2) correspondingly coupled, a headrest (3) comprising a respective front fluffy element being disposed at the top (3.1) and a respective rear housing (3.2), characterized in that the front fluffy body (1.1) of the backrest assembly (1) determines at the top a recess or recess (11), where the front fluffy element (3.1) of the head restraint (3) is fitted, the fastening of said front fluffy element (3.1) of the head restraint (3) being established, with respect to the corresponding rear casing (3.2), by means of retention hooks on the upper part and a lower bolted mooring that is established through the rear housing (1.2) of the backrest assembly (1).

DESCRIPTION
Improved seat backs.
The present invention refers to a backrest for armchairs of those available in show and conference halls, comprising an arrangement that determines the mounting of a headrest head according to an advantageous embodiment.
The seats that are currently used in show and conference halls are sometimes provided with a headrest in order to provide more comfortable conditions for the user, the backrest usually being constituted by a set comprising a front soft body and a back cover.
The headrest can be formed directly in the upper part of the backrest, or it can be an independent element that is incorporated in an accessory way and with the possibility of disassembly.
In the case of one-piece headrests with the backrest, the constructive realization of the set is complicated and expensive, with the further drawback that the headrest cannot be separated from the backrest, and individual cleaning or replacement of one or the other is not possible independently.
In the case of head restraints formed by an independent element of the backrest, the fastening of said head restraints is carried out, according to a conventional solution, by means of protruding rods from the head restraint that are inserted into receiving couplings included in the backrest; which has the disadvantage that the headrest can be easily uncoupled, being able to be removed by any unauthorized person, this being a problem in public places where the aforementioned seats are normally arranged.
With the structural solution of the backrest object of the invention, the aforementioned drawbacks of the arrangement of the headrest in conventional embodiments are solved, based on a novel embodiment of the arrangement of the mounting.
The backrest object of the invention is composed, as is already known, of a front padded body and a rear shell, the padded body determining a notch or recess, where a respective padding component of the headrest is fitted, which is also set to be fitted with respect to of a corresponding rear casing, with fastening of hooks on it, Furthermore, through the aforementioned casing, a bolted mooring is established with respect to a frame that is jointly included in the soft element of the headrest, by means of which the securing of the securing of the headrest in the arrangement with respect to the backrest is determined at the same time.
In this way, a very easy mounting arrangement of the headrest is obtained, which can be flush with the backrest, or protruding upwards, and even with the soft element fitted centrally along the entire height of the backrest, with the possibility, in any case, disassembly for cleaning or particular replacement of any of the individual elements of the headrest or backrest.
However, disassembling the head restraint requires practical manipulation, which makes it difficult for unauthorized persons to remove it unscrupulously.
For all of which, the aforementioned backrest object of the invention certainly has very advantageous characteristics, acquiring a life of its own and a preferential character with respect to known embodiments of backrests of the same type.
Figure 1 shows a front view of an armchair back according to the invention.
Figure 2 is a corresponding profile view with respect to the previous figure.
Figure 3 is a respective rear view of the front backrest.
Figures 4 and 5 are respective perspectives, front and rear, of the same backrest, with the rear shell displaced with respect to the front body and without the front element of the headrest.
Figures 6 and 7 are respective front and rear perspectives of the backrest, with the front element of the headrest separated from its mounting position.
Figure 8 is an exploded perspective of the component assembly of the headrest of the backrest according to an embodiment.
Figure 9 is a longitudinal sectional view of the recommended backrest.
Figure 10 is an enlarged detail of the upper part of the backrest, in section and with the front element of the headrest separated from its mounting position.
The object of the invention refers to a backrest for armchairs, particularly those for application in show and conference rooms, comprising a set (1) of the backrest itself, which is arranged in support with respect to a supporting structure (2) anchoring on the ground, while in the upper part it incorporates a headrest (3) for the comfort of the users.
The shape and dimensions of the set (1) of the backrest, as well as of the supporting structure (2) and of the headrest (3) itself, can vary without altering the concept that is intended to be claimed, which is the arrangement of the assembly of the headrest. (3) with respect to the set (1) of the backrest.
The set (1) of the backrest is composed of a front soft body (1.1) and a rear casing (1.2), bone elements that are correspondingly coupled to each other, establishing a fixed fastening between them by hooking between respective reciprocal conformations (4) and securing by means of screw ties (5), as shown in figures 3 and 4.
The headrest (3) in turn comprises a front soft element (3.1) and a respective
ES 1 049 384 U rear casing (3.2), these elements which are also correspondingly coupled to each other, establishing the fastening between them by means of retaining hooks in the upper part and a screwed fastening in the lower part.
For this purpose, the soft element (3.1) component of the headrest (3) includes embedded in its material an armazoén (6), figure 8 shows in exploded view, which has a cross bar (7) attached to the upper part, while which further down has a cross member (6.1), on which an internally threaded bushing (8) is attached, which comes out towards the back of the soft element (3.1), as can be seen in figure 10.
The housing (3.2) component of the headrest (3) determines in the upper internal part some conformations (9) like hooks, with respect to which the hooking of the bar (7) of the frame (6) of the soft element ( 3.1), while further down said casing (3.2) determines a hollow bushing (10), which in the mounting arrangement corresponds opposite to the bushing (8) of the frame (6) of the soft element (3.1).
The front soft body (1.1) of the backrest assembly (1) determines in the upper part a notch or recess (11), where the soft element (3.1) of the headrest (3) can be fitted; being included in the aforementioned front soft body (1.1) of the backrest assembly (1), a frame (12), which passes transversely through the recess (11), as can be seen in Figures 4 and 5.
In the assembly arrangement, the casing (3.2) component of the headrest (3) is partially superimposed from behind on the upper part of the rear casing (1.2) of the backrest assembly (1), as can be seen in figures 9 and 10 , passing the hollow bushing (10) of the aforementioned casing (3.2) of the headrest (3) through a hole in the rear casing (1.2) of the assembly (1) of the backrest, while a transverse partition (13) inside said casing (3.2) of the headrest (3) rests on the upper edge of the aforementioned rear casing (1.2) of the assembly (1) of the backrest.
Once it is done, the soft element (3.1) of the headrest (3) is incorporated from the front, fitting said soft element (3.1) into the casing (3.2) so that the bar (7) of the armazoén (6) hooks into the conformations (9) of the aforementioned casing (3.2), and once the hooks have been established, the soft element (3.1) is tilted so that it fits perfectly in the recess (11) of the front soft body (1.1) of the assembly (1) of the backrest.
In this arrangement, the threaded bushing (8) of the frame (6) of the soft element (3.1) corresponds opposite to the hollow bushing (10) of the casing (3.2), so that through them a belay can be established. by means of a screwing element (14), making sure it was fastened to the assembly.
As can be seen in figure 9, the threaded bushing (8) of the armature (6) of the soft element (3.1) is in contact below the upper transverse section of the frame (12) of the front soft body (1.1) of the assembly (1 ) of the backrest, thereby establishing a vertical retention against the hooking established on the conformations (9) of the casing (3.2), preventing disengagement.
The embodiment represented corresponds only to an example of the shape of the headrest (3), without limiting character, since within the concept of the invention, which refers to the coupling and securing arrangement of the headrest with respect to the set (1) of the backrest, Said headrest (3) can also be of other shapes, such as, for example, following a flush configuration with the upper part of the backrest assembly (1), or with an extension of the soft element (3.1) in engagement along the entire height of the front soft body (1.1) of the backrest assembly (1), or any other way compatible with the particular mounting of the headrest (3) following the invention
