A showerhead (100) comprising:a head portion (110) operably connected to a showerhead engine (118) comprising a plurality of nozzles (108) in fluid communication with the head portion (110);a handle (102) fluidly connected to a water source, the handle defining a flow path between the water source and the head portion (110);and a pause assembly (104) positioned within the flow path of the handle (102) and operable to vary a flow volume from the water source to the head portion (110), the pause assembly (104) comprising: a valve housing (134) received within the flow path and defining a valve cavity (178) in fluid communication with the flow path and the head portion (110);an actuator (132) movable along an arcuate path on an outer surface of the valve housing (134) from a first position to a second position;a valve (148) operably connected to the actuator (132) and received within the valve cavity (178), wherein as the actuator (132) moves from the first position to the second position, the valve (148) rotates within the valve cavity (178) from an open position to a closed position;and a valve driver (138) positioned between the valve (148) and the actuator (132), wherein the valve driver (138) converts the arcuate motion of the actuator (132) along the arcuate path into a rotational movement of the valve (148), wherein: the actuator (132) defines an actuator aperture (166);a portion of the valve driver (138) is received within the actuator aperture (166) and as the actuator (132) moves from the first position to the second position the portion of the valve driver (138) moves therewith;the valve driver (138) includes a disc (212) having a bottom wall (220) extending from a bottom surface thereof;the portion of the valve driver (138) received in the actuator aperture (166) comprises a boss (218) extending outwards and upwards from a top surface of the disc (212);the bottom wall of the disc (212) includes a keying feature defined therein;and the keying feature (222) is a cutout or cavity and is shaped to engage and secure to the valve (148).
