Abstract
one. A CLIP OF CLAMPING FOR FLAT ORGANIZED ELEMENTS, CHARACTERIZED FOR UNDERSTANDING A LAMINAR STRUCTURE OF A TRONCOCONIC BASED FLAT THAT IS PROLONGED SUPERIORMALLY IN A REMOVED FLAT ZONE AREA IS BY A CYLINDRICAL AREA AND TWO SUPERIOR SECTORS IN OPEN AND ANGULAR PLANTS SUBMITTING TWO COUPLE OF CUTS ACCORDING TO PARALLEL PLANS TO THE SYMMETRY AXIS OF THE CLIP AND FORMING OBTUSAL ANGLES BETWEEN IN EACH PAIR, AS WELL AS A CROSS CUTTING IN THE FLAT SUPERIOR AREA THAT SEPARATES TWO OF THE OPPOSED SECTORS BETWEEN DETERMINED BY THE OBLIQUE CUTS, INTERRUPTED BY A CENTRAL WIDTH AND VARIABLE THICKNESS, EVENUALLY REDUCED, THAT JOINS THE TWO BORDER.

DESCRIPTION
A clamping clip for flat elements with holes.
The present invention was intended to disclose a fastening clip for flat elements provided with a hole, of new and inventive features with respect to the current state of the art.
The fastening clip object of the present invention was intended to hold different flat-type elements, provided with holes, especially aquatic discs, compact discs, video discs, magnetic record holders and the like, which have a central hole. which is the one used for fastening in the clip object of the invention, which would preferably be arranged in the packages, packaging cases and albums and presentation of the discs. This clamping clip could also be used in other sectors of the technique.
At present, different devices for fastening discs and the like are known, in which a central button of different shapes is available that is capable of receiving, fitted under pressure, the flat element that is retained in said projections by elasticity of both the element flat like the clip itself. For the extraction of the flat element with respect to the clamping device, a tensile force must be exerted along the edges of the aquatic disc, compact disc or other flat element, overcoming the elóastica retention produced between the retention projection and said flat element.
However, in the presently known clamping devices, manual clamping of the disc by the sides is cumbersome, and a somewhat forced and uncomfortable deformation must be performed on it for its extraction.
The present invention relates to a fastening clip that has special structure features that allow the centering and retention of the flat body by its central hole and that allow the easy extraction of the same through the compression of the clip, which deforms and expels the laminar body.
In particular, the clip object of the present invention is characterized by presenting a general flattened truncated conical structure, its upper base presenting a flat annular area of which a cylindrical body is centrally extended, the assembly being finished off with a top base in the form of sectors blueprints. In the concrete constitution of the clip, the body of the aforementioned structure is provided with four straight cutting lines, which form between very obtuse angles and a central cut in the flat upper part, interrupted by a central tongue of varying width and thickness, eventually reduced, joining the two edges of the central cut. Said flat top only exists in two of the opposite sectors determined by the mentioned cuts.
Next, an embodiment of a clip following the present invention will be described by way of explanatory example.
In the figures:
Figure 1 shows a plan view of a clip made in accordance with the present invention.
Figure 2 shows a cross section of the clip itself in the retention position.
Figure 3 shows a view similar to Figure 2 with the clip in the open position.
Figure 4 shows a section of the clip following a plane perpendicular to that of Figure 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the fastening clip object of the present invention shows its structure formed by a truncated cone base (1) topped by a narrow flat upper base (2), from which a cylindrical area of short height (3) is extended. which is partially topped at the top by a flat area (4). The whole of the clip is of laminar structure, with walls of little thickness and was made of a partially elóastico synthetic material.
The whole of the clip body was divided into several sectors by a series of flat cuts parallel to the symmetrical axis of the clip and forming obtuse aons between each other, as shown in Figure 1 and comprising two pairs of straight cuts forming an acute angle between each other, respectively (5), (5 ') and (6), (6') and a cross section (7), interrupted by a central tongue (12) of variable width and thickness, eventually reduced , that joins the two edges of the central cut
The flat area (4) is limited to two angular sectors opposite each other determined by the oblong cuts, as represented by numerals (8) and (8 '). The other two sectors (9) and (9 ') are topped at the top by the sectors corresponding to the cylindrical part (3), which form free upper edges, with a gently curved structure (10) and (10').
Sections (8) and (8 ') have short retention areas (11) and (11') at the top of their cylindrical zone.
By means of the constitution explained, the fastening clip object of the present invention presents the possibility of retaining any flat object by its central hole, between the cylindrical areas opposite each other of the sectors (8) and (8 '). The deformation of the flat areas corresponding to the sectors (8) and (8 ') in a downward direction, as shown in Figure 3, easily releases the flat piece retained by the clip. The tongue (12) limits the separation of the edges of the cross-section (7).
As will be understood, the constitution that has been described and represented corresponds to a preferred embodiment of the fastening clip object of the present invention, in which numerous modifications could be introduced that were part of the invention as long as they were included within the scope of the attached claims.
