  1. 1
A method for operating a first device in wireless communication, the method comprising at the first device:communicating (1405) at the first device using a plurality of radios and a plurality of radio access technologies of the first device;and receiving (1410), during a first time period, a pre-scheduling message for a downlink transmission from a second device;identifying (1415) an availability of at least one radio from the plurality of radios;transmitting (1420), during a second time period, a scheduling message to the second device in response to receiving the pre-scheduling message, the scheduling message comprising at least one downlink transmission parameter indicating an availability of a first device for receiving the downlink transmission, wherein the at least one downlink transmission parameter comprises the identified availability of the at least one radio from the plurality of radios;and receiving (1425), during a third time period, the downlink transmission in accordance with the at least one downlink transmission parameter.
  2. 7
A computer-program comprising instructions for performing a method according to any of the claims 1 to 6 when executed by a processor.
  3. 8
An apparatus for operating a first device in wireless communication, the first device comprising:means for communicating (720-a) at the first device using a plurality of radios and a plurality of radio access technologies of the first device;and;means for receiving (710-a), during a first time period, a pre-scheduling message for a downlink transmission from a second device;means for identifying (825) an availability of at least one radio from the plurality of radios;means for transmitting (730-a), during a second time period, a scheduling message to the second device in response to receiving the pre-scheduling message, the scheduling message comprising at least one downlink transmission parameter indicating an availability of a first device for receiving the downlink transmission, wherein the at least one downlink transmission parameter comprises the identified availability of the at least one radio from the plurality of radios;and means for receiving (710), during a third time period, the downlink transmission in accordance with the at least one downlink transmission parameter.
